Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Clean, comfortable and completely hassle-free, with a very smooth self check-in. Our apartment had a fantastic view of the Petronas Towers. The location directly by the metro is extremely convenient, and there are also plenty of stalls nearby where you can buy local food.

Manque d'entretien Nombreux équipements cassés ou manquants Pas d'accès à la salle de sport et au sauna Le logement a besoin d'un coup de propre et de rénovation générale pour être parfait

It would have helped to know that there is a supermarket at the back of the ground floor and to have some information about other facilities like 7/11 or pharmacie.

The establishment itself is remarkable, being both clean and comfortable. The host was exceptionally responsive and graciously permitted a 12 PM checkout, rather than the standard 11 AM. Kudos to them. God willing, I will return again.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026Nous pensions avoir une vue sur les Tours Petronas depuis notre balcon mais ce n'était pas le cas (la propriétaire doit louer plusieurs appartements) donc un peu déçus mais la vue était quand même sympa surtout le soir quand tout était illuminé . Superbe vue sur les Tours Petronas depuis la piscine. Petit supermarché au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble (bien pour dépanner). Idéalement situé ; le métro est tout proche de l'appartement (en une station, vous êtes aux Tours Petronas et en quelques stations des quartiers chinois et indien ; on peut même aller aux Caves de Batu) ; le métro est très facile à utiliser et très propre. On peut aussi se rendre également aux Tours Pétronas à pied (10 mn) en prenant le pont. En bas de l'immeuble, se trouve le quartier authentique de Kampung Baru (au milieu de gratte-ciel modernes) avec ses restaurants locaux et petits stands de cuisine de rue ; les habitants continuent de résister et c'est tant mieux ! Deux cartes pour entrer dans l'appartement sont mises à disposition ; bien pratique quand on est plusieurs surtout qu'elle est indispensable pour prendre l'ascenseur. Lits confortables ; deux grandes chambres et une plus petite sans fenêtre - 2 salles d'eau.
Beaucoup de tâche sur le tissu des chaises ; il faudrait les laver. Aucun fauteuil sur la terrasse. Manque de vaisselle basique car pas de couteaux (1 petit à beurre et c'est tout) - 2 petites cuillères - 1 seul mug et 3 bols ; c'est un peu juste surtout que l'appartement est loué pour 6 à 8 personnes.

The host provided an incredibly smooth check-in experience with clear and detailed instructions for key retrieval, which made our arrival stress-free. The absolute highlight was the spectacular view! Being able to see both the illuminated Saloma Bridge and the magnificent KLCC Twin Towers right from our window was an unforgettable experience and made our evenings truly special. The location is also unbelievably convenient. We were situated very close to the Kampung Baru LRT station, which made navigating the city a breeze. Having a 7-Eleven and numerous local restaurants within easy walking distance was a huge bonus too!
I noticed that the toilets could have been slightly better maintained or refreshed. Specifically, we found there was no toilet tissue provided, which was a slight inconvenience upon arrival. This is a minor point, but ensuring basic necessities like toilet paper are stocked would truly bring the quality of the accommodation up to a perfect 10/10!

The house has poor soundproofing, can hear noises from outside in midnight. Might need to wait for the lift for a longer time since it was located at 41th floor.

Firstly there was no soap in the entire apartment. Shampoo and conditioner yes but no soap. The only warm water was in the shower and it was lukewarm at best. There was only 1 knife and very little cutlery so cooking and eating there was not an option. The TV did not work as it has no aerial and it was not able to connect to the internet.

There is no aircon at the 3rd room (single bed) Bed frame spoil and was not inform. Was told that waiting for replacement when i asked the host. The ceiling fan spin so fast that it feels like dropping so i turn it super low speed
