Geweldige ligging, prachtig uitzicht, grote slaapkamers en twee complete badkamers. Parkeren was op een eigen parkeerplaats mogelijk! De beheerder wachtte ons netjes op.

Accueil très sympathique de Miguel que nous remercions pour les fruits et tout ce qu’il a prévu pour notre arrivée. Le logement est spacieux et très confortable.

Heel huis met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Volledige ingerichte keuken met alles erop en eraan. Ligt aan de rand van Sao Vincente en daardoor heel stil. Parkeren kan gratis bij de accommodatie. Miguel was zeer behulpzaam en werden voorzien van fruit, koekjes, wijn en eieren. Grote supermarkt in de nabijheid.

The House is beautifully located in Sao Vicente. From the window you can see the whole valley with the iconic church tower. The house is spacious, fully equipped and clean. Miguel is a great host - he was helpful and welcomed us with snacks, beverages and eggs. The road to the house is winding but it is not hard (we had a small car with automatic transmission) and it is nice that you can find it on google maps.

As we were unlucky with a weather, it was a bit cold in the house. It also raised the level of humidity but it is a typical for the northern short of the island. Miguel supported us with an additional heater and dehumidifier to alleviate that situation.

Miguel, fue muy amable, nos recibió con una botella de.vino, frutas, galletitas típicas del lugar, y otras cosas ricas..La casa es nueva, muy comoda, amplia, unas vistas bellísimas, y muy silenciosas..ideal para descansar y pasar unos lindos dias en Madeira. Gracias Miguel por tanta generosidad!!!!

Miguel is the kindest host we've met. He even brought us eggs from his chickens. The place has an amazing view, is incredibly clean and smells amazing. It is thoroughly equipped, kitchen, cleaning and bathroom wise. We accidentaly broke the front door key and Miguel said it was no problem and even gave us a key for another door.

Absolutnie fantastyczne miejsce !!! Do dyspozycji cały dom w przepięknej okolicy u podnóża gór. Idealne miejsce na zwiedzanie północnej części Madery. Dom świetnie wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Internet doskonałej jakości. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel Miguel. Dla każdego po przyjeździe miły poczęstunek i jajka od kur w własnej chodowli. Polecam !!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The place was peaceful, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights was the host, who was incredibly kind and brought us fresh homemade eggs and fruit several times during our stay — such a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcome.

The only small downside was the noticeable humidity in the house, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was perfect, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

De locatie van het huis op de berghelling, tussen de wijnranken. Ruim en hygienische woning, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een goed comfortabel verblijf. Zelfs verse eieren, bananen en madeira wijn in de keuken!

The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location was peaceful and quiet , perfect for relaxing. A special compliment to the host, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Each morning, he left us fresh eggs, lemons, and herbs from his garden. I highly recommend this place!

What made our stay truly exceptional was, without question, Miguel, the host. He welcomed us with such warmth, gave us a personal tour of the house, and took care of us in a way that felt almost like friendship. His kindness and attentiveness made all the difference :) He surprised us with fresh eggs from his own chickens and tropical fruits from his garden, which added a personal, authentic touch to our stay. You have the entire house for you, which is great. Spacious kitchen with dining table. Spacious room with big wardrobe and 3 single beds and upstairs - big bedroom with double bed (and a great view), two bathrooms. The view is amazing! You can see the entire valley. Nice garden with places to rest (if you have a good weather - we didn't ;)). There were radiators, so even though it was cold and rainy, we didn't get cold.

Even though the house is new, you can see and smell the moisture (which is pretty common in Madeira, especially in the north, but still - it is something that makes the stay less comfortable). In the kitchen there were ants and some other lining creatures - if someone is sensitive to such, need to take it under consideration. The stairs to the upper rooms are very steep and winding (not easy to climb with a big suitcase).

Ubytování krásné, byli jsme moc spokojeni, jen nám byla v baráčku občas zima, ale s tím možná musí člověk v horách počítat a lépe se vybavit i na “doma”.

Apartament ogromny (piętrowy dom) super wyposażenie oraz widok z każdej strony domu. Właściciel bardzo pomocny i opiekuńczy. Dojazd jak to na Maderze dla dobrego kierowcy, ale spokojnie można bez problemu podjechać pod sam dom. Pomimo chłodnych dni (marzec) właściciel zapewnił elektryczne grzejniki.

Niestety pogoda deszczowa nie pozwoliła skorzystać z tarasu i ogrodu. W zimne miesiące trochę chłodno w sypialniach (ale na Maderze nie montują nigdzie centralnego ogrzewania)

V únoru v domě celkem zima (a malé radiátory v pokojích nedostatečné k vytápění tak velkého prostoru), v kuchyni si téměř ke všemu najdou cestu mravenci

Прекрасный новый чистый дом с потрясающим видом. Есть все необходимое. Хозяин был очень милым, встретил нас по приезду а на следующий день принес фрукты.

Горячая вода быстро кончается, не хватало троим принять душ

Het huisje ligt op een prachtige locatie al was het voor ons iets te afgelegen en lastiger bereikbaar. Het huisje zelf is heel ruim en heeft alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Bovendien is alles nieuw en netjes ingericht. Belangrijkste pluspunt is de host zelf. Hij heeft er echt alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf comfortabel te maken.

One of the days was quite noisy in the valley because some local festivities. Not a big deal anyway.

De locatie van het huis is prachtig. Een goede uitval basis om het hele eiland te verkennen. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. Deze kant van het eiland vonden wij het mooist. En als je dan mag verblijven in dit mooie huis, met prachtig uitzicht en een fantastische gastheer .. ik zou dit aan iedereen aanbevelen

Anfitrión muy amable y cercano, lo hizo todo fácil y nos dejó detalles de bienvenida como fruta de su huerto, y algunas bebidas. ¡Todavía estoy buscando unos aguacates tan grandes y ricos como esos! La estancia fue muy cómoda y tranquila, despertarse en esa enorme y cómoda cama con las primeras luces del día y el sonido de pájaros y algún gallo fue una experiencia relajante. Si te gustan la naturaleza y la tranquilidad, es un sitio ideal, con unas vistas y ubicación inmejorable. Instalaciones muy cuidadas y limpias. Casa muy bonita. Sin duda si volvemos a Madeira será el primer sitio al que vuelva.

We loved the place and the very friendly and warm welcome from Miguel, the host. Since we experienced rather cold and rainy wheather here, we had no chance to enjoy the lovely little space in the garden with the sun beds, however we loved the stunning views to the beautiful nature around. We had a chance to talk to Miguel and learn very interesting info about the life here. And we tasted very good poncha in "his bar" ;o)) We really enjoyed the stay here and would highly recommend!!

La maison est très spacieuse et parfaitement rénovée, et d'une très grande propreté. La situation est exceptionnelle, sur les hauteurs de Sao Vicente, avec une vue splendide. C'est très calme (seul le chant du coq vous rappellera que vous avez des êtres vivants pas trop loin !), et idéal pour ceux qui apprécient un séjour paisible. En plus, Miguel est un hôte adorable et passionné par la culture de l'île. Il nous a donné beaucoup de fruits issus des parcelles de terrain qu'il cultive, un délice !

Il manque juste un meuble avec des tiroirs ou étagères pour ranger les habits dans la chambre du rez-de-chaussée (c'est OK dans la chambre de l'étage).

Loved the location, loved the space in the villa. It had a wonderful small back garden and a balcony which I loved spending time watching the sunset and the clouds rolling in. Beautiful little property tucked away in a small village amongst locals.

Was slightly worried about using the electricity upstairs. Ceiling lights flickered vigorously every time I plugged in a phone to charge or used the hair dryer. There were ants all over our food on the first day -they come in through a hole in the kitchen and travel along the wall unit handles and through the microwave. On our first night they found our cereal and biscuits and were all over everything 😂 when we hid the food they weren’t coming in colonies anymore. Beds and pillows were not really that comfortable (we hardly slept) and room upstairs was very hot. If we opened the window we would get bitten 😂😩 and the fan downstairs was broken. The turning stairs made it difficult to carry large items up and down them anyway.

Like most places on Madiera, windows don't have screens so a few bugs are to be expected.

il manque peut être quelques ustensiles de cuisine (une seule poêle, pas de louche). télé toute neuve mais impossible de regarder une chaine (l'installation du décodeur télé semble non finie) . mais, pour le peu de temps qu'on a voulu passer devant, c'est pas bien grave

Be careful! After you wake up in Miguel's house for a few days, your old world will seem dull and boring to you :) The cool morning air soaked with the smell of wet earth and leaves, the scream of the neighbours' roosters, the chime of the bells every 15 minutes, the clouds tangled in the mountains, the rain, the sun and the rainbow UNDER YOU - and all this at the same time! It's too concentrated happiness, it won't fit in you :) House: simple, clean, convenient, comfortable, no frills. Comfortable new beds, two new bathrooms with shower and toilet, plenty of towels, a terrace with breathtaking views, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment and utensils. I advise Miguel to make a huge window in the kitchen so guests can admire the beauty (we just opened the doors wide). The road to home: 12 steep turns towards the sky :))), three goats that completely ignore you :) and two dogs that throw themselves under the wheels, wanting to tell you something important. The driver must be experienced :), so Miguel meets you on the first day. The host: Miguel is the most wonderful Miguel in the world :), very sweet and hospitable, we became friends :) The house had prepared fruits, beer, water, and sweets for us, which was very helpful because we checked in late and were very tired. At the restaurant Snack Bar Estoril where Miguel works, we ordered the espada com banana several times. The espada was very tasty, home-cooked, with a crispy crust and a very large side dish. So, I also recommend it.

Miguel was a very thoughtful and hospitable host. The house is brand new, very spacious and clean. It's located in the Sao Vicente valley, so the views from the house are spectacular!

Wszystko było super a gospodarz jeszcze lepszy. Dom jest nowy, widoki fantastycznie, panuje cisza i spokój, słychać śpiew ptaków. Właściciel przemiły i bardzo pomocny. Poświecił nam dużo swojego czasu pokazując farmę i okolice. Niezapomniane miejsce w które bardzo chętnie będę wracał.

This is the best view you will ever get at a rental place! It is absolutely incredible; you see the valley, Madeira wine grape vines, the ocean and the mountains. Even a peak of the sunset. The host was very friendly. He gave us great tips to explore the area. He also welcomed us with some local treats. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Would very much recommend! You can sit all around the house, so you get to enjoy every bit. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. I would recommend planning your eat options in advance, there are not that many restaurants around. Unless you have a car, then everything is within easy access. The house however has a well equipped kitchen, so we made some easy dinners at the house. Then we got to eat them with the incredible views the house has to offer.

Absolutely everything! Miguel was a perfect Host, very kind and great communication at all times. The house is brand new, beautiful!! Plenty of room...very large! Bed is very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped. The view is absolutely incredible, looking over the valley and mountains, ocean in the distance. We would most definately stay here again : )

I realy enjoyed the stay. Migual was very welcoming, the surrounding was stunning and the house is new with all essentials.

You will need a car to get there, as the house in the vineyard and in the steep hill.

Super schöne Aussicht, tolles Ferienhaus, groß, neu und sehr sauber. Ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch die Parkfläche war sehr gross. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Ansonsten war alles top! Miguel war ein toller Gastgeber der uns noch leckeren Wein, Kuchen sowie Kekse vorbei gebracht.

Es war alles super, was wir aber sehr schön gefunden hätten, wären 2 Liegestühle, um sich zu sonnen oder den wunderbaren Sternenhimmel über São Vicente noch besser genießen zu können. Um die enge Auffahrtsstrasse bei Gegenverkehr gut zu meistern, muss man sich auch beim Rückwärtsfahren mit dem Mietwagen auf jeden Fall sehr wohl fühlen 😄 Hat aber immer alles sehr gut geklappt.

Really great property with excellent facilities. Stunning location was ideal for a base for visiting the whole of the island. Miguel was a great host, friendly and very helpful throughout the stay.
