Tuala lama dan berbau. Makananya sangat tidak memuaskan hati. Mee terlebih masak dah macam bubur.2 hari saya breakfast dengan mee yang lembik. Klu tak pandai masak mee better tukar menu lain. Lepas tu kurangkanlah penggunaan gulandlm masakan. Sudahlah Minuman terlebih manis, rendang dan kari pun manis.

I love the location. It's near to shops & restaurants. Parking fee was rm10/entry & need to verify at the reception. Room was spacious. Recommended.

Nuestra estancia en el Tamu fue muy correcta. El hotel ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio, las habitaciones estaban limpias, estuvimos cómodos y, en general, todo funcionó bien durante nuestra estancia. La ubicación también nos pareció muy buena para visitar Kuala Lumpur. Se puede llegar caminando a las Torres Petronas en unos 15 minutos aproximadamente, y resulta una base cómoda para moverse por la ciudad. En general, nos pareció un hotel recomendable dentro de su rango de precio y cumplió perfectamente con lo que esperábamos.

El único punto que realmente nos decepcionó fue la zona de la piscina, especialmente porque tiene muchísimo potencial. La piscina desbordante ofrece unas vistas espectaculares hacia las Torres Petronas, pero durante nuestra estancia el agua estaba muy turbia y daba la sensación de no estar suficientemente limpia o de que pudiera existir algún problema con la depuración. Además, toda la zona de la piscina nos pareció algo descuidada y con cierta sensación de abandono. Hay incluso un espacio que perfectamente podría funcionar como bar o zona de servicio, pero estaba cerrado. Es una pena, porque con esas vistas y esa ubicación podría ser uno de los grandes atractivos del hotel. Con un poco más de mantenimiento y cuidado de esta zona, la experiencia sería mucho mejor.

De foto's van de kamer die worden getoond op Booking.com komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Vuile wanden in de gangen. De kamer en het meubilair was volledig uitgeleefd. De kraan in de badkamer was stuk. Er was schimmel en vuil rond de wasbak. Er waren geen handdoeken. Dit was absoluut geen 100 euro per nacht waard!

A 20 minuti a piedi dalle Petronas..noi abbiamo usato spesso grab..la struttura è grande e pulita..avevamo vista sullo Skyline. Dovrebbero avere più cura della piscina ma comunque è accettabile e ha un panorama mozzafiato

La propreté n’était pas au rdv. On a du changé de chambre car il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude.

C’est dommage de ne pas indiquer que la piscine ferme tôt dans l’annonce (7pm) et qu’un dress code particulier est imposé. Aucun problème de se plier aux coutumes, mais les autres hôtels l’indiquaient et cela nous a empêché de nous baigner le premier jour le temps d’acheter de quoi nous couvrir.

Needs some maintenance. The safe didn't work, some items were falling off the wall, no soap, even after requests and reminders.

Posizione che permette di raggiungere il centro in una ventina di minuti a piedi, idem la monorotaia. Vista dalla piscina bellissima soprattutto la sera con tutto illuminato. Letti comodi. Camere silenziose (eravamo al piano 21). Staff gentilissimo e ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in una stanza riservata al personale fino all'orario partenza per l'aeroporto.

La struttura si presenta inizialmente molto bene ma poi... corridoi con moquette sporca, ciocchi di polvere negli angoli, poltrone in camera macchiate con insettini che ci camminano sopra, bagni incrostati, piscina con pezzi di rivestimento mancanti e cemento a vista per non parlare dello stato dei corridoi che portano agli spogliatoi... da un albergo decisamente non economico non mi aspetto questo. In altre strutture più modeste, abbiamo trovato un livello decisamente superiore spendendo esattente la metà. Preciso di aver prenotato due junior suite per 4 adulti e una bambina. Non ci hanno fatto trovare 3 asciugamani in camera ma solo 2. In una delle due camere non c'era il bollitore. Non viene dato il sapone per le mani e nemmeno il telo viso. I frigoriferi nelle camere non erano funzionanti.

I booked 2 rooms and both had issues. In the double one outlet near the bed didn't work. The water in the shower was either very cold or scalding hot. No inbetween. The refrigerator and TV didn't work. No hair dryer. In the single bed room tv and refrigerator did not work. One outlet didn't work near the bed. We asked for replacements and neither worked. The staff were mostly okay, but most of the front desk could show a little more happiness that you are there as a guest. For a 4* hotel I expected a little bit more, especially having traveled the world and staying at other similar tier hotels. I think I'd say Tamu is physically a 4* hotel, but needs a little work to get to what international travelers would feel like a 4*. 3.5/5 rating.

The iconic views from the room are what we were looking for and they have selected the exact room that I have asked for with the twin towers view. I like it so much.

Hezký hotel na perfektním místě a s úžasným výhledem na KLCC. Reputaci hotelu kazí problémy s výtahy a v mém případě problémy s koupelnou a připraveností pokoje viz. níže, ale beru to jako věc, která je snad ojedinělá a neuvádím detaily v popředí. 🏢Hotel - hezký moderní hotel - velký bazén s výhledem na KLCC - recepce má místnost na uložení kufrů - check in i check out byl rychlý - nefunkční výtahy během mého pobytu 🛏️Pokoj - rezervoval jsem pokoj Standard - pokoj i koupelná velmi prostorné - v koupelně protékal záchod a bylo ucpané umyvadlo (nikdo neopravil). - pozor na pokoje blízko výtahům - výtahy cinkají při každém zastavení a to ikdyž výtah není ve vašem patře !!   Celou noc pak člověk poslouchá výtahovou zvonkohru. - jinak byl pokoj skvělý a výhled naprosto úžasný. 🧹Úklid - první den bez mýdla, toaletního papíru a dalších věcí. - další dny probíhal úklid bez problému - prostředí hotelu je jinak čisté 🏙️Lokalita - umístění je perfektní - monorail Medan Tuanku 7 minut pěšky - NSK Grocer Quill City Mall 7 minut pěšky - Chow Kit market 5 minut pěšky - KLCC 12 minut pěšky - 7/11 je hned za rohem - naproti hotelu je vyhlášená restaurační oblast Kampung Bharu   V této ulici je i super prádelná Ezzy laundry, kde i žehlí :) 🙏🏻Co zlepšit - kontrola připravenosti pokojů - čekací doba na výtahy je katastrofa - nesmyslný rušivý zvuk výtahů - protékající záchod - neodtékal odpad umyvadla

Můj pokoj nebyl řádně připraven, chybělo mýdlo, toaletní papír a veškeré podobné doplnitelné položky. Ačkoliv jsem to recepci ihned nahlásil a 2x se připomínal, tak doplněno bylo až druhý den s úklidem což je na hotel takové kategorie docela trapné. Během mého pobytu 1.-4. července fungovali pouze 2 výtahy a to ještě stylem, že samovolně zastavovali snad v každém patře. Cesta z pokoje ve vyšším patře dolu k recepci zabrala klidně přes 20 minut.

Camere un po’ datate. Phon e frigo in camera non funzionanti.

2 lifts were out of order, the operational ones were erractic n slow.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The view was beautiful, and the bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

As a suggestion for improvement, it would be great if the TV had Netflix or at least YouTube, as the available channels were quite limited. I also noticed a cockroach in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was good.

At the city centre, near great places in Kuala Lumpur

There were four lifts, but two were malfunctioning. I need to wait and queue for a long time. they need to repair all lifts to improve their service.

Las vistas desde las habitaciones y la piscina son increíbles.

Todas las instituciones están muy deterioradas y poco limpias. Solo funcionaba un ascensor de los cuatro que había.

firstly, masa check in tak jumpa apa tah katanya tersalah daftar bilik sebab nama sama. lepastu lepas dah naik kad pula tak boleh tap kat pintu turun bawah balik nak tukar kad. lepastu bila dah masuk bilik ada sampah lama yang tak dibuang maybe customer sebelum kami. lepastu bathtub pon tak boleh guna sebab ada leaking or bocor maybe.

Mi sono piaciute principalmente la vista e la piscina a sfioro con difronte le Petronas, che era davvero fantastica. La piscina era grande e pulita. La reception è molto accogliente e gli addetti si sono dimostrati disponibili a prendere in carico le nostre richieste.

La stanza aveva dei difetti, tipo l'armadio che era rotto. Il servizio di pulizia in stanza è un po' scarso, mi straniva che gli addetti pulivano a piedi nudi, poco igienico. Colazione poco varia.

Paying this price but no smart tv in the room, there were 4 elevators but only 2 were working and it caused disaster when you have to wait for the elevator for ages, the toilet bowl is old with yellow stain on it that you can’t wash off, no shower gel, room service was done but only fold your blanket but not refilling the bottles water. The swimming pool is not maintained well, the area was dusty and old.

Pemandangan dari bilik hotel. Kebersihan, senang nak cari gerai2 makan berdekatan. Dan yang paling penting, suara azan boleh didengar setiap kali masuk waktu solat. Saya juga meminta katil bayi. Dan pihak hotel sediakan untuk anak saya.
