Tout était sale. La cuisine était inutilisable, les salles de bains étaient pleines de moisissure. Les toilettes pleines de tartre. Les draps ont avait un doute si ils étaient vraiment propres. Tout paraît cassé, vieux, sales. À fuire !!!

Fantastic location near Stratford Station and Westfield Shopping Centre.

Both front door and bedroom door had to be opened using codes. Very tricky system until you figure it out. Carpet on stairs was not hoovered.

It was close to London Stadium and the bed was very comfortable

Had a funny smell in the room could have done with coffee & tea making facilities in the rooms and the shower in one of the bathrooms was cold but didn’t matter as it was so hot!!

Location and thatbit was largely fairly clean.

Shared kitchen not so clean and no means of fire escape from the basement kitchen area.

Bed are too noisy. No tissue in toilet. No shampo no shower gel . Towel are wet. Look like someone just used it .

The beds were fine

It was filthy dirty! The bathrooms were disgusting full of mould. The kitchen was down steep stairs in the basement and it was creepy at night. Also dirty crumbs on the floor and worktops. The bedroom floor was dirty and it was so hot like a sauna.

It was very clean, bit of a faff with the keys but handy because you didn’t have to take the keys with you, the location was good as we were going to the Olympic park which was a walk away on the level. There was a fan in the room which was lovely as it was very hot.

Nothing really only that the toilets were on another floor but we did know it wasn’t ensuite. Also the frontage was a bit off putting, and didn’t reflect what the inside was like.

So easy for the stadium, Tesco and Sainsbury's within 5 minutes walk. 2 double beds and 2 amazing fans on request. Nice and quiet. Brilliant nights sleep and close to bathroom.

Could have been cleaner. Low quality bedding. other residents did not leave bath or shower in clean condition. Bathrooms generally need attention.

It was on a road filled with prostitution drugs and gangs and someone tried to break into the property early hours of the morning and when I called the manager they told me it wasn’t their problem and I should call the police I was bitten so bad by insects I had to go to the hospital and get antibiotics

Etwas komischer Aufenthaltsraum, die Küche war ziemlich heruntergekommen und wohl hat man sich in dem Raum nicht gefühlt. Das Zimmer und die Bäder waren ok.

I can't really talk about the staff as I didn't get to see much, as for the cleanliness its nothing to write home about toilet was not flushed the rooms were not any cleaner, I had to leave without a bath or shower, the hygiene was that poor.

Pas de toilette ou de salle de bain sur notre palier. Voisins bruyants. Attente pour accéder aux salles de bains communes

La dame qui travaille/ vit dans le logement est gentille et réactive. L'emplacement est près trop mal, à 10min de la gare de Stratford et beaucoup de commerces autour.

Clairement la propriété laisse à désirer, l'espace salon/ salle à manger sers de lieu de stockage pour la litterie donc impossible d'y passer du temps. Cuisine envahi de fourmis, il y a du moisis dans les douches, l'aération de fait très mal, beaucoup d'odeurs. La moquette des parties communes est tachée.... c'est très bruyant, la porte d'entrée claque, les lumières sont constamment allumée dans les parties communes...

Les photos correspondent à la réalité. La personne qui réalise l'entretien est très agréable, c'était relativement propre.

Les murs sont tellement fins qu'on entend absolument tout ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres voisines et aussi dans la rue. Cet établissement n'est pas très adapté aux enfants vu le genre de personnes qui le fréquentent. Les salles de bain communes sont correctes sauf si vous passez derrière d'autres clients qui ne respectent pas la propreté...

Schnelle unkomplizierte Buchung. Man kann sich selber reinlassen. Bäder waren neben dem Zimmer.

La habitación estaba bastante limpia, y el cuarto de baño también, el personal aunque es escaso te contesta pronto, y está cerca a 15 minutos de una estación de metro, supermercados, comida rápida y autobuses.

La cocina SÚPER mal, las sartenes en cajones sucios, no hay cubiertos, ni mechero para encender el fuego, los cuales están pringosos, la nevera muy sucia por dentro, al igual que los cajones, basura y el suelo, además de la mesa para comer que era muy pequeña. Las paredes de papel hacían que se oyera todo, y la limpieza de los baños era demasiado baja, no se limpian con regularidad.

Good and quiet neighborhood. The bus stop was very near. I'm not sure but it looked like there's a place to park a car in front of the house. The Elisabeth line was 5-8 minutes walk so again - good location. There are few supermarkets close by, also a lot of restaurants and places to eat. Not far away you can reach a big shopping centre with railway station and everything you can possibly need.

Everything is small. We were on the 3rd floor so I had to climb via very narrow stairs. I was wearing a suitcase and was almost impossible to do it. The room is also small. Just was tiny wardrobe inside and two beds. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. Also - the shared toilets and bathrooms were on a different floor so yet again to reach the you have to go through the awful stairs up and down. Because the bathrooms were shared they weren't as clean as I would expect them to be. A few time ls there was unflushed poop in toilet, hair and soap in the showers etc. But that depends on the guests, not so much on the host. The kitchen is in the basement. It's like entering a bomb shelter to eat. And last problem - the communication with the host was... Well let's say not bad, but very business orientated. We needed help with few things, we wanted to talk to a person, to find a solution. All the time all messages were responded by someone who's just sending you long responses with rules, but no support at all. It's not Hilton to have automated responses - it's a house from Booking after all.

Room was a decent size and right next to the bathroom. Close to pubs on the main high street.

My room was on the ground floor - the front door slammed every time it shuts. There was lots of traffic noise and some bloke was yabbering in foreign right outside at gone 1am in the morning then was knocking on the door to get in!! And the place ain't that cheap!!

The trust the have in us . They tidy rooms The easy understanding problem solving conversations The staff have enough experience to understand which type of customers.

In my own case my room was very close to the main entrance and they simply changed the room so I could get sleep

Goede locatie, simpele maar propere kamer, gedeelde badkamer en toilet op de verdieping met 4 andere kamers. Deze waren zeer net!

Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna. Jeżeli ładujesz w London Stansted to masz pociąg, którym razem ze spacerem w godzinę jestes w hotelu. Od centrum Londynu to 30minut metrem, spokojna okolica, wielka galeria w okolicy, pasaż z różnymi małymi sklepami obok i restauracje z dobrymi śniadaniami. Jeżeli ma być tylko do spania i ruszania na miasto to jest ok

Bardzo brudny pokój, podłoga się kleiła, pod łóżkiem była szklanka i puste butelki, w szufladach stare gazety. Ogólnie pościel i ręczniki różnokolorowe (na pościeli jakieś stare plamy). 2 łazienki na piętro (czyli na 5 pokoi.

It is horrible place Checkin was not nicely They put on the door 3 numbers 2 of them not working 1 of them answered after my 5 calls.He was very rude. Room was very poor Sheets are not clean Wc and bathroom is dirty.Door lock is like broken I did not feel safe with my kids.It was boring not comfortable And Expensive price for this simple dirty place No recommend

The provider OYO was insistent on my using the hotel number with continental code ie+44. I was never able to get through to the hotel by phone it was always engaged or unavailable. I was given a 2nd number for the hotel 07788..I rang and left a message re no response from the hotel+44 contact details. 2nd time I rang 07788 tel number male answered said he had no contact from Booking.com for months. I attempted to lodge a complaint via the hotel. I was unable to get through via the contact details provided. OVO asked for passport copies Based on my experience to date at that time I was not confident enough to provide them with that level of private info.
