Reviewed Oct 13, 2025The decor, loft layout, chic and spacious rooms and overall ambiance was awesome. It is also located in an area that is very safe.
Stairs....very dangerous inside without guard rails and very narrow. We had heavy suitcases so not ideal for folks with large luggages.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025Location in Mayfair was great. We need a place for 3-4 adult family members and it was good for that. It was quirky (good), but the bed setup was odd, with bonus beds being in a tight loft, but we made it work. Kitchen and other facilities brilliant. Bed comfort was acceptable, but not excellent.
The bathroom in the downstairs bedroom was dirty, with hairs and dirt still in the shower and on the floor. I gave it all a rinse over to get rid of that. It had character but the overall bed situation wasn't really for 4 people. The master bed and bath were good.

The hot water tended to run cold, and the water pressure left abit to be desired, but we have found this in London generally compared to what we are used to.

Some things not working properly like the fridge/dishwasher was not working when we first checked in, the main bathroom shower was not functioning properly
