Food was amazing... really calm and quiet the manager was the best

value for the money you pay....

Nice and calm environment.

Lovely guesthouse with a caring Host. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The guesthouse has a huge dining room, we were allowed to use too. The Host prepared us very tasty breakfast with fruit smoothies and was very friendly. We especially enjoyed the lovely garden and you can even see the trains passing on the other side of the valley.

One night there were other guests, acting very loud and rude (playing music at night and early in the morning). But this is not the host‘s fault of course.

The place is calm. The helper was very friendly and helpful.

Meals were quite expensive. A serving of 10–15 string hoppers for one person cost around LKR 1,500. There were no hot water showers, and the doors did not lock properly.

Quite and good stop to relax got sick while I was and management was a big help couldn’t ask for anymore

The beds wasn’t comfortable at all

Our stay at Ella Ceylon Rich Leaves Holiday Bungalow was truly memorable. We had the pleasure of sharing the experience with three Swedish professors who absolutly the loved the place., The bungalow was clean, spacious comfortable, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views that captured the beauty of Ella perfectly. The caretaker Hemantha was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. The food was excellent, freshly prepared, and full of local flavors. The host was exceptional very helpful all the time. It was a peaceful, refreshing, and unforgettable holiday experience we would happily recommend to any traveler visiting Ella. We all are happy to come back.

La amabilidad de 10, unas camas comodisimas al igual que todas las instalaciones. La comida, el desayuno exquisito. Son duda recomendable al 100%.

The place was amazing and I am very happy for the hospitality of the staffs there. They were so helpful and friendly with us. We went as a group there and everyone is satisfied with the environment, place, staffs and obviously the property. I will highly recommend everyone to stay there and for sure if I go to Ella again I will be chosen the place again 😊

- le concierge de l'hôtel, Hemantha, est très serviable et aidant, il nous a même préparé un dîner à notre demande (chose que l'hôtel ne propose pas pour le moment) on s'est régalés. - la propreté des lieux, chambre et les espaces communs tout est nickel propre et confortable. - le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. - l'eau chaude qui fonctionne très bien - la calme du mieux, on peut s'y reposer facilement - espace extérieur aussi très propre, les enfants ont pu jouer dehors en toute sécurité.

- peut être le manque de restaurant à proximité. (La ville est à 15-20min à pied, <5min en Tuk-tuk) - si l'hôtel proposait un repas le soir (même menu unique) ça serait super pour les soirs où l'on est un peu fatiguée et l'on souhaite rester sur place. Sinon tout était super.

De manager was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het was zeer, zeer basis. De manager had een zeer beperkte kennis van het engels. Last van drivers die achter de accommodatie logeerden en ongestoord erg luid telefoneren/flimpjes kijken waardoor we rond 6u gewekt werden.

No ac, but we got fan. After dark it's become hard to get to Ella by foot. Tuk tuk.did the job for 500 rupies.

Spacious clean rooms, just outside busy touristc town. Comfortable beds. Nice garden next some teafields with a view to one of the mountains. Price/Quality ok.

Communication was somewhat difficult. All was managed via whatsapp (note: with fast response). Housekeeper/staff were very friendly, but didnot speak any english. Breakfast ok (more than enough), but can be finetuned.

Room sizes were big. Good open space.

It was difficult to communicate with caretaker in English.

This place is truly nice surrounded by lush greenery and very comfortable for spending the holiday. The room was very clean and tidy. The food is also very tasty. Beautiful hillside view from the villa. It's Worth for money.

The breakfast was so well prepared, delicious anything we needed was provided. All food was excellent.all the staff were so helpful, and kind and helpful. The rooms were excellent and beds very comfortable. Great value for money. Top class.great location and lots to do in the area..the owner of the property gave us valuable information about local interesting sites to visit...definitely worth a visit. We hope to be back next year.
