First time facing such an issue with a hotel. They did not provide proper information for check-in or how to access the room, and I had to find their contact details myself to ask for assistance. On top of that, I was charged a RM300 deposit and, even after checkout, I am still waiting for the refund. I have had to keep chasing them for updates, but communication has been poor. Very disappointing experience and customer service.

I wish the owner could be more proactive to approach clients regarding deposit payment, deposit return, and check in procedures. I was waiting for the owner to approach me regarding the procedures above but in the end I have to approach the owner to enquire about it. Also, the contact number in the booking app is not up to date.

Reviewed Oct 19, 20253 double bed provided . one of the bed is king size. An additional person fee of RM30 is reasonable It would be more transparent if the listing clearly mentioned the extra charge for additional guests.
The host did not proactively provide the check-in information — even after I called and sent a WhatsApp message, I still had to follow up before getting a reply. The door’s electronic lock code was provided after 7pm.
