No hay auto check in y el administrador se ha quejado de nuestros horarios de entrada, se cobre la fianza en efectivo y hay que quedar para su devolución; la piscina está saturada al atardecer

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025La piscina es lo más hermoso del lugar. La vista desde allí es excepcional, es un sueño. El departamento es cómodo, estaba impecable. Las habitaciones no eran lo más lindo del lugar. Una era sin ventanas y muy pequeña, sin lugar para dejar las maletas, realmente incómoda. La otra habitación tenía ventana y un mejor tamaño. El lugar de estar es muy lindo con linda vista, de costado se podían ver las torres Petronas. Faltaban ciertos artículos en la cocina, y tambien faltaban por ejemplo toallas de mano. Las pedimos y en seguida nos las trajeron. Hay una pequeña tienda de comestibles dentro del edificio, lo cual es de mucha ayuda. La atención es buena. Volvería a alojarme alli, sin duda y lo recomiendo mucho, ya que la piscina y el resto de las instalaciones del edificio son preciosas.
La habitación sin ventanas.

The communication with the "host" was insufficient. Quick, but minimal answers, missunderstandings, etc... Overall everthing was okay, and the "host" was flexible, but a better communication definetely can incrase the experience!

More towels needed, but the host told us we had to contact him, so it is a part of our fault as well. Besides that, all perfect!!

Pool was always jam packed and towels were not provided exclusively for the pool. Not a big problem, though. Sauna was not working when we were there.
