L'isolation phonique et thermique est insuffisante surtout pour un long séjour

Anche se l’appartamento era piccolo , ma lo sapevamo, era tutto perfettamente organizzato e super pulito cosa non da poco a Londra. Gli host sono stati super gentili e disponibili noi siamo stati 9 notti e a meta’ soggiorno abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile cambiare la biancheria e subito hanno provveduto pulendo anche e senza nessun sovraprezzo ! veramente gentili. Inoltre la casa si trova anche in un quartieri fornito di tutto e vicino alla metro

In realta’ nulla anche se devo dire che il lavandino in bagno e’ veramente troppo piccolo

- Está situado en un barrio residencial muy acogedor, y al lado del alojamiento hay una calle principal con muchos supermercados y restauración. - Muy buena comunicación con el centro - Fuimos con un bebé y ya éramos conscientes de que el alojamiento no tenía ascensor. Por los que no fue un problema. - A pesar de ser un espacio pequeño, tiene todo lo que necesitas.

- Regular la temperatura del agua era misión imposible. Salía o muy fría o muy caliente. Te tenías que duchar entre que pasaba de fría a caliente. - Tenía un ventilador, pero no escogería este alojamiento en pleno verano, dado que nosotros estábamos a máximas de 25 grados y cuando llegabas al apartamento hacía calor de todas formas.

The location is top notch! You are very close to the city center. Next to that it is in a quite chill area so you don’t have to deal with all the business.

The location is brilliant, especially if you are a travelling Chelsea fan / away fan. 10 minutes roughly to the stadium with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.

I stayed for 12 days and was very happy with the overall experience. Clean, close to transport links (buses and tube), very helpful and responsive hosts, quiet building.

The windows are frosted (understandable as accommodation located in a residential neighbourhood) which makes the room feel claustrophobic when windows are closed on the day it rained. A patterned frosting that allows some outside view would be good. The closet toilet is located under stairs with doors on a spring mechanism. It was the worst part of the stay because it felt like a battle to access and use toilet. I got round it by buying a very cheap doorstopper. The shower needs a shower caddy. Both these items are cheap but would add a greater level of comfort.

It was very good and great value for money.

The bathroom was a bit small.

La posizione strategica: Fulham è molto ben collegata verso qualsiasi direzione sia con la tube che con i bus. Quartiere tranquillo e sicuro, dispone di tanti market,pub, ristoranti e caffetterie

Al nostro arrivo,abbiamo avuto seri problemi per accedere all’ appartamento in quanto, nonostante l’inserimento corretto del codice ricevuto per il check in e l’orario che ormai andava ben oltre le 15:00, la porta era bloccata. Non c’era nessun recapito telefonico per le emergenze e nessuna persona fisica che potesse aiutarci. Stanche dal viaggio, dopo varie peripezie ci siamo rivolti all’alloggio a fianco. I due ragazzi che soggiornavano lì, ci hanno dato il numero per le emergenze che ATTENZIONE e’ affisso dietro la porta d’ingresso di ogni appartamento. Pertanto , non avendo accesso all’appartamento non avevamo il contatto d’emergenza. Recuperato abbiamo chiamato e subito ci hanno abilitato all’ingresso

El apartamento forma parte de una casa de estilo victoriano ubicada en una barriada residencial muy cerca del centro, la cual está muy bien comunicada por la línea de metro District (verde), que cubre las paradas turísticas más importantes y con la que se pueden efectuar transbordos para el resto. La estación de West Brompton está a solo 10 minutos caminando. A unos 50 m del apartamento hay un McDonald’s y 2 supermercados muy bien abastecidos (uno de ellos es un Lidl). También hay algunos pubs a algunos metros más y hasta uno que ostenta una estrella Michelin como restaurante. Como contrapunto he de decir que aunque es una zona muy tranquila, por la noche no está muy iluminada y es un tanto solitaria, si bien los pocos transeúntes que se encuentran son amables vecinos. Es un apartamento que se puede recomendar para estancias cortas de no más de 4 o 5 días, pero para estancias de 2 semanas como fue la nuestra, supuso una gran incomodidad, pues su tamaño no permite moverse si se lleva más equipaje que 2 tolleys de cabina. Hay que decir que estaba bastante limpio, sobre todo el baño, lo cual es de agradecer. También debo reseñar que los propietarios estaban disponibles todo el tiempo desde la mensajería de Booking para comunicarse sobre cualquier posible incidente o problema. La cocina está bien equipada, con placa de inducción, fregadero, microondas y nevera, y también cuenta con menaje y vajilla, cubertería y cristalería para preparar y comer platos sencillos, así como cafetera de cápsulas (de las cuales hay un tarro lleno) y, aunque todo esto se guarda en armarios, carece de al menos un módulo para guardar en él los alimentos que no requieran refrigeración, por lo que tuvimos que tenerlos en las bolsas de la compra sobre el suelo, pues en la meseta no había espacio. Tampoco había ninguna estantería donde colocar objetos personales como un neceser, cámaras fotográficas, etc., por lo que tuvimos que ponerlos sobre la meseta de la pequeña cocina.

Reservé este apartamento con tanta antelación que todos los del edificio estaban disponibles, sin embargo, y para mi posterior decepción, he de decir que aunque esperaba el mejor, me adjudicaron el peor, pues se ubicaba en la planta semisótano y la ventana daba directamente a los cubos de basura. Además, los 2 únicos ventanucos abatibles, en la parte superior de dicha ventana, no los podíamos dejar abiertos durante el día, pues al ser un piso bajo se podría colar por ellos alguien. El caso es que con la ola de calor que había en esos momentos, el apartamento era casi una sauna, y tampoco podíamos poner el ventilador, porque aunque casi todo estaba bastante limpio, la excepción era ese ventilador, que era de los de torreta y estaba lleno de polvo, con lo cual preferimos pasar calor a la posibilidad de constiparnos por aspirar el polvo que expandiría el aparato al encenderlo. El apartamento tiene un tamaño bastante reducido (no creo que pase de los 14 o 16 m2 incluyendo el baño), por lo que si se llevan 2 maletas de cabina y una grande es imposible encontrar sitio para ellas y hay que tenerlas cerradas y en posición vertical todo el tiempo, pues si se abren en el suelo es imposible pasar entre ellas, y no hay ningún mueble maletero para colocarlas. Lo ideal sería deshacerlas colocando la ropa en un armario, pero el que había era tan pequeño y desaprovechado que tuvimos que ponerlo todo amontonado como pudimos y lo que no, dejarlo en las maletas e ir sacándolo poco a poco, ya que dicho armario medía 50 o 60 cm de ancho. La cama era muy alta y muy dura y las almohadas muy gruesas, por lo que resultaba muy incómoda. Otro inconveniente que encontramos fue la escasez de toallas, pues solo ponen una de ducha y una de lavabo por persona a la semana. Cuando nos realizaron una limpieza, al cabo de la primera semana, les pedimos que nos dejasen alguna toalla más, pero ni nos respondieron a esa petición ni tampoco nos la dejaron.

It is located in a great location. It was enough for one person to stay a couple of days.

It is so tiny that the bathroom is inside of a “closet”. London is an expensive city so I guess this is the best you can get for the price paid.

Appartamento piccolissimo ma con tutto il necessario per passare un buon periodo a Londra. Zona comodissima e piena di servizi. Abbiamo avuto quello con la finestra sul retro quindi era anche molto silenzioso.

Abbiamo trovato un appartamento, pulito, attrezzato e funzionale per le nostre necessità, siamo stati 15 giorni e siamo stati bene come a casa. Vicino ai mezzi di trasporto e a diversi supermercati. Lo consiglio vivamente!

El apartamento estaba limpio, tenía lo esencial para la estancia y está ubicado en una zona rodeada de todo tipo de tiendas y supermercados, lugares donde comer y paradas de bus y metro. Los propietarios respondieron a nuestras preguntas con prontitud.

Hacía demasiada calor porque no tiene aire acondicionado. El agua de la ducha salía a veces demasiado caliente y otras fría, el termostato no regulaba bien la temperatura. Eché en falta algo más de espacio donde colocar las cosas, especialmente en el baño, que era muy pequeño. La hora se check-in y check-out me pareció demasiado tarde (15h) y demasiado pronto (10h), si bien es cierto que al tener dos apartamentos reservados el primer día pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje en uno de ellos más temprano. Al estar las puertas de los apartamentos contiguos muy pegadas al nuestro se oía mucho ruido cuando llegaba o salía un huésped de otro apartamento. Las escaleras a los apartamentos de la primera planta son estrechas y hay que tener cuidado al bajar.

Siamo stati 4 notti presso questa struttura, accogliente e ben collegata; in 10 minuti raggiungevamo la stazione di west brompton della district line e a 5 dalla fermata di fullham. Anche il quartiere tranquillo e lontano dal caos del centro con dei bellissimi locali caratteristici dove bere e mangiare. Pulito e letti comodissimi

Forse le unicche note negative erano le dimensioni della stanza che risultava forse un poco stretta e lo stesso come il bagno; infine la struttura non dispone di un servizio di deposito bagaglio che consiglio fortemente

The apartment was really clean and well decorated. It had everything one may need during the stay.

Well located, clean studio flat with comfortable bed, TV, stove, pans and pots, fridge and microwave. Very impressed with the provision of kitchen towels and tissues by the side of the bed.

No cleaning throughout the stay but for 3 nights it’s fine

Condizioni igieniche che lasciano a desiderare: lenzuola macchiate e strappate, microonde incrostato e con briciole, polvere accumulta nel ventilatore, sopra la macchina del caffè e nei vari profili della stanza, mensola del bagno sporca con impronte ancora visibili sporco e ruggine negli snodi. Insetti morti sul pavimento. Pareti danneggiate da umidità. Soggiorno fortunatamente annullato e rimborsato tramite l'assistenza Booking per totale di pulizia. In tutto ciò siamo stati costretti a cercare all'ultimo minuto un'altra struttura, in un altra posizione e pagandola di più, senza contare che abbiamo perso ore e ore del nostro soggiorno rovinando tutti i nostri programmi.

Good location, compact layout but good to have fridge and kitchen bench and microwave. Great coffee machine and comfortable bed.

The extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work so mirror fogged up easily. The floorboard in entrance to bathroom is soft and spongy and in danger of collapsing. The hosts couldn’t be contacted by message and refused to answer phone call and didn’t reply to message left on their phone so very diappointed with service. Didn’t discover wifi instructions on back of door till nearly checking out.

I staid in the single room. The room was small, but had everything inside and was spotless clean. Location is great. Would definitely stay again.

It had all the things you needed in one place. The bathroom and toilet were really clean. The fan also did a super job of cooling the room down well in the heat that weekend!

Stanovanje je zelo malo in tako vroče, da se tam ni dalo biti. Res je, da je bil vroćinski val, ampak klima bi vse rešila. V stanovanju je bila sicer neka mini naprava, ki naj bi hladila s pomočjo vode. Kot da je ne bi bilo. Tudi ponoči je bilo prevroče za spanje.

Location great. Booked for my daughter who was carrying out work experience at the Royal Marsden Hospital. Accommodation was perfect. The bed was very comfy and the tv great. Everything worked with very good comms from the owners.

Great location in Fulham, and easy to access the property with instructions from the owner.

The room is seriously tiny and not suitable for a couple with a suitcase each. A small fan was available to use, but in the middle of a heat wave this offered little to no relief. As a result, the room was a furnace and we couldn’t spend any time in there. The bathroom is so small, the shower didn’t drain and you couldn’t even brush your teeth without hitting your face on the ledge above the sink.

The building was easy to access and in a good location for tube stations to get in to the centre of the town. The bed was also comfortable

On the first day we were unable to get the hot water to work in the shower or taps, but this was fine the next day. Images were also slightly misleading as they showed a much larger room than we actually had, and the room was very warm, but fans in the room were helpful with this.

Not much to like here. The apartment was clean, I can say that at least.

The other units are definitely not spacious like the one they display. There may be 2 or 3 of them like that (front room with bay window) but I didn't see inside them. I emailed the owner after booking in their apartment building whilst still having the option of cancellation. I explained that I had a walking disability and needed a unit on the ground floor and asked if these were available. I said I could only manage the 8 or so steps out the front. I was told there were about 8 steps, and we'd be on the first floor. I wasn't sure if they were telling me there were therefore 2 lots of steps to our 1st floor apartment (one being outside), or just the one set outside. I tried to clarify what they classify as first floor... The apartments on the floor where you enter or up one level (?) They repeated in their reply that there were only about 8 steps and that it was a lovely spacious room and I'd be very happy. On arrival I was not happy at all! We weren't on the ground or on the first floor, we were up yet another set of stairs (2nd level!) I could have cried. I have MS and so managing all these stairs, especially on arrival from O.S or each day after doing some sightseeing, was devastating to deal with. I had to crawl up on my hands and knees and suffer much pain. The apartment was very tiny and the Queen bed was pushed against the wall, as the unit was so tiny it could not be away from the wall, and this was ridiculous for my husband to have to deal with for 4 nights. To top it off we could not connect to any of the streaming services that they claim to have (about 4 I think). We were able to get into each one on the main selection screen, but whenever we selected a movie it would not play. This was on all 4 services that they claimed to have. I messaged the owners and did not hear back from them, and still haven't to this day! The bathroom was so narrow, no more than one metre wide, so very tight.

The location of the stay is very good, you have shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. You can reach the underground within 10 minutes and also have a lime bike stop right next to the apartment, which made the transportation very easy and enjoyable.

The room was infestated with ants and the host did not respond appropriately. He left us more than 24 hours with this problem without answering either his phone, nor the messages. The ants were nearby our bed and also in the bathroom. There was no cleaning within our stay, even after the ants appeared and it seemed that I payed the cleaning fee for nothing. All in all the service was not good at all.

Everything was nice and clean, and the location was so quiet.

El calor era insoportable. No se podía dormir ni estar porque era absolutamente insano alojarse en ese espacio a pesar de los dos ventiladores de pié que había. Habíamos reservado tres noches y solo nos quedamos la primera. El dueño nos hizo un reembolso tras nuestra queja. En ese sentido, respondió bien.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Lage ist super, es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Eine Straße weiter gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Verschiedene U-Bahn-Stationen sind in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Das Waschbecken ist sehr klein, aber wir sind zurechtgekommen. Ansonsten alles super.

I really liked the location - it's only a 7/8 minute walk from Fulham Broadway tube station + mall, so it's in a very convenient location. If you're just travelling by yourself, it's also great for one person. Fantastic room service as well, especially when my cooler broke! It was fixed the same day, and I was very impressed with how quickly the problem was resolved.

As I visited in summer, my flat on the top floor did get quite warm, even with a functioning cooler. The bathroom is also fairly small which I personally didn't mind, but if you prefer a big, spacious bathroom this probably isn't for you.

Довольно просторные апартаменты, хорошо оснащённая кухня, удобная кровать. Понятные инструкции по бесконтактному заселению. Хорошая звукоизоляция - мы вообще не слышали соседей за всю неделю проживания. Удобное расположение - много разного транспорта

Essendo un piano interrato c'è odore di umidità, si sente proprio nell aria. Inoltre il letto è sicuramente da cambiare , la fessura tra il letto e il muro è pericolosa . Durante la notte il telefono ci è caduto lì e per recuperarlo abbiamo penato parecchio

Die Lage war sehr gut, hübsche typische Londoner Straße in einer ruhigen Gegend. Zur Underground-Station sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, von dort ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum. Ebenfalls ist dort auch die Overground-Station, von der weitere Ziele zu erreichen sind. Die Zugänglichkeit war unkompliziert, wir konnten unser Gepäck vor Check-In Zeit abstellen. Das Bett war angenehm und bequem.

Sehr flächenminimiert, ins Bett war der Einstieg nur einseitig möglich, keine Ablagemöglichkeit am Bett und für Koffer oder Taschen ist auch kein Ablageplatz vorhanden. Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr eng. Wirklich nervend war die Waschtischarmatur, die für das winzige Waschbecken nicht taugt, da sie bei zu weiter Öffnung des Hebels das Bad unter Wasser setzt. Das Fenster ist komplett mit Sichtschutzfolie beklebt, man kann also nicht raus schauen.

I liked the neighborhood. Many shops and supermarkets.

The room was one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed. The distance between the wash basin and a shelf above it was less than 25cm so it was difficult to use water. No access to the backyard but maybe for security reasons.

As a single traveler, I am very happy to have found this single apartment with a patio. The weather did not allow me to use the patio, but it is certainly a good extension of the apartment. The apartment is small, but quite enough for everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is nicely and modernly equipped, in a great location between West Brompton and Fulham Broadway underground stations. It is also well connected by bus to the rest of London. There is the North End Road food market nearby, and a number of small independent shops. Lidl or Waitrose supermarkets are nearby. The apartment contains a single bed, a small bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a double hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. It is very clean and smells nice. The instructions for entering are simple and clear. The hosts are very helpful. I will definitely come back to them.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was small, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was excellent, with a metro station and shops nearby, which made it very convenient. I also had a bathroom available for my use. Although it was not inside the room but separate, it was clean and comfortable. The host was always easy to reach and ready to help. I was also able to leave my luggage before check-in, which was very convenient.

It was very easy to access the flat. The room was very clean and tidy. I liked the location of the place in which everything needed is within reachable distance. Very nice kitchen with facilities, including coffee and tea provided.

The shower must definitely be upgraded somehow. Most of the time, I struggled to have hot and pressurised water. Plus, check-in and check-out times were a bit narrower than usual bookings - Check-In 15:00 and Check-Out 10:00.

Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et, même si l'on communique par messages, ils répondent à toutes les questions avec bienveillance. Aussi le quartier est très agréable et la ligne Fulham Broadway en zone 2 dessert tout le centre de Londres. Quartier vivant et pratique. L'appartement est propre, très petit mais assez fonctionnel. Idéal pour un court séjour.

Il faut savoir que le C5 est au dernier étage d'une maison typiquement londonienne, avec des escaliers raides et étroits. La salle de bain est très très exiguë, la pression de la douche moindre le soir. Ce n'est pas un appartement pour des personnes grandes et costaudes.

위치가 여러 식당 및 상점들과 가까워서 좋았어요. 메트로도 그렇게 멀지 않았고요.

따뜻한 물을 틀었을 때 샤워기 수압이 너무 너무 약해서 샤워가 힘들 정도였습니다. 문제 관련해 보러 오겠다고 했지만 떠나는 날까지 바뀌지 않았습니다. 그리고 청소가 미흡해서 먼지가 많았습니다. 가성비는 좋지 않은 것 같아요.

I liked the location: 10 minutes walk from the metro/train or bus, lots of grocery stores 2 minutes away, also a variety of small restaurants, the neighborhood was quiet, nice.

The room and bathroom were really small, but we were expecting that.

El lugar estaba muy limpio, tiene de todo y es muy funcional a pesar del tamaño, que en mi caso era menos de 10m2, la estación de metro está a menos de 10 minutos y puedes llegar a caso todos lados en 15 minutos.

Unfortunately, I have to elaborate on this point. Firstly, the electronic door access panel kept getting stuck. I even have a video as proof that, despite entering the correct code, number 5 would automatically press without clicking, making it impossible to enter the correct code. The system had to refresh after several unsuccessful attempts, and only after a minute or two I could try again (at which point the door usually opened). It was the worst experience with this type of check-in – I'd never encountered such a problem before. The gentleman who was renting another room from the same owner also said he was struggling with the same problem and tried to help. How could they not replace the system when it was clearly faulty? This led to huge frustration, but I didn't want to contact the owner – the communication itself wasn't very pleasant… No matter what I wrote, I felt like an intruder, not welcomed at all. I also asked before arrival if it was possible to check in an hour earlier – I was told no, but you could leave your belongings. Finally, I informed the owner that we would check in at 3 PM (that was the earliest option). To my surprise, we arrived at 3 PM sharp, and the room still wasn't ready. I asked the cleaning man if he could give us a room because I wanted to shower after a long journey. He said that he hadn't cleaned the bathroom yet and that the previous guests hadn't left on time. I really didn't like this, but we had purchased tickets to the museum for 4 PM, so I just changed my clothes and had to leave. We left our belongings, and the employee continued cleaning. I can't imagine how this could have happened… I was very disappointed. Other than these issues, the overall stay was pretty average. For more than two nights, it wasn't entirely comfortable. The shower was a nightmare - it was difficult to get the water in a normal temperature (it was too hot or too cold).

The shower drain smelled horrednously of fish whenever the shower was on for more than 2 minutes. Host did nothing about it then accused me of making it up! Turns out, there was a fishmonger a few doors down and I think this affected the drainage system.

The property was very convenient to tube and bus and plenty of shops, grocers, restaurants, etc. apartment was small but very neat and clean. I also feel it was worth the price.

My only complaint was that at times it could be noisy. We were on ground floor and window next to street so heard everything passing on street and sidewalk.
