La stanza non era stata pulita bene e mancava la cura di molti dettaglii (lenzuole e tende macchiate, e ad esempio uno sportello della cucina era rotto). Mancanza totale di istruzioni e reperibilità durante il check-in.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Die Lage war super. Wir konnten von dort zu Fuß die Altstadt, den Bahnhof Nord und die Metro erreichen. Daneben gab es auch einen Minimarket mit der Möglichkeit zur Kofferaufbewahrung.
Der Kühlschrank war defekt und die Wasserhähne waren zum Teil verkalkt.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Very large apartment! Even though the apartment is central it is quiet. I was working at Rogier so it was very convenient. Even if you are planning to visit Brussels centre, it's a short walk. I was met at the apartment and given the keys, it was all very easy and smooth.
Nothing to do with the apartment itself, but the immediate area is slightly run down. Nothing too bad, it's still safe.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo y situado muy cerca de la estación del norte para llegar al aeropuerto, a 10 minutos del centro andando y en calle tranquila con parada de metro en la calle de al lado. La cama comodísima y la atención de Chantal, excelente. Sin duda, recomendable.
Lo único que echamos de menos fué un armario para guardar la ropa, por lo demás, muy cómodo y agradable.

All'ingresso del condominio odore nauseante di carburante. Entrando nell'appartamento puzza di scarico del wc, appartamento sporchissimo, divano con estesa macchia evidente e male odorante. Presenza di blatte in cucina! Riscaldamento non sempre funzionante

Las llaves nos la dejaron en en el cajón de una cortina de enrollar de la calle a una altura q nadie llegaría salvo que viaje con una escalera. El apto en cuanto entras al pasillo te invade el olor a mugre, luego dentro del apto no había olor feo pero tampoco estaba limpio. El sillón todo manchado, la heladera con restos de comida y la calefacción tuve que mandarle un mensaje a ver porque no funcionaba. Mensaje que nunca me contestó pero arrancó a funcionar, así q si no protestas te deja morirte de frío. Nos alojamos 3, una cama de dos plazas con colchón vencido muy incómodo y el tercero en el sillón cama q no tuvo la delicadeza de dejarlo armado ni explicar como se arma ni indicar donde estaban las sabanas. Sin duda no lo recomiendo

Cons: 1. Little more care will make it a 10/10 place to stay in Brussels. E.g. washed laundry items were left in the washing machine, bed sheets looked dirty - probably because those were taken out of the dryer wrinkled, soda bed was not set up despite knowing that we were 3 of us 2. Could not control the heating system - was told it is preset in auto mode. We felt cold

Heizung hat leider nur einen Abend funktioniert. Es wurde mitgeteilt , dass es sich eine Automatik handelt.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025La ubicación excelente para ir andando a todas partes y lugares de interés o bien para tomar transporte público para ir al aeropuerto, por ejemplo. Aunque la calle donde está ubicado se ve un poco inseguro y sucio, no tuvimos ningún problema. La anfitriona y la señora de limpieza muy atentas también. El apartamento es amplio y estaba todo limpio.
Echamos de menos mejores almohadas y algunos artículos de cocina. Pero nada que fuese imprescindible.

La recogida de llaves es peculiar (parece una yincana), estuvimos dos días sin agua caliente, el resto templada. No estaría de más que hubiera un armario (colgar la ropa en el lavadero...), un poco más de limpieza también se agradecería y mejorar el sofá-cama. En fin, en general el piso está bien, pero descuidado en los detalles.

No desmerece en nada, mi comentario es para contribuir… quizás con un destornillador y alicate se pueden mejorar algunos detalles, como la puerta bajo el lavamanos, una limpieza a la cortina de baño, quizás cambiar el cabezal de la ducha, y limpiar con vinagre los aireadores de las llaves, y así mejorar la presión del agua… pero insisto, son detalles que no desmerecen en nada nuestra estadía!!!! El apartamento es excelente, mil veces volvería a ir!!!

Shower didn’t work properly as water pressure was very thin. There was no hot water the last day and messaged the host to report the problem but it took him 24 hours to respond which was frustrating.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2024-------------------------------- This is a right of reply requested from Booking.com in response to the host’s reply to our initial review -------------------------------- After reading your reply, we felt it necessary to request this right of reply to clarify the situation. It seems that you tend to wait until customers post negative reviews and then respond in a way that makes it difficult for them to defend their point, knowing that Booking.com doesn’t automatically allow a response. We find this tactic unfair, as it gives you the "last word" and leaves little room for us to explain our side of the story. Duration of Stay: We stayed for 4 nights, not 6. We only noticed the bed bug problem towards the end of our stay, after one of us was severely bitten. If you haven’t dealt with bed bugs before, it’s not something you immediately look for. Reason for Not Leaving: When we realized there was an issue, moving with children on short notice wasn’t responsible, as we wanted to avoid spreading bed bugs. Staying also gave us time to wash and dry clothes at high temperatures and seal two suitcases to minimize the risk of bringing bed bugs home. Unfortunately, some clothes were damaged due to the high washing temperatures, but we were lucky to have access to laundry facilities. Infestation vs. Mosquitoes/Flies: While hot weather might attract mosquitoes or flies, the issue we had was bed bugs. For example, my husband felt a bed bug, got out of bed, and went to the living room where he brushed it off his leg and stepped on it—it was full of blood (photo attached in our first message). This was clearly a bed bug. Mosquitoes may have been present, but they were not the main problem. Lastly, we’re deeply insulted by your suggestion that we fabricated this to stay for free. Our review was written to reflect our honest experience and inform future guests, not to harm your reputation.

I sent a message to the host a few days ahead if we could check in early around 2pm and the host said it is no problem just send him a text on the actual day. We get there and the host has no instructions to get the keys and just gave me a WhatsApp number to call. When I called him he said that the place is still not ready even though check in should be at 3pm and that he needs atleast 2 hours to clean the place. How inconsiderate and he wasn’t even apologetic. Then the following day I messaged him thru booking.com to bring a fan since there are mosquitoes and it was so hot and to bring extra kitchen utensils, HE COMPLETELY IGNORED IT! No response on either WhatsApp or on booking.com. I literally had to cook using a spoon and fork. Lastly, besides the location, this place is neglected and unsanitary! The utensils/plates were still dirty from the previous people. Yukkkkk! I am a proud level 3 status on booking.com and have rented a lot of places here but this has gotta be the worst and most unprofessional host I have ever encountered here.

The building was old, and the elevator was too small. The stairs were difficult to climb.

The elevator is very small so if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage so better travel light.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2024Excellent location within short walk of metro, city centre, shops etc. Great communication from the owner throughout. He met us at the apartment, welcomed us, showed us around, and explained arrangements for check out. Apartment is very spacious and very quiet. We stayed two nights and all slept well. It was very clean and comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The shower worked well. The TV was great with streaming channels and a nice way to unwind after two busy days sightseeing. We would definitely stay again. Don't be put off by the exterior. It's very secure and very peaceful.
Really minor points ...but we couldn't find a corkscrew or bottle opener in the kitchen (otherwise really well equipped); extra pillows would be good in the bedroom; coat hooks in the spacious hallway would be useful to hang up wet coats😊

Reviewed Mar 5, 2024Great location and super central to shopping facilities and trains. Flat has a great layout and can accommodate 3+ people comfortably. TV with different streaming apps was working nicely to put on next to brekkie. Safe entrance and spacious.
However it could have been cleaner (hairs in the bathroom, toilet showing traces of previous usage). Dishes didn’t clean properly in the dish cleaner (might need more salt/maintenance).
