La habitación muy cómoda y grande

La infraestructura estaba muy cuidada y las instalaciones se veían modernas y con mucha tecnologia

A infraestrutura do lugar é maravilhosa. As piscinas grandes e confortáveis. Sendo uma só para uso de adultos, que eu gostei muito. O café da manhã maravilhoso muitas opções e tudo delicioso. Os quartos grandes camas confortáveis e banheiro grande muito limpo e com muitas toalhas. A praia fica bem em frente ao hotel, e o hotel tem serviço de praia com cadeira e guarda sol, a praia é linda. o atendimento é muito bom, todos falam inglês e espanhol e são muito atenciosos.

Só não gostei de duas coisas, uma foi que no restaurante de carne erraram o pondo da minha carne, veio mais assada do que eu pedi e a segunda coisa é que todos os preços são em dólar e nosso real está muito desvalorizado, de resto foi tudo muito bom.

Neue, stylistisch wunderschöne Hotelanlage. Tolle Empfangshalle einem riesigen Schiffssalon nachgeahmt. Tolle Pools, der Eagle-Beach ist ein Traum. Fitness-Raum riesig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr viel freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet eines der Besten, welches ich bislang hatte. Gute Restaurants in der Anlage. Großes Zimmer.

Leider muss man andauernd ein Band am Armgelenk tragen. Furchtbar, dass dies in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel notwendig ist. Noch schlimmer ist die Vergabe der Strandliegen, wo das Hotel meines Erachtens völlig falsche Regeln aufstellt und die Gäste zu zahlenden Nummern degradiert. Das sind absolute No-Gos für dieae Luxus- und Preisklasse. Aruba ist zu teuer, dieses Hotel auch.

Struttura ottima, camere grandi e molto Pulite con servizio ottimo, personale di servizio e della spiaggia molto gentile

Spiaggia da prenotare il giorno prima alle ore 17 in punto per avere i lettini dalle 9 alle 11. Spiaggia e piscina chiudono alle 6 di sera. all arrivo praticamente non ci hanno spiegato niente. Rapporto qualità prezzo da migliorare molto

De locatie was geweldig, Eagle beach aan de overkant van de weg. Het ontbijt gaf enorm veel keus. Wel beetje gekke dingen zoals dat je extra moest betalen voor appelsap volgens de bediening. Service was great, lobby is magnificant, heerlijke geur, je voelt je meteen relaxt. De communicatie tussen het hotel en de restaurants is geweldig. De restaurants gaven veel keus in verschillend eten en de zwembad bar was echt toptop! Supergoede service op het zonnedek.

Het was een heerlijk verblijf, maar een paar minpunten (die de pret niet drukten overigens ;-): Er is een rookdetector in de suites, echter wanneer een hotelgast in de kamer rookt, gaan alle rookalarmen in het hele hotel af.. Dat was echt heel erg vervelend om 7h30 sochtends in je vakantie.... Verder waren de details voor een 5-sterren hotel echt goedkope keuzes; het wc papier was echt cheapycheapy, 2 -laags dat al stuk was voordat het van de rol afkwam, geen wc borsteltje, de blinderingsgordijnen zaten vol met kleine gaten (nieuw hotel!), de zonneschermen waren stuk bij een aantal ligplekjes. Maar ja, details.

A praia espetacular, hotel novo muito bem decorado, os restaurantes com cardápios variados

Fiz a opção de all inclusive já na acomodação, porém várias coisas estão fora e isso ficou um pouco confuso no início.

Es un hotel moderno, con habitaciones amplias y personal súper amable.

Tener que cruzar la calle y caminar hasta la playa, pero creo que al ser playas públicas, todos los hoteles de Aruba tienen el mismo “problema”.

El personal muy amable. Limpian tu habitación 3 veces al día y te notifican por la app cuando ya está lista. Todo estuvo impecable, y su ubicación fue inmejorable. Los restaurantes todos mantienen una excelente gastronomía, recomiendo que prueben en GAIA. Volvería sin dudas!

Lo único que cambiaría es que para compras dentro del alojamiento solo aceptan tarjeta de crédito y no efectivo, esto es algo que quizás podrían cambiar para mayor comodidad del huésped.

Un paraíso soñado, el hotel es nuevo, lujoso y en la playa. El personal muy atento todo el tiempo a atender nuestras necesidades.

Lo único malo es la atención del restaurant en la playa, tardan muchisimo.

Ubicación del hotel, la infraestructura, las prestaciones, excelente trato del personal. Desayuno completísimo.

El check out, fue muy temprano por el vuelo y la recepcionista poca experiencia.

Hotel nuevo, limpio, muy bien decorado y ambientado, habitación grande, cama muy cómoda, todo funcionaba muy bien, servicio de limpieza excelente, recepción muy cordial, desayuno rico y abundante, piscinas grandes , reposeras muy cómodas, frente al mar, gimnasio grande muy bien equipado, ubicación tranquila y cerca de Palm Beach.

El costo del Spa nos pareció excesivo.

El lugar es espectacular.

Me deje un termo en la pileta y me lo robaron. A pesar de que el hotel tiene cámaras x todos lados, el personal no fue capaz de decirme q había pasado ni darme alguna otra respuesta. Esto arruino toda la experiencia.

O hotel é lindo, o quarto é ótimo e a limpeza excelente.. limpam os quartos de manhã e à tardezinha trazem água gelada e chocolate, além de arrumarem a cama para a noite..

Excepcionalmente limpio. Excelente ubicación: zona bonita, turística pero muy tranquila. Diseño y decoración: muy bonito, moderno, elegante, discreto. Desayuno muy bueno. El internet. La playa súper linda, amplia y tranquila.

El hotel no está en primera línea de la playa, para ir hay que cruzar una vía pública, aunque de muy baja circulación.

Very Clean, rooms beautifully designed and very comfortable, fitness equipment well maintained. Beach chairs and canopies are very comfortable.

Things that can be improved. Dining experience was good but not exceptional. Brunch was good. Evening music was ok.

Loved the hotel design and decor, beautiful beach (less crowded than Palm Beach), the best breakfast ever, great café, cleanliness, staff. They had our room ready for early check in.

Not so practical, needs more trash cans for example, elevator to the ground floor is on one side of the hotel only.

The place was brand new and had a nice design.

Our room would sometimes have a strong mold or mildew smell as if extra moisture was in the room. We told them about the smell when we checked in and they sent extra air freshener that didn’t help.

L’hôtel est très beau. Nous avons eu une grande chambre avec vue partielle sur la mer. Le grand balcon avec une baignoire balnéo était top. Le petit déjeuner royal.

Les jets de la baignoire balneo ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui a supprimé l’effet waouh escompté. Le personnel à la plage était antipathique et a refusé de nous donner un parasol supplémentaire pour notre bébé. La serveuse au bar du rooftop ne m’a bizarrement jamais apporté la carte des cocktails demandée de sorte que nous avons du partir au bout de 20 minutes sans avoir rien bu. Bref, le personnel, mis à part à la réception et le voiturier, n’était pas du tout serviable. Les équipements ne fonctionnent pas parfaitement et il n’y a pas assez de matelas à la piscine. Pour un hôtel de ce standing et de ce prix, c’est très regrettable.

The resort was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The location on Eagle Beach was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the stay. The rooms were comfortable, the pools and facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and upscale.

Nothing major to complain about — overall a great experience.

The location is great

While I understand Aruba’s natural windiness, our room experienced persistent creaking sounds throughout the day and night from Monday through Saturday. On our final night, this noise intensified significantly and unfortunately impacted my ability to sleep restfully. Given the premium nature of this property and the investment we made, I would hope this could be addressed..whether through room selection, maintenance, or structural assessment.

Our family vacation was excellent. The amenities are awesome. The food is outrageous. The service is excellent. Housekeeping is impeccable. The staff goes above and beyond ensuring your stay is carefree.

The drink and food service on the beach was lacking. The lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach were also lacking. They tried to accommodate our group of six (four chairs and two umbrellas) just wasn’t enough.

The wrist band for the room lock failed on more than on occasion and the lock had to be replaced and the wrist band still did not work! When looking at the final bill at checkout, EVERY DATE was incorrect for all resort charges, indicating dates from 06-04-2026 to 10-04-2026 while my stay was 04-06-2026 to 04-10-2026. This will be reported to the Aruba Travel

Everything was excellent from arrival to departure! We will be back!

Quartos novos e modernos. Banheira na sacada com vista fenomenal da praia de Aruba. Restaurantes do hotel são ótimos, assim como as piscinas.

Todo dia tem musica ao vivo até as 10 da noite. O palco fica no meio do hotel. Pessoalmente achei o volume alto e para quem acorda cedo para curtir Aruba pode incomodar um pouco. Eu estava com um bebê então conversei com o time na recepcão. Foram extremamente solicitos e nos mudaram para um quarto mais afastado do palco.

A estética é linda! O hotwl é muito novo, muito bem decorado, os quartos são lindos, confortáveis, bem limpos. A comida muito saborosa, atendimento bom. Praia linda com atendimento do hotel na praia. Hotel bem localizado, porém não é tão perto dos centros comerciais.

Location and layout

1. Very expensive at over $1,000/night 2. Jacuzzi in the balcony - impractical and the jets are not connected 3. Hot water pool - very dirty and no hot water - same temperature as the regular pool 4. Staff are not trained to clear plates and cups from breakfast tables BEFORE spending time setting tables 5. Suite was spacious but not well laid out. Bedside tables did not have drawers - bed should be pushed back and couch in front if you choose to watch TV other than from the bed.

Clean property. Beautiful beach

It’s designed to cater to American customers and they expect you to tip them even for the most basic services even when the service is bad. In general I quite pressured during meals because I take my time to eat and don’t pile my plate with stacks of food (unlike many people do in a buffet). But they always seemed to be in a hurry to clear the plates and hand you the bill. That was really annoying. On 3 separate occasions I had to tell them I wasn’t done yet. I guess if you’re from the US, you will like it but if you’re going from Europe it can be a bit annoying.

The adult pool and pool areas were welcoming and relaxing. The morning breakfast was very good and dinners at the restaurants was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the fitness center. Great location on Eagle Beach, can walk up to the Palm Beach area. Overall a great stay.

The drinks were pretty pricey at $22-$24 each. Also, if you are looking for a lot of action, this is not the place and the casino is not open yet.

El edificio y las habitaciones son muy lindas

La pileta estaba demasiado fria, ademas de que por como es la construcción del hotel, tiene viento todos los dias Por otro lado, si bien el hotel tiene servicio de playa, es dificil encontrar lugar disponible: para tener lugar hace falta ir a las 8am y hacer una fila para conseguir reposeras y sombrillas. Lo opuesto si se busca exclusividad y relax. Existen opciones definitivamente mejores en la isla.
