Es war sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt an der Wembley Park Station.

Property was really close to Wembley Stadium as we were staying at the accommodation for AEW: All In. A short distance away from the hotel with a good view of Wembley Park Underground station. Room was clean and lots of facilities provided including, oven, kettle, microwave and TV. WiFi was fast and easy to connect to with clear instructions on the password and name of network on RoomPilot and on the router itself which was easy to get to.

This room fit our needs so I don't have any complaints in regard to what I don't like about the room. It was hot but we had fans to keep ourselves cool during the day so that's my only "complaint" but the hosts provided fans for this purpose.

Clear instructions, excellent communication from host and very responsive, didn't wait long for replies at all. The apartment itself was lovely, I imagine it would quite warm though during the summer. Excellent location, right next to the arena and the underground with shops and food places close by if required. I had a great stay and would book again there without a doubt. It was my first stay in London and going to a concert at Wembley, I had a great time, thank you.

Nothing really to complain about, maybe the workmen were quite noisy during the day but that's no issue as we were out most of the day anyway.

The only advantage of this apartment is its location, especially if you need to be close to Wembley and the underground. Apart from that, our experience was quite disappointing.

When we arrived, the shower was broken, and it took more than a day to get it fixed, despite having to constantly chase them about it. In addition, some of the towels were dirty. The sofa in the living room was extremely dirty and very uncomfortable, and the bed was not comfortable either, as the springs were digging into us, making it difficult to sleep properly. The kitchen was also missing quite a lot of basic kitchenware, so it was not properly equipped for a normal stay. Another significant problem was the strong and unpleasant smells of food, which occurred at different times and were quite nauseating. But without a doubt, the worst thing was the unbearable heat inside the apartment. Although the weather during our stay was not particularly hot for London, the temperature inside the apartment never dropped below 30°C. The only solution provided was a few fans, but one of them was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep with it on. On top of that, the windows could barely be opened, making it almost impossible to ventilate or cool down the apartment. Overall, the location is good, but we believe the apartment needs significant improvements in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, comfort and ventilation. Considering the price and the conditions provided, we would not stay here again.

The location is excellent, especially if you're in London for a show. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby, and everything is very convenient.

Unfortunately, the flat was extremely uncomfortable during the hot summer weather. The host kindly provided a portable air conditioner, but it was far too small to cool the room effectively and was incredibly noisy — we measured over 78 dB. As it was positioned right next to the sofa bed and couldn't be moved, our choice at night was essentially between sleeping in a room of around 33°C or trying to sleep with extremely loud noise beside us. There were also no curtains in the living room, so strong sunlight came directly onto the sofa bed in the morning, making the room even hotter and very bright. The host did respond to our messages, but unfortunately there was no practical solution during our stay. I would not recommend staying here during hot summer weather unless the cooling and curtains are improved.

First of all they don’t tell you about an additional £50 compulsory charge and demand payment after booking and paying for the accommodation. They told me it was on their listing but it wasn’t, I have the screenshots to prove it. The alternative was a £500 refundable deposit which was on the listing but this is disproportionate to the price paid and effectively pushes you into paying the non-refundable £50. They wouldn’t budge. Be aware before booking. Next the oven didn’t work which is ok unless you have hungry teenagers after a concert and you’ve bought pizzas! Washing machine leaked. Flat very clean apart from the floors weirdly, so dirty all white socks ruined. Stayed during a heatwave and the thermostat in the flat didn’t go below 32C. Of course the weather is t their fault and they did have fans in all rooms but making everyone aware that there’s no air conditioning if that’s important to you,

La ubicación, la zona de Wembley es muy tranquila y está muy bien comunicado en metro. La estación de Wembley Park a cinco minutos o menos andando.

Pasamos algo de calor, aunque había aire acondicionado portátil no funcionaba muy bien. Pero estuvimos unos días con unas temperaturas anormalmente altas para Londres. Además para cuatro personas no había suficientes platos ni sillas en el apartamento.

We were attending an event at Wembley, so the location was ideal - this was our primary reason for booking this property.

On our day of arrival (check-in from 3pm) I received an email in the morning to say that an engineer would be in the property at some time between 11am to 7pm to complete an AC installation. Given the property has to be exited by 11am, that work should have been arranged within the 11am to 3pm window, before our arrival. I didn't receive any update and spent the day worrying that we would have someone there while we were trying to get ready for an event that evening. I was sent a WhatsApp by the property manager requesting an additional payment before arrival, despite Booking.com saying that the booking was paid for in full. The a/c unit in the apartment had no instructions and was useless. We stayed during a very hot spell of weather, there are no blinds or curtains in the lounge area and the windows do not open far due to the height of the building. The bed mattress and sofa bed had no mattress protectors on. Some of the bedding was stained. Mattress in bedroom had stains, hairs and food crumbs. Advised the property of all of these and sent photos, received no follow-up or reply. The wi-fi did not work the whole time we were there. We messaged about this but nothing was resolved.

The heat! Do not stay at this property in the summer months. The mobile air conditioning units seemed to be giving off heat and making things worse, the windows are huge and there are no blinds. It was over 30 degrees when we arrived at the flat and still 28 degrees when we woke up the next morning. The windows only open an inch as you are on the 10th floor. This apartment is NOT fit for purpose in the summer. We paid nearly £500 for 2 nights and only stayed one night but the owner refused to refund anything. It was unbearable. The owner is also trying to get a £35 non refundable deposit from everyone, do not pay it. It is not in the description. Shameful owners

This was a really lovely apartment. Clean, great facilities and great location for concert at Wembley stadium. I felt safe here and the security at the hotel was all key fob access so it was great. Also great value for money.

There was nothing not to like. Loved it thank you.

So close to the venue, was very clean, bottled water on arrival, comfy bed, lovely bathroom.

Not the owners faults but the building itself smells dirty and of stale cigs particularly downstairs and in the lift. The apartment smelled lovely though. A few decorations to brighten it up would be nice but i can imagine they don’t as people might steal things.

I liked how it was very nice and comfortable for the price. I would definitely do back to that accommodation if I went again. I there was only two people when I stayed but the apartment that we stayed in would very comfortably fit 4 people as it had a double bed and a settee bed.

There is not many things to complain about but one thing that was not great was that one of the air conditioners didn’t work and would blow hot air at us, another thing that isn’t great was the WIFI as it did not work but other than that it was a great stay.

Layout was good, location was perfection, very clean and had plenty of cooling systems given the heatwave at the time of stay, would stay here again

The location as its close to the stadium, facilities was fab. it is literally home away from home. Host was very respomsive and helpful she made sure that were settled well and asked if there is anything else we need.

Trafiliśmy na wielkie upały. W dużym pokoju była zamontowana klimatyzacja ale sypialni nie chłodziła.

Great place to book for a concert or game on Wembley stadium, very clean, comfortable beds, extra towels. Soap, shampoo and shower gel provided. Good contact with staff.

There were no forks in the kitchen, they said they’d provide them for us, but unfortunately it didn’t happen. The A/C in the main room worked worse than in the bedroom.

Aircon unit in the bedroom was nice. Lovely and spacious. Shower was fabulous and great bath.

It was dirty. There was debris on the floor, the fan was absolutely covered in dust and filth. Weird long stain on the sofa. The cutlery was covered in old dry food. We had to stay in the dark as every single set of lights had one that didn't work and would flash non stop like you were in a rave. The hallway, bedroom and kitchen all had this issue. I sent videos of the flashing lights to them and they saw the videos and did not reply at all.

The location was fantastic, we were down to see a concert at Wembley and we couldn’t have asked for a better location!

Poor customer service - when we arrived, the entrance to the building was closed because of an event in Wembley stadium later in the evening. Customer service was not very helpful in explaining how to get into the building. We complained about a horrible stench in the bathroom as soon as we checked in. It never got resolved during our 4-night stay. There was no compensation or alternate arrangement offered despite multiple follow-ups. Not enough toilet paper, handwash or coffee pods. When we requested for it, we were told, only initials are provided, refills cost extra. Never saw any staff in the facility. Only remote support, which is totally lacklustre. This stay ruined our holiday.

Despite having fans, the flat was stifling hot. Only 2 windows that opened and 1 was being used for the small AC unit, there was just no fresh air flow. Very noisy. Also worth noting, we weren’t able to get access directly to the property after a concert at Wembley as the main entrance onto Olympic Way was blocked off without us being notified. Very frustrating!

Bed and sofa bed are the worst I have ever experienced, we only stayed the one night out of two as none of could sleep on the beds, both were rock hard, we even used the quilts as a mattress toper, did not work though, this really does need addressing, as unfortunately this is the sole reason we ended our stay prematurely, it also is extremely hot in the apartment, although Fans and air con units are provided, which did provide some relief, once you turn them off it is hot in there, I feel black out blinds would be beneficial as there is a lot of windows with no covering

Location was perfect for the concert

Property was great but having staff just walk in without knocking the door was unacceptable. I was told someone was coming to look at the aircon (that could be have happened the next day after checking out) a male just walked into the room without knocking where 2 girls were staying. We definitely felt uncomfortable as at the time he walked into the room we were getting dressed.

Great location, nice to have a kitchen and extra space. Extra facilities avalible downstairs too including cinema, gym, lobby and pool table. Items avaliable to rent also.

We experienced a safety issue at the start of our stay, meaning we had to leave the premises. The hosts did not deal with this well initially. However, they have since given us a full refund. I would be careful staying here if you are a group of women due to what we experienced, the hosts have said they have strengthened their procedures to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Very very close to the Wembley stadium, it’s on the pathway for those who don’t know the area (closer than the tube station)! Lots of shops supermarkets restaurant’s etc within minutes of the door step. If you want ease for a concert, this is it!

Very mixed information, unfortunately the gentleman ant reception couldn’t help at it was privately owned and let via a company. Several phone calls later and 2 hours waiting with a poorly baby isn’t acceptable. NO bath plug, completely ridiculous! Requested is being resolved on day 1 had it sorted on day 3 (our last day) we’d already left with a poorly baby as I couldn’t even wash her. HOT is an understatement, this places need more fans! I’m a very cold person, even I couldn’t cool down. And this wasn’t a hot day which is concerning. Massively lacking utensils, baking trays, pans, cutlery, mugs, glasses, plates. To state that 4 plus a baby (could) stay here is not the case if you cannot provide these things. We were 3 plus a baby and it was still a struggle. Myself and my 2 teens couldn’t even have a cup of tea together as there was only 2 mugs. Just annoying when you pay SO MUCH to stay comfortably n a property. If this was cheap, I wouldn’t mind so much but it absolutely was NOT

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY!!!

We would strongly advise other guests, particularly those travelling as a group of women, to avoid this property. The safety of the property was compromised, because they were double booked. When we arrived the keys were missing from key box, they did not investigate this just gave us a copy. When we arrived into the apartment, 15 mins in to our stay, 2 unknown men entered using their own set of keys!!! We got them to leave and they reentered harassing us, saying they had booked this. We immediately contacted management who did not take our safety seriously and kept saying it was just an inconvenience and they would move us to a different room. We immediately left the building as our safety was not a priority, we were a group of women very shaken up and in fear. We had to pay for an emergency hotel and the property then ignored us and we have reported this to booking.com for a full refund - who the property are also ignoring. There are extra details that do not add up so our safety was definitely compromised. Also to note that before our stay the customer service was appalling and they have hidden extra charges. AC did not work whilst we paid extra and fans didn’t work. The price we paid was a premium and the service and apartment do not reflect this.

Location is good which is convenient to tube.

1. The bedroom was very hot and the air circulation was poor. The fan wasn't cool enough. 2. The next morning, suddenly there was no water in the whole house, so I couldn't wash up. 3. Customer service had promised a late check-out, but suddenly someone rang the door asking for cleaning and said that customer service hadn't notified them, implying that customer service hadn't communicated clearly.

The location was amazing and the building was very clean.

There were 4 of us so could have done with an additional ac unit as the main bedroom was like a furnace - impossible to sleep - a bit disappointed when spent £1000 for 3 nights. Also one key for 4 adults was inadequate should have had 2.
