Soggiornare al Luxury Residence near Parlament di @YourVienna è stata un'esperienza fantastica. L’appartamento non è solo eccezionalmente bello, elegante e curato nei minimi dettagli, ma si è rivelato estremamente accessibile e funzionale sotto ogni punto di vista. Oltre alla pulizia impeccabile e all'atmosfera accogliente, la sua funzionalità rende il soggiorno davvero pratico: la posizione è strategica, in una zona tranquilla e ottimamente servita. Muoversi verso il centro di Vienna è semplicissimo grazie all'accesso immediato ai mezzi pubblici (metro e tram), e la vicinanza a diversi supermercati e servizi essenziali a portata di mano ottimizza ogni spostamento. Un soggiorno perfetto che unisce stile, comodità e massima praticità: una struttura che consigliamo ad occhi chiusi a chiunque visiti la città!

Absolutely amazing apartment. Right in the heart of Vienna. .easy to get to the center.. and surronding areas.. .. Location was great.. but also the apartment. .Very nicely done. Great quality beds. .ect.

Closets in the bedrooms.. especially the main .. or at least a drawer for clothes.

It was a beautiful apartment on a very convenient area. Pizza across the road, ice cream two doors down, a nice pub two doors the other way and a 3 minute walk to subway

No air con did have three fans, it was a lot hotter than usual. Not usually an issue I’d imagine.

Location, building, the host, apartment was beautiful

Parking is a bug issue and if you are a big family with small kids then it is serious problem. Also parking in the street was a bit tricky.

Just needed an extra pillow!

Wir waren eine Woche im Apartment. Tolle Lage Alles fussläufig zu erreichen Stylische Ausstattung Alles vorhanden: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, gutes Geschirr usw.

Es fehlte ein Besen, Salz für die Spülmaschine, einen Kehricht. Das schwarz/weiss geflieste Bad bedarf dringend einer Grundreinigung. Die Wände in der Dusche sind total verkalkt. Hinter der Toilette sind die Fließen ebenfalls verkalkt. Der Boden ist ebenfalls nicht sauber. Ein Apartment das fast 300 € pro Tag kostet für eine Woche, ist zu erwarten, dass das Bad in einem einwandfreien Zustand ist. So ist es nicht akzeptabel. Die Besitzer sollten sich das mal ab und zu anschauen. Den Preis finden wir auch für Wiener Verhältnisse überzogen. Schade

Incredible flat 3 bedrooms, lovely living space and terrace

Nothing, this stay was my best stay in Vienna till now

Modernes, fancy Appartement. Fahrstuhl vorhanden, sodass alles barrierefrei ist. Schöner großer Balkon. Ich habe die Küche nicht benutzt, aber sie war komplett ausgestattet. Check In sehr unkompliziert. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Der Teppich könnte erneuert werden. Aber man geht natürlich mit Schuhen drüber, so wie ich auch.

Apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. The design is great - on several levels above most of the options. Living room windows are gorgeous to look through. Beds are comfortable, that is an absolute win for me. Toilet and shower are clean, no mold or anything. Living room has a feeling of an upscale hotel bar in general, so we enjoyed sitting, looking through windows at the skyline, and talking for hours. Location is 20 min walk to city center and a lot of nice places to have breakfast / lunch / dinner / drink nearby.

The apartment is so cozy and comfortable that there is a little initiative to go out. A little wear and tear in some places, though they are minimal and didn't interfere with our enjoyment.

Central location. Helpful host who agreed to a later checkout. Spacious apartment exactly as shown on photos. Helpful extras eg coffee pods, washing machine and dishwasher tabs etc. Felt safe in a quiet relatively central location.

Minor point really. We were grateful for the heat during a very cold snap but it was very hot in the apartment. We turned the heating down and opened the doors a few times but it was still very hot a few times. No other negatives at all.

Wir waren super gut aufgehoben, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten waren Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön und gemütlich. Es hat nix gefehlt. Danke

Meckern auf hohem Niveau: es hätte vielleicht noch ein kleines Handtuch in der Toilette sein können. Im meinen Bett befand sich ein langes Haar ( wahrscheinlich von der Reinigung ) eine Bettwäsche hatte ein Fleck. Aber wie gesagt sonst alles erstklassig. Danke

Ease of check in.. frankly we were worried, but everything went smoothly as the process was extremely well coordinated . The management,Albi specifically, were approachable via text or call and very responsive ( Please note there is no reception desk as such, being an apartment complex) Location is just superb with many good rated restaurants nearby..one is just across the road... grocery shop is nearby for other options. Good floor area with well equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. The underground train station is nearby...and the U-3 train from there takes you to most of the tourist sites. We were on a family vacation and all four of us enjoyed every minute of our stay... thanks Albi for letting out your beautiful, secure apartment. Highly recommend, specially those on family vacations... would surely love to come back again.

eve giriş saati 15:00 olmasına rağmen ev uygun olduğu için bizi 11 de aldı ve dönüş günü de çıkış 11 olmasına ragmen(valizimizi bırakıp biz 10 da çıktık) eşyalarımızın 14 e kadar bırakmamıza müsaade etti. konum evin genişliği vs herşey güzeldi. Albi'e teşekkür ederiz

- Right in the city center (few minutes walk from Hofburg) - Very quite - windows face internal courtyard with a lot of greenery - 3bd apartment is really big (even by the US standards) and well appointed - Host - Albi - is super responsive and a joy to work with

- no unit-wide air cooling like one gets in the US (did not bother me at all in September though)

Everything. Location was ideal and has a fantastic bar/restaurant (ERICH) opposite. Very modern decor, walk-in shower and relaxing balcony. Highly recommend. Host was excellent, as our flight was delayed and arrival was after 10pm. 👍

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Apartment Nr. 23. Dieses Apartment ist sehr abgenutzt. Sehr schmutzige Teppichboden. Viele ecklige Flecken rund um das Bett. Staub überall. Wir sind sehr oft in Wien und haben in verschiedenen Apartments übernachtet, deshalb mein Fazit: Preis/Leistung - Sehr schlecht.

Понравилось месторасположение, состояние квартиры, чистота. Полностью соответствует фото и описанию. Отличный ремонт, удобные кровати и качественное белье. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Есть все кухонное оборудование, прекрасная терраса. Стабильный wifi.

Нет кондиционера, но т.к. дом с толстыми стенами и квартира находится внутри двора - вполне терпимо.

The apartment is located in a stylish complex, with great coffee shops and bars nearby. Within a 6-minute walk, you’re on the main road. The service and communication were also excellent.

Amazing clean and comfy apartment in the centre of Vienna. 3 big rooms (twi bedrooms and big salon), clean new bathroom and kitchen with everything you need. Albi the manager is a very nice guy, professional and listen ti whatever we needed. We really recommend!!

The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped, of modern and lovely design, It's 5 min walk from metro station, was not a big issue for us. The owners are so polite and welcoming.

- The pictures on the walls and the wallpapers are so erotic. It's not suitable for some families with children. - Only 3 espresso Caps, no tea.

The apartment is perfect and comes with fully equipped kitchen. The location is great just 3 minutes walk from the Metro especially the U3 line that takes you to all the major places and the airport.

We stayed at the penthouse apartment and we really enjoyed our stay there. Fantastic apartment, great views, great amenities and the location was very close to every tourist attraction in Vienna. Everything was flawless from the communication with the host, to check in and check out. I highly recommend staying at this amazing place.

Location was great. Easy access. Self contained. Close to metro. The staff responded to our queries quickly.

The only thing that’s needs improving is the mattress and pillows to make sleeping more comfortable.

The pictures posted are very misleading. They are for the penthouse unit in the building. The roof deck is not accessible from the other units. The other units are nice, spacious, and comfortable with a balcony … but look nothing like the pictures posted.

Location was excellent. Apartment was very comfortable and very clean.

Only 3 laundry pods and 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults over 6 nights. I ended up just going to the supermarket to buy more.

The apartment is well located near the museum quarter. Spotless clean, well equipped, large and tidy. Comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen.

It was a little unclear from the website, which apartment was actually offered. There is a large storage area in the hallway, but none in the rooms.

The apartment was super clean., very spacious, and everything we needed was there. I especially liked the rooms that were very comfortable and the linens and bedsheets were immaculately clean and smelled nice.

The location is superb and the facilities are perfect

The only suggestion I would have is to provide a set or tongs or an egg slide, the kitchen and facilities really are absolutely fantastic. There are many other thoughtful things in the apartment such as tourist brochures and dishwasher tablets, I really appreciated the extra touches.

No draws or cupboards in the bedrooms, so you need to access your clothes in the communal hallway.

the flat is really nice and cozy, amazing location, comfortable beds.

it’s obviously a new property as some of tiny details were not thought through, but this will can be sorted easily. for instance, add up some hooks in the bathroom and entrance area, a place where you can leave the outdoor shoes, and some other small things like that. the only thing which I didn’t like is that on the photos there were furniture on the balcony, but when we came there were none.

courtyard location was quiet and felt secure/ safe. great district to stay if on a lower budget

mirrors in the second bedroom and separate toilet area would be useful additions.

Great location in walking distance to the Parliament and Natural History Museum. Tasteful, bright interior with open spaces and large panoramic windows. The host was very friendly when handing over the keys.

Some small niggles: I missed coat hangers or a small wardrobe at the entrance to put up jackets and shoes

location: bang in museum quarter. closest underground exit was closed but not very far from the other exit anyway. has convenience stores not too far away. A must eat place woupd be the nearby Osteria da Giovanni for amazing and very affordable pizza/pasta! not noisy as our unit faced the courtyard kitchenette cos we started getting tired of earing out The staff who came to hand over the keys was flexible and great

The unit is just starting to get a bit dated: the light over the coffee table wasnt working. this meant it was either very bright with the lights or no lights at all. we made do by keeping the stove hood lights on. The furniture and carpet is starting to show wear and tear did miss the presence of on site hotel concierge. but the kitchenette makes up for it.
