Leider war das Frühstück eine Katastrophe. Sehr wenig Auswahl bis hin, keine Auswahl, obwohl wir Spätens um 9 Uhr da waren. Den Tee gab es nur aus dem Automaten der weniger nach Tee aber dafür mehr nach Kaffee geschmeckt hat. Das Geld kann man sich gut sparen, denn vor der Tür gibt es 2 kleine Supermärkte.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Es ist weniger als 8min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die U-Bahnstation befindet sich direkt in der Nähe.
Die Rezeptionisten sprechen kaum bis gar kein Englisch. Selbst leichte Auskünfte konnten nicht oder nur schwer erteilt werden. Von einem „3-Bett-Zimmer“ rate ich ab. Das dritte Bett in dem sonst so kleinen Hotelzimmer muss am Tag wieder eingeklappt werden, sonst gibt es gar keinen Platz. Das Bad hatte nicht einmal 2qm Platz. Also es ist wirklich extrem klein. Es gibt keinen Schrank oder sonst eine Möglichkeit seine Koffer im Zimmer abzustellen. Es gibt weder (Toast)Brot zum Frühstück, noch sonst einen Aufschnitt.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026JR京都駅からも近い立地条件も良く､交通🚌🚎の便も非常に良いし､地下鉄🚇の出入り口にも近いので迷う事も無いのが大変良いです♪😃 未だ新そうな感じの佇まいに加え､内装も綺麗ですし､2階のフロント💁🏾💁♀️💁♂️兼テーブル&チェアーの在る食堂も中々良い感じです♪😇 朝の朝食(有料)はバイキング形式でご飯🍚系やパン🥖🥪🥐系も有りました😚
当初3人での宿泊予定🗓️で予約してたのですが､個人的事情により1人行けなく成って2人で宿泊しましたが､部屋の狭さの影響で2人で丁度良かったです､もし3人でしたら窮窟だったかも知れません💦😅 ビジネス🧑💼👩💼ホテル🏨なので､水廻りのトイレ🚽やお風呂🛁や洗面所が一緒で窮窟感は有りました💦😗🤨

És barat (uns 65€ l'habitació, amb esmorzar), però la relació qualitat-preu no és particularment bona. L'esmorzar és majoritàriament d'estil japonès, bo, però les opcions occidentals (algun croissant, iogurt, ous remenats, bacon) són escasses i no gaire engrescadores
Hi vam estar a l'agost, i l'hotel és una muntanya russa de temperatures: agradable al vestíbul de l'ascensor, però el propi ascensor ja et prepara pel forn que són els passadissos, on no hi ha aire condicionat. L'habitació té un mòdul d'aire condicionat, que refreda prou però fa soroll i no deixa dormir. L'habitació és la més petita que vam tenir al Japó: el bany és tant petit, que l'aixeta del bany girava i servia també per a omplir la banyera! El matalàs era incòmode, i els coixins tenien una textura rugosa desagradable. La cafeteria és funcional però bàsica: s'espera que mengis rapidet, recullis i te'n vagis

O quarto é do tamanho dos hotéis aqui no Japão, nada a reclamar tudo ok. Café da manhã bom, um pequeno almoço. Super elogios a todos os funcionários 🙏🏼

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026别的都挺好的。注意别在晚餐后的晚上时间洗衣服，就两台洗衣机和甩干机，排不上队。上午或者凌晨是随便用的。三天一次的清洁时间就有点尴尬，因为我清洁前的晚上太累了，没有收拾东西，小东西乱七八糟的放的到处都是，不想让清洁人员进来，怕给我捡丢了，就取消了清洁。不清楚能不能主动在第二天把前一天的清洁要回来。。地理位置挺好的，离京都站一站地，地铁出门隔壁就是，30米外也有地铁直梯入口。虽然京都都是做公交车比较多（地铁下到地下还要走2里地，也是没谁了，如果天天做地铁的话，感觉就在地铁里都能走两千步）。出门3分钟，和5分钟脚程各有一个公交站，线路能基本覆盖大热景点（但比如去伏见稻荷之类的就要做地铁了）。对面（走路2分钟）就是便利店，解决早餐完美。前台，服务人员可以用磕巴英语对付（中文不清楚，我一直用的英语）。存包OK。公共区有冰水热水咖啡可乐免费的机器和饮料贩卖机。周边安全，女生自己凌晨回来也OK（其实日本整体都挺安全的哈哈），尤其街对面两个貌似是24小时的便利店和pizza店一直亮着灯，挺有安全感。点外卖OK。床挺大，能睡两个成年人，但是房间挺小的，两个人都在地下走路可能不行。店后面是一片那种动漫里90年代的日式居民一户建的区域，去公交站的时候路过感觉很有动漫感和生活感。11am退房。隔音不错（但也可能是正常，反正没听到别人的声音，窗户关上也听不到外面的声音）房间灯偏暗，化妆啥的要开窗帘。
日本酒店老传统了，大行李箱打不开。不知道是不是每天开窗时间太短，通风有一点点问题，每天洗澡+半干的毛巾让房间里有一点点味道。冰箱有一点点运行声音（当然这很正常）但是神经衰弱人要选择不开冰箱。

La camera era piccola ma come da standard nelle città giapponesi, c’era tutto il necessario e alla reception c’erano amenities a disposizione. Staff gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutato con la spedizione dei bagagli. La colazione buona, maggioranza salata (come da cucina giapponese) riso, miso, tofu, ma anche bacon, uova, pane e yogurt e piccole brioches, caffè, the e succhi alle macchinette. Le stanze vengono rifatte dopo le 3 notti di permanenza ma il cambio asciugamani si può chiedere se si ritiene necessario.

Me pareció demasiada chica la habitacion. El baño era bastante apretado y habia q armar el sillón para tener la 3era cama con lo cual la habitacion quedaba muy chica. No quedaba lugar casi ni para abrir las valijas.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026A localização do hotel é ótima! Bem ao lado de uma estação de metrô e a poucos metros e um templo magnífico. Tem um centro comercial bem grande apenas a distância de uma caminhada. Muitas lojas de conveniência, restaurantes. O quarto é agradável, tudo muito limpo e organizado.
O quarto é pequeno, mas é um padrão do país. Mas tem até uma bancada que é otimo para organizar as coisas da viagem.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Le plus apprécié a été la pièce de vie mise à disposition au second étage dans laquelle il y a des boissons gratuites (fraiches et chaudes) un distributeur, a proximité des machines à laver et sèche linge. C'était parfait pour se regrouper en famille avant de partir ou le soir pour débriefer. Nous pouvions également utiliser cet espace pour manger.
Le seul bémol a été le bruit de la VMC du bloc de salle de bain qui faisait tellement de bruit que nous ne l'utilisions presque jamais.

the hotel is located quite a long disctance from touristic area of Kyoto. Even thoiugh there is a Subway station close by , the entracen does not have an elevator and we had to carry out luggage.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The staff were unflexible. We arrived 30minutes before check in and they didn't want to check us in. We were there for 1 day and decided to stay another. They gave me a price that was 30% bigger than the one on booking. A d told me I would have to check out and after 4h check back in if I wanted to stay there.

El personal entraba en la habitación sin permiso, cuando nos estábamos cambiando de ropa, y no había cambio de toallas a diario como en el resto de los hoteles.

Pistorasioita oli huoneessa huonosti kun vuoteen päädyssä olleet usb paikat eivät toimineet. Myöskään vuoteen vieressä ei ollut kummallakaan puolella mitään laskutasoja kirjalle, korvatulpille, puhelimelle tms.

Maybe the view, no view at all from our room and because my companion was allergic to dust, every time we opened the window she felt sick because the building beside was under construction

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026One of the best accommodations that we stayed during our visit to Japan. The staff are very helpful and courteous. They even allow you to keep your luggage after checkout for the rest of the day if you have a late train or flight and you have roam around the city meanwhile. The rooms were clean and tidy.
The one thing to consider is the rooms are very compact.

O quarto era bem pequeno, entre duas pessoas foi complicado, mas conseguimos gerir. A casa de banho podia estar mais limpa, havia sinais de mofo nos ralos.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026NO ens ha agradat RES. Ha estat una molt mala experiència.
L'Hotel té 10 plantes, i hi ha només 1 ascensor. La 1a planta és un rebedor al carrer, la 2a planta és la recepció i el menjador, i després hi ha normalment unes 17 habitacions/planta. L'ascensor està sempre ocupat. Hi ha una escala exterior d'emergència però que s'atura a la 1a planta, a la recepció, i en dterminades hotes tancaven les portes d'accés. És desesperant. Quan vam arribar el 1r dia la part baixa de les parets i l'entrada no estaven prou nets. La neteja de l'habitació és cada 4 dies, i és insuficient. A nosaltres no ens la van fer quan tocava, i la vam haver de reclamar, i insistir !. Impresentable. El personal és amable, excepte un noi occidental que és molt desagradable i molt poc servicial. Al fer la reserva vam demanar una habitació en un pis elevat i amb vistes, i ens van posar al 3r pis en una habitació molt claustrofòbica. A més. aquells dies van fer reformes a l'hotel i el van tapar exteriorment tot amb plàstic. No hi havia manera de ventilar, i com que ens hi vam quedar una setmana l'ambient a l'habitació cada cop estava més enrarit. Dubto que fos legal fer això, amb l'hotel ple. En tot cas no va ser gens sensat. Viatjavem tres persones. El llit de matrimoni era prou confortable, però el llit plegable pel nostre fill no, que hi va estar a disgut per poc confortable L'esmorçar era bo, però en general tot plats massa forts. La bolleria era dolentíssima. Éstà a 900 m de l'estació -massa lluny-. Té una estació de metro al costat, però aquest és molt limitat a Kyoto, i serveix de ben poc. També hi ha una parada de bus allà al costat.

部屋の壁の塗り替えをされた方が。お風呂の蛇口も固くて私では回せなくて大変でした。価格はお安いのかもしれませんが 施設の設備は定期的に点検された方が良いと思います。エアコン掃除も。

Çamaşır kurutması çok kötü, dakikası yazmıyor başkası kurumuş mu diye bakıp makineyi durdurabiliyor halbuki tekrar başlatması gerek. 1 buçuk saat kurutmayı kullanmamıza rağmen eşyalarımız ıslaktı dışarıda 20 dk da hallettik.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026La struttura è a breve distanza dalla stazione, con una breve passeggiata è facilmente raggiungibile. Subito davanti e accanto, un Family Mart e un Seven Eleven. A due passi, letteralmente, un Tempio buddista davvero bello. Si raggiunge il centro a piedi, eventualmente con una fermata o due di metro della linea verde. Ho molto apprezzato il servizio per lasciare i bagagli la mattina del checkout, che ci ha permesso di guadagnare una mezza giornata abbondante per visitare Kyoto.
