A few maintenance issues, the curtain needed to be re attached on both ends. The door to the bathroom was squeaky and the toilet seat needed to be attached, it was spotlessly clean.

Værelset - "mindre dobbeltværelse" - på størrelse med enkeltværelse, alt for lille. Manglende faciliteter, jvf. reservationsbekræftelse (!): Ingen garderobe eller skab - ikke så meget som en knage, se fotos, intet skrivebord, ingen kabelkanaler.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026El hotel está bien situado, a solo 20 minutos del centro de Amsterdam caminando y con líneas de bus muy cerca. El checking es online y recibes una llave digital por correo para abrir la habitación y la puerta de la entrada desde el móvil, cosa que es muy cómoda. El servicio de habitaciones fue correcto, y es una zona tranquila para descansar, sin ruidos.
El colchón de la cama es similar a uno hinchable o de agua, te hundes. Armario no hay en la habitación, solo una estantería pequeña.

No pudimos dejar las maletas a buen recaudo. Nos permitían dejarlas en recepción bajo nuestra responsabilidad y sin vigilancia.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Lage war ganz ok, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Eine Gebäcksaufbewahrung vor dem Check in war möglich. Nett war auch der Blick in den Vondelpark, wo man direkt vom Fenster aus die Papageie in den Bäumen beobachten konnte.
Sehr kleines Zimmer, mit 1,40m Bett. Für eine Nacht ok, für weitere Nächte - naja. Direkt nach der Ankunft wollten wir Lüften und haben festgestellt, dass es bei geöffnetem Fenster ohne Absperrung direkt einige Meter nach unten geht, hier ist also große Vorsicht geboten und das Fenster wurde von uns nur noch gekippt. Die Badezimmertür hat gequietscht, ist halb auseinandergefallen und hat im geöffneten Zustand das halbe Zimmer eingenommen. Handtücher gab es bei uns im Zimmer keine, nach der ersten Nacht ist auf mysteriöse Art und Weise ein Duschvorleger im Bad gewesen. Für den Preis hätten wir uns mehr erhofft. Personal war keines Vorort, mit uns wurde nur über Kameras und Lautsprecher kommuniziert, dies war anfänglich etwas gruselig.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026It certainly felt quite intimate and cosy in the bedroom as although it's small, it's all I needed as it was just me, plus the kettle and coffee. I'd say the same thing for the lounge as the sofa was comfortable and although the fire wasn't on, it would certainly be useful during cold periods. The tea and coffee provided was reasonable as well along with the fridge to put stuff in. I was surprised to find a charging station in the lounge as well which saved me buying an adaptor. The cost of 3 Euros per hour to use it I'd say was fair and there was stuff to read including the I Amsterdam magazine and cards, leaflets and maps of things to do in Amsterdam including some discounts.
I know the hotel isn't meant to be anything fancy, but there could've been some light snacks available such as yoghurts, fruit and crisps as none of that was provided, it was just the tea and coffee in the lounge and no tea in the bedroom

Die gesamte Unterkunft hat uns nicht gefallen. Dann gab keine Rezeption, der Aufenthaltsraum/eigentliche Rezeption war mit einer Küchenzeile versehen. Die Anmeldung erfolgte telefonisch und es gab eine Kamera. Diejenige am Telefon konnten wir selber nicht sehen. Dann mußten wir alle persönlichen Daten wie Personalnr., Mailadresse, Banknummer, Handynr. usw. durchgeben, obwohl wir über booking.com alle Daten bereits angegeben hatten. Alles sehr unpersönlich und daß wir gezwungen wurden, alle unsere Daten anzugeben.

Bed waarop ik sliep daar verschoof het matras constant en er was geen wastafel, slechts een toiletwastafeltje en die was voor het toilet bevestigd waardoor je scheef op het toilet zat. Doucheruimte was als een jas om je heen, behoorlijk krap dus. Om de gordijnen te openen voor daglicht moest je op het bed staan. We vonden het allemaal troosteloos. Veel teveel betaald hiervoor. Er was geen personeel te zien behalve de poetsvrouw.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Ich habe Das Hotel zum zweiten Mal gebucht und werde es auch weiter buchen. Denn die Lage ist sehr Zentral und ruhig. Check in ist alles übers Handy aber wenn etwas nicht funktioniert ist der Service gleich zur Stelle. Und für Amsterdam ist es zudem günstig.

The experience was terrible. The pictures presented a very misleading image of the conditions of the hotel. Old building, stained carpets, moisture-ridden bathroom, damaged furniture. This hotel was FILTHY and in these conditions should be forced to close for sanitary reasons. In addition to that, you will not find anyone at the hotel to speak to, it is all handled remotely through a call center (including the reception) and other guests had been waiting for 20 mins for someone on the speaker to reply to their concern.

De kamer zag er haveloos uit. de vloer was niet schoon en plakte. Het gordijn kon niet goed dicht en hing gerafeld over het bed. Er was geen afstandsbediening of gebruiksaanwijzing voor de tv.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Dusche funktioniert, Zimmer ist sauber, Zentrale Lage. Fußweg zum Leidseplein mit 5 Straßenbahnlinien 10 min. Von dort mit wahlweise 3 Straßenbahnlinien in 15 min. zum Hauptbahnhof.
Das "Einzelzimmer" ist eine Dachkammer mit 6 qm inclusive Naßzelle. Anders als versprochen: kein Tisch, kein "Blick auf den Garten", kein "Stadtblick". Aus dem Fenster sieht man auf Armlänge gegen das Dach des Nachbarhauses. Statt Kaffeemaschine ein defekter Wasserkocher. Kein Ventilator. Kein Schrank. Kein Kleiderhaken. Der kleine Blechsafe ist nirgends festgeschraubt und kann weggetragen werden. Das Waschbecken ist das typisch holländische Alibi-Waschbecken: 40x25 cm. Direkt darüber ein dicker Seifenspender, der verhindert, dass man mit dem Gesicht über das Waschbecken kommt, um es sich abzuspülen. Der Toiletten-Türrahmen ist so dicht am Toilettenbecken, dass man sich nur seitlich schräg auf die Toilette setzen kann. Die Toilettentür ist schief eingehängt und fällt ständig von selber zu. Unangenehme Überraschung, die erst nach Vertragsabschluss mitgeteilt wird: kein Personal vor Ort außer Putzkräften morgens. Check-in nur über Smartphone/PC. Statt Schlüssel oder Schlüsselkarte wird einem am Ankunftstag ein Link zu einer Website geschickt, von der aus man übers Internet durch Wischen auf dem Smartphone Haus-, Vorhallen- und Zimmertür öffnen muss. Die einzige "persönliche" Betreuung bei Fragen erfolgt über Kamera, Mikrofon und Lautsprecher an der Haustür von irgendeiner Zentrale aus.

It was not well explained how we would be able to enter the building and access our designated room. We had emailed the owner several times and the only response had been that the reservation was confirmed. This was distressing because on another booking we were told that our reservation was confirmed but Booking.com had been hacked and the confirmation had been a scam. We were supposed to receive a key code 24 hours in advance of the check-in time, but it was only sent about 5 hours in advance, by which time we were already on the plane to Amsterdam.

Ціна завищена для цього помешкання і ось чому я так вважаю Смерділо з ванної, гниє рама дверей в ванній кімнаті, було купа волосся на підлозі, валялась пляшка з незрозумілою жовтою рідиною під першим ліжком, брудні вікна і здається що їх не мили місяцями, постіль в плямах, полотенця деякі подерті і виглядають не придатними.

Echter zijn de kamers gewoon vies ( zie foto ) de wc is zo klein dat je niet eens recht erop kunt zitten en de douche was niet schoon.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Konum olarak bir çok yere yürüme mesafesindeydi ve oda temizdi. Girişte bizi karşılayan beyefendi olmasa giriş şifremiz bile gönderilmemişti. Otele girdiğimizde tadilat hala devam ediyordu.
Yataklar çok dar ve yumuşaktı. Banyo çok küçük ve eskiydi. Sadece uyumaya gireceğiz temizliği bize yeterli derken ilk gece saat 1 civarı yangın alarmının sesiyle uykumuzdan uyandık. Uzun bir süre ne olduğunu ne yapacağımızı anlamaya çalıştık ama otelde resepsiyon veya herhangi bir görevli olmadığı için muhatap bulmakta zorlandık. Bir süre sonra itfaiye gelerek alarmı kapattı. Ancak uykumuz bölündü bir kere. Ertesi gün özür mesajı gönderdiler ama bize yorgunluğu kaldı.

Non è un albergo, è un ostello con camere singole e doppie. ORENDO. Servizi inesistenti Non c'è una reception. Non c'è una colazione Non c'è un ascensore e le scale sono ripidissime. Sacchi di biancheria usata in ingresso e per le scale manco fossimo nel terzo mondo. Bagno inutilizzabile, porte marce, detergente che sembra detersivo per i piatti. Pulizia carente. vergogna. E dite di avere tre stelle? Ve le devono ranzare via tutte!
