Great location in the Old Quarter. Staff were very friendly and happy to book us into local tours. Twin room had two double beds. Fresh towels and water everyday. Fridge and air conditioner.

Shower would fluctuate between hot and cold very often.

L'accueil est très sympathique et chaleureux. Emplacement central du vieux quartier des corporations, où chaque rue a son type d'atelier (quincaillerie, cartons, etc.).

Léger quiproquo sur la lessive. Légère odeur d'humidité dans la chambre en arrivant, qui est partie en aérant.

Sehr ruhiges, geräumiges Zimmer in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Aufmerksames und nettes Personal. Hatte einen fensterlosen Raum, der jedoch den Vorteil der Ruhe bot. Angesichts der stark frequentierten Straße durchaus ein Pluspunkt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort schlafen.

I had a really positive experience here the staff were amazing and welcoming. Only downside is theres no elevator. Room was really clean and housekeeping came every day to spruce the room up. Martin and Binh were the 2 staff members who really stood out and went over and above to make sure everything was comfortable...even a simple how are you today was nice to hear every morning. A good hotel and a great location.

It doesn't have a lift..but I know that cant be helped due to building structure.

Vị trí trung tâm, nhà hàng , quán cafe rất gần, tiện đi bộ ra phố đường tầu vs chợ đêm, đi về mệt thì có foot massage ở tầng 1, khách lưu trú ở đây được giảm 10-20% giá niêm yết!

Phòng tầng cao, không thang máy, nhưng được nhân viên hỗ trợ chuyển hành lý, coi như tập thể dục! Nếu bạn quá béo vs quá 60 tuổi thì có thể yêu cầu cho tầng 1-2!

Location! Very close to a lot of hidden gems for coffee shops and michelin restaurants. Chaotic but fun in Hanoi :) the owner was really nice and responsive to messages plus he helped us bring our bags to the 4th floor (which was 8 flights high in reality! HAHA)

Stains in the blankets :( Plus we had an early checkout at 5AM, we requested help to move bags downstairs but no one was available so we had to carry our 20kg luggages

Emplacement parfait. Je suis arrivée à 1h30 du matin : la réception était bien ouverte. J’ai pu avoir ma chambre très rapidement. Personnel sympathique. Matelas très confortable. La chambre donnait sur l’arrière donc très calme, ce dont j’avais besoin.

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre : pour une nuit ça va, pour plusieurs jours ça peut déranger.

Great location, really good massages and friendly helpful staff make this an easy budget recommendation. The place itself is what you paid for a budget accom in the middle of the old town, it's comfortable enough with hot water, air con and wifi. The little balcony was surprisingly nice to sit on in the evenings 👌

The location was great, the room was big, and the receptionists + the girls from the Spa were really nice and friendly. We felt welcomed.

Good location but that's it.

The staff charged me for four nights instead of the three nights that I had booked. I had extended my stay for one more night but they charged me for two rooms! They would have charged me for two rooms for my entire stay if I hadn't complained about it. They cancelled my other nights but adamantly said they could not cancel my first night of stay due to my partner and I checking in late. Understandable if I took away from their room that should've been available from their business. BUT it was their mistake to begin with AND they also had tons of rooms available as evident on their computer screen! (It showed green mark for unoccupied vs red for occupied.) It was quite evident that they just wanted the extra money. I could not go on advocating for myself after such a long flight so I decided to pay for the extra night. Looking back, I know that they would never have given the money back. They were also not accommodating when it came to be wanting some money back for the full gas that I filled on their motorcycle. I did not even use one bar of the fuel but I filled it up all the way not knowing how much the motorcycle would consume in fuel. They lend the motorcycle to you almost completely empty of fuel. Fine it is what it is, I at least wanted a shower on the last day after checking out for the cost of the extra night and the fuel because I would had to catch a train after I came back from a tour but of course they refused. Overall, I wasted one full day of stay and more due to their mistake of booking me two rooms on the first night. (Of course I only ended up using one room). Not only were they not accommodating, the room itself was dirty, Wifi barely functioning, tiny rooms that barely was able to accommodate two adults with two luggage bags. Do not listen to the reviews. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help. The accommodation is reasonable and basic if you’re ok with just finding a place with a roof over your head. Even though we got a room without a view which is at the back of the building, I’m glad we did otherwise we would hearing Hanoi traffic constantly in our room.

There was a kettle in the room but no cups/ mugs. Towels were frayed but still usable.

The hosts were quite kind and helped us book some bus tickets to Sa Pa

The worst accommodation of our trip in Vietnam. Yes, it was very cheap but for the same money we stayed much better in other places in Hanoi. We had five different accommodations in the city. The mold on the walls was the worst part.

The hotel is near to the places you must visit in Hanoi. The housekeeping lady is very helpful. The room is spacious enough to accomodate the 3 of us.

Too bad the hotel has no elevator. We had a hard time carrying luggage to the 3F.

Breakfast wasn't included but the location was very good. The staff were very willing to help us sort out a few things that weren't working when we arrived. I like that there was a fan to use (as well as aircon)

3 of the lights weren't working when we arrived and only 2 lumpy pillows (the pic showed 4) - but while we were out for dinner they made the effort to fix the 2 bedroom lights. no window opening to the outside so no outlook.

L'emplacement est idéal dans le vieux quartier, la chambre 401 à un balcon qui donne une vue superbe. Aussi le personnel a été ultra gentil et serviable.

La chambre à besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Peinture, décoration etc. C'est un peu délabré et c'est dommage car le reste est parfait.

Great location. 24 hour desk so we could check in when our flight came in at 2am. Nice spacious rooms and good facilities.

It's situated at a very popular location around the old quarter area, convenient to reach many tourist spots in hanoi. The staffs are really friendly, we were able to check in early at 10am when we arrived from the airport at no additional charges, and very kindly reminded us to come back to the hotel earlier to prep up after we told them that we will be checking out on the same night to catch the sleeper bus to Sapa. They also allowed us to wait at the lobby for the sleeper bus to arrive and helped us carry our luggage to the bus as well.

The hostel do not have a lift so we will need to carry the luggage up and down manually (staff will help to carry if they are available). The room itself looks a little run down with broken sockets and fridge in some rooms. Our bathroom shower heads only have a few water strands coming out and it seems faster to use the toilet water hose directly instead, but luckily their hot water is working. Some room locks are not able to close properly as well and the cleaner came in directly with her master key to wash the toilet at the same time while we were still in the room O.O

W pokoju było wszystko co potrzebne. Personel pozwolił nam zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu, a wieczorem przed odjazdem mogliśmy skorzystać z łazienki. To było bardzo miłe.

There is no common room for meeting other travelers. The room was at the 4th or 5th floor. No lift. Very small bath room.

Great location and easy to find.

The room were not clean at all, we found hair in the bed sheets and the door room was almost breaking in our hands each time.

Hosts were really lovely. Location was great. Room was spacious. Shower was hot. Airport transfer was really easy and ready when we got there. Able to leave our bags after checking out.

The door handle to the room kept breaking off. There was mold in the bathroom and it smelled a bit. The shower head was broken so that you could only really use the handheld bit.

Super Zentral, mitten in der Altstadt, mega liebes Personal. Wir müssten aus persönlichen Gründen eine Nacht früher die Reise beenden und konnten es auf Booking nicht mehr ändern. Das Personal konnte da theoretisch auch nichts machen, da es mit Booking geklärt werden sollte. Jedoch kamen die uns entgegen und haben uns die Hälfte des Geldes für die eine Nacht zurückerstattet.

I had a lovely stay at this hostel. The room was very clean and tidied daily by the cleaning staff. Fresh towels and water were provided every day, which was a really nice touch. There’s even a beauty salon on-site. Perfect for a relaxing spa day, and as a guest, you get a 20% discount! The room had a balcony and a fridge, which made the stay extra convenient. The staff speak English and are always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their service is great. They greet you warmly every time they see you and check if everything is okay. You really feel looked after here. Excellent location! Highly recommend! Note: The room wasn’t very spacious, but we already knew that before booking.

Great location and quiet. Comfortable bed. Cold aircon. Basic but has all you need for a stay in the heart of the Old Quarter. Bottle water provided free daily which was a nice touch. Night receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Free baggage storage.

Everything! We were surprised how we can easily locate it and how near it was to pretty much everywhere we want to go!

Our room was situated in the third floor 301 (but it was understandable 'coz we all know that most of the hotel and hostels don't have elevators)

Great value- super central location right in the hustle and bustle. Awesome having a little balcony to watch the street below, the bathroom was clean/modern and spacious compared to other places we’ve stayed in a similar budget. The beds were surprisingly comfy- with really cozy doonas. Air conditioning worked super well, the staff were lovely and cleaned our room when we were away + left more water and fresh towels. Laundry service was also done super fast. Cannot thank the owner enough for her honesty- we accidentally left our wallet in the lobby right before getting on our sleeper bus and only realised as we were driving away. She checked all the areas for us and found the wallet! So lucky as it contained a lot of cash and it would be easy for someone to take it or be dishonest. Very thankful for that

Nothing to dislike- only thing to note is the room isn’t super spacious and is quite narrow but that was no issue for us.

We arrived very early after night bus from Sapa and the hotel owner let us have a little sleep on the massage tables while we waited for our room. This place is so central, across from great coffee places and local eats!! Would stay here again!

The place is pretty run down, does not look like the photos presented on google and booking.com. Plug was out of the wall, noisy (doors don't block noise), toilet seat not fixed, shower head not working... The last straw was when I was pressured and forced to change rooms at my last day so they can accomodate a last minute booking, even if I pre-paid for this room and I told them I already unpacked all my stuff. Not the best experience so I went to stay in another hotel down the road after

The hostel is in a great location and the staff are nice and very helpful. They organised laundry, airport taxi and massages which were very good. However, our room was very tired and and situated on the 4th floor of the hostel and as there is no lift it was a lot of stairs to climb. The bed and the pillows are hard but this may be my personal preference.
