Preciosa casa junto al mar, bien mantenida y con todas las facilidades de tu propia casa. La cama muy cómoda y el lugar excepcionalmente tranquilo. Nos encantará volver en el futuro con nuestra familia.

Dom je veľmi pekný a vybavenie kuchyne veľmi nadštandardné. Dizajnovo je to najkrajší dom, v akom sme kedy boli počas našich ciest ubytovaní. Myslím tým všetky naše cesty za posledných 20 rokov!

Ide o rekonštrukciu starého domu. keď sa niekto pohybuje na poschodí, veľmi to počuť vo všetkých izbách na spodnom poschodí. Cena ubytovania bola dosť vysok8.

A localização é simplesmente fantástica, com vistas deslumbrantes para o mar e para as ilhas de São Jorge e do Faial. O acesso ao mar é excelente e pode ser feito facilmente a pé com cuidado. Em relação à casa, a limpeza estava impecável. A cozinha está extremamente bem equipada, com muitos utensílios e até os condimentos necessários para quem preferir cozinhar. Se procuram o alojamento ideal na ilha do Pico, este é, sem dúvida alguma, o melhor de todos! Recomendo a 100%.

Es geht nicht besser. Die Lage ist atemberaubend, aus allen Fenstern guckt man entweder auf den Ozean oder auf dem Pico. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen aber auch einen langen Urlaub gebrauchen kann. Die Gastgeberin Taisa ist super und kümmert sich sofort um alle Fragen und gibt tolle Restaurant Empfehlungen.

Fantastiskt hus, kanske det härligaste jag någonsin hyrt. Två sovrum med var sitt badrum på nedervåningen och fyra sängar i ett rum en trappa upp. Underbart kök och vardagsrum, perfekt för umgänge.

Badrummet med glasväggar var inte så privat. Annars: Ingenting!

Posizione top in fronte all'oceano e prossima alla cittadina. Ambiente molto originale, curato e accogliente. Positivo il fatto che vi fossero disponibili vari prodotti basici per la cucina e prodotti per il bagno. Marerassi di qualità.

Our stay at Casa Baleia Laranja hosted by Taisa was absolutely amazing! The house is perfectly located just a couple of minutes’ drive from Madalena, yet it offers the peace, privacy, and serenity of a remote retreat. The 360° views around the property are simply breathtaking — from the kitchen window you can admire the majestic Pico mountain, and from the living room or garden you get an uninterrupted view of the ocean, with direct access right from the house. It’s a truly magical setting that captures the essence of the island. The house itself is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay — a well-stocked kitchen with all cooking facilities, a spacious and cozy common area, comfortable bedrooms, and both indoor and outdoor dining options to enjoy the scenery. Taisa was a great host — welcoming, communicative, and always quick to respond to any request. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Pico. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Casa Baleia Laranja Ocean-Front. Lage und Ausstattung waren super. Taisa war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen sofort geholfen.

emplacement incroyable à quelques minutes en voiture du port de Madalena. Situation au bord de l'océan que l'on voit et entend de toutes les pièces, et très bon aménagement des lieux qui permet un séjour très agréable. Cuisine très bien équipée et accueil nocturne par les puffins cendrés, sans parler du ciel étoilé particulièrement bien visible. Très bonne option pour un séjour en famille au calme, avec l'avantage que vu la taille de Pico rien n'est jamais très loin avec une voiture. Hamac et chaises longues très agréables

Good location, stunning views and well equipped kitchen

Tasia is an exceptional host. The view of the ocean from the house, watching the sunset and rise is worth every penny. Tasia has thought of everything you could need to make the house feel like home. The house is also a great location, close to restaurants in Madalena and the famous Cella Bar. I would highly recommend eating dinner at ‘O Cinco’.

Notre séjour était fantastique. La maison est magnifiquement située, joliment décorée et très bien équipée. Les communications étaient rapides, faciles et très amical. Tout était parfait et nous reviendrons certainement. À très bientôt et merci pour un séjour inoubliable.

This place left me speechless, so speechless I struggle finding the words to describe its beauty! With the turquoise ocean at your doorstep and glorious Pico mountain on the other side, your only dilemma will be which view to savor 😊 The villa itself it spacious, beautiful, modern and comfortable. Remote enough to provide perfect privacy for a getaway, yet very central and close to the center. Taisiya, as an amazing host, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and stayed available, helpful and super friendly throughout. This is not just an accommodation, this is an experience in itself. All I can say is thank you to the hosts for making this place available to others and sharing this beauty! The home is gorgeous and immaculate inside and out. The oceanside setting is breathtakingly beautiful and the interior build, furnishings, and decor are very high quality. Everything we needed to feel peaceful and at ease was thoughtfully provided, from kitchen gadgets and appliances to quality bedding and towels. It's the little things that help make a property exceptional, the local artwork, yoga mats, hammock, soaps, spice rack, coffee beans, and welcoming bottle of wine with juice and milk already in the fridge - to name just a few. Taisa is a wonderful host - flexible and responsive to our requests and friendly with suggestions for local favorites of things to do and places to visit. We can't wait to come back. I highly recommend Casa Baleia Laranja wihtout hesitation.

We were provided some crackers, local cheese and a welcome bottle of wine! Nice touch. The house was very well stocked, everything you would need to make at meal and enjoy on the porch overlooking the ocean. We were able to check in a little early, and Taisa met us with the key and very helpful with tips on what to see and do.

This property was absolutely spectacular! If you are questioning whether you should book this villa, do not hesitate! The villa was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was easy to find the home and the views both in the front and back were fantastic. One of the best experiences we've ever had. I would highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I ever returned to Pico Island.

Our stay at Casa Baleia Laranja was absolutely perfect. This is a little piece of heaven in an idyllic settings, so peaceful. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, offering to keep our luggage till check in time, giving us plenty of suggestions of places to visit to get nice souvenirs by local artists, restaurants and places for breakfast. Really top notch service. The house itself is super cute, plenty of space and inviting you to stay in (we actually ended up not going to all places we had planned to just because we wanted to enjoy the really nice setting that the house offered. It is also worth mentioning that all the beds were super comfortable! A charming piece of heaven that we will always be happy to back to. Thank you

We rented the house for 2 people (limited other alternative on the island) and the cost was relatively high.

Erg mooi huis met goede faciliteiten, prachtig uitzicht over de oceaan.

Ligt aan een doorgaande weg maar daar merk je in en om het huisje niets van. Tuin kan worden afgesloten met een hek.

An amazing house on a clean property and amazing views. Full kitchen. Take a shower, walk straight out into the sun and ocean breeze to dry out. Hear the ocean all night long.

We enjoyed the oceanfront of the house the most. The privacy of the property and acces to the rocks at the ocean .

Taisa was very kind and nice to us. The house is really comfortable and has all the necessary things for you to spend a great time there. Besides being a very special house, it is located super close to the airport and the best part is the view to the sea. Definitely recommend and I will come back.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Diese Unterkunft ist ein Juwel, das seinesgleichen sucht. Die Ausstattung ist luxuriös, es fehlt wirklich an absolut nichts. Die Einrichtung und Dekoration sind sehr liebevoll und detailverliebt. Die Küche läd zum Kochen ein, ist groß und hat eine umfangreiche Ausstattung die ich so in noch keiner Unterkunft gesehen habe. Die zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss haben ein eigenes Bad, unglaublich bequeme Betten und genügend Stauraum. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist ebenso gut ausgestattet und bieten einen tollen Blick übers Meer. Die Terrasse sowie die gesamte Außenanlage ist sehr schön gepflegt, es sind genügend Stühle und Liegen vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Taisiya war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns sogar morgens zum Pico gefahren und war jederzeit für Fragen verfügbar. Für uns war der Aufenthalt jeden Cent wert und wir hoffen dass die Künftigen Gäste sorgsam mit der Unterkunft umgehen damit dieses Juwel noch vielen Leuten einen tollen Urlaub auf Pico ermöglicht.

Casa Baleia Laranja on Pico Island was an absolute delight. The property is unique and exquisitely designed, equipped perfectly for a cozy and comfortable stay. Nestled in a serene and private location, it offered stunning beauty in abundance. The cherry on top was our wonderful host, who was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. It was truly an experience to cherish!
