Établissement bien situé, restaurants et boutiques à proximité ainsi que les lieux de visites tels que Beijing Road et Dafo Temple.

Établissement difficile à trouver car son entrée ne donne pas sur les rues principales mais est caché à l’arrière du A-Mall. Nous l’avons trouvé avec difficulté.

Clean and modern. Decent location the view from the room was amazing.

The bed was very hard. The AC didn't get too cold.

Aucun ustensile de cuisine à disposition, le nettoyage et le lit n’est pas fait par les femmes de chambres, il passe tous les soirs mais seulement pour changer les serviettes et vous donner 2 petites bouteilles d’eau. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas impossible d’avoir accès à internet

Great accomodation in a great location, room was a great size.

It was difficult to locate the reception desk.

There’s 4 of us, but we’re given only 2 towels. It’s called apartment, with stove, but no pots or plates or utensils.

Great service at the front desk. Fantastic location, tidy surroundings and super convenient to stay here.

Tommy, de eigenaar was vriendelijk en erg attent. Op 5 mei was het kinderdag en kregen mijn kinderen een cadeautje van hem! Dat was erg lief van hem. Verder is de buurt redelijk rustig, de metro station is op loopafstand (7min lopen). Het is hier erg centraal gelegen! De Seven Eleven is naast de hostel en is 24 uur open. Kortom, wij hebben goed kunnen uitrusten en hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

We waren met 4 personen, beddengoed van het stapelbed was niet opgemaakt. Mijn broer had het niet door en als gevolg kreeg hij allergische reactie op zijn gezicht. De volgende dag hadden wij zelf de bedden opgemaakt, daarna had mijn broer geen last meer van zijn huid.

Excellent location with just a 5 to 10 mins walk to beijing road/pedestrian street and all eateries. Many eateries to choose from and subway is just at the building basement. Room is spacious too

Toilet door's design is poor as you can see inside. No privacy. Can hear construction noises early in the morning.

It’s clean, convenient. Walking distance every where.

There is no dryer in the room. I didn’t realised there’s a postpartum at level 25.

The location was pretty good.

Staff could be friendlier, the parcel system could be better because I lost a couple tao bao packages and not all the rooms are smoke free

Location was convenient as it was opposite the metro station.

It was hard to locate, took us 30 minutes before we accidentally found the place. Asked many locals and they didn’t know where it was. It was by chance that we located it. In the morning we realised the overgrown trees had obstructed the image shown in booking.com

The privacy of the toilet and bathroom in the room. Transparent door which mean you can see inside the toilet from the room even when the door is close. This is really not good.

Metro line, mall, restaurants just below the apartment. Very convenient to move around the city. Daily replenishment of bottled water and towels.

Staff doesn't speak english, place a bit old. The mall is shared between 3/4 companies. A bit crowded at times.

It’s conveniently located close to Beijing Pedestrian Road

Unfortunately, there were several issues with this property. There was a musty smell coming from the bathroom, and the bathroom drain was clogged, which caused flooding in the room. The experience was very unpleasant, and we decided to move out after one 2 nights although we had booked for 13 nights and they were considerate enough to refund us partially for our stay.

It is in a good location, Beijing Street, Big Buddha Temple, Six Banyan Tree Temple, Chan Clan Hall. Opposite the house is 100 restaurants. Big enough.

They could have furnished it a little better, it can't be used as an apartment, there are no kitchen utensils, not even a spoon or plate, and there is no dining area.

My room was only ready at 6 pm. Room deco was exactly the pic on website BUT WERE BADLY WORN DOWN -Cupboards, doors was broken, visibly mended and place was dusty and you would not want to stay more time than needed in the toilet. They put us on 2608 which was behind the EXIT door. It’s abit scary and uncomfortable but they said they didn’t have other rooms for us until the next day. Anyway this will be my last stay there. The building house a few hotel operators, confinement centers and businesses. I should have choosen a better maintained accommodation

This was a service apartment so no breakfast was provided but there were plenty of eateries nearby.

The lighting could have been better and some cutlery such as spoons, plates and bowls should have been made available.

Good location and reasonable rates. Close to restaurants and shopping.

The property was old and towels provided were very old. I had to ask for cleaner newer towels. I asked for a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. They changed it for me the next day though.

The room is clean and hygienic. It is close to the subway. It is convenient to take a bus. It is also convenient to go to some scenic spots in Guangzhou. The room has a window and you can see the scenery outside. I recommend it. I will stay here again next time.

The room is large, spacious and bright, the front desk staff has a good service attitude, enthusiasm, careful, quick response, the room is clean and sanitary, the cleaning service staff cleans the room in a timely manner, the geographical location is good, the travel is very convenient, there are many restaurants around

I booked this property twice. And both time Booking.com charged me in advance. However, the property made my pay again even after being charged. And said you will get a refund. Why did i get charged first if i was gonna pay again at property. And i never got the refund .

This apartment is operated by a lot of different company, different kind of business running there. can be quite complex. The unit is not clean, stain everywhere, smelly toilet, but the bedsheet is ok.

The room was filthy. Shower was full of mould and scum. Floor and furniture were dusty despite being "cleaned" everyday, we had to buy wipes to wipe down. The bed was literally rock hard. We've specifically requested a non smoking room but was told they do not have non smoking rooms at all. Electric sockets were coming off the walls. And the toilet stank of sewer. We've informed staff repeatedly but there's nothing they could do except move us into a different but equally crappy room. Management simply have not kept the apartments in shape. Please, heed our lesson and stay away!

Location of property is as good as I’ve expected with shopping and meals all within short walking distance.

Property is a little run down. Maybe it’s time to refurbish instead of renting it out in such a condition. Pictures on website looks nice and new but in actual it’s different

Location is directly above the metro station with lines 1 and 2, extremely convenient and near shopping district

The WiFi was very slow, cannot send any photos or watch videos. Towels, slippers, cups etc catered for only 2 pax so need to specially request for additional sets. Initially was told that I cannot check in early despite having received confirmation that early check in is possible upon my arrival. Need to be more firm with reception staff. Room had no heater and was quite cold. Condition of room so quite old but overall still worth the price as it was S$300 cheaper than another similar apartment within the same building.

They not professional at all. And wont hesitate to scam if you don’t pay attention.
