A localização é ótima, 15 minutos a pé da praça principal, e bastante segura uma vez que o acesso é feito junto ao Palais Royal que tem guardas na rua 24h por dia. O Saber foi muito atencioso na chegada. A Raja é muito cuidadosa, fez ótimos pequenos almoços, diferentes todos os dias. Fomos em família com uma criança de 3 anos e adorámos.

Le Riad permet de faire plein de chose à pied (tombeaux saadiens à 10 petites mn, koutoubia à 12mn etc) tout en étant extrêmement calme. La décoration est magnifique et il est confortable, salon-séjour spacieux, chaque chambre à sa salle de bains et wc attenants. Le petit plus, Raja qui nous prépare de bons petits déjeuner et des dîners excellents sur demandes.

Il serait préférable d’annoncer qu’il s’agit d’un jaccuzzi plutôt que d’y e piscine sur le rooftop (dimension environ 1.20 sur 2.20). Mais avec les 40 degrés il était très appréciable malgré tout

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville et profiter pleinement du séjour. Le riad est magnifique, confortable et très agréable. Un grand merci à Raja pour sa gentillesse et son accueil chaleureux. Elle nous a préparé des petits-déjeuners exceptionnels chaque matin, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cet établissement à 100 % et reviendrons avec plaisir ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved the space, the rooms were nicely furnished. The rooftop was great for relaxing after a day of seeing the sites. The lady who made our breakfast was so lovely, and went out of her way to make sure we had breakfast in the fridge on our last day when we needed to leave early. Everything was fresh, with nice options including freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh coffee. It was lovely. The riad is in easy walking distance of the main sites and as 4 women travelling we felt safe and relaxed in the area. ❤️

Electrics tripped a few times, but we had been warned and shown how to reset the fuse box.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und es hat viel Platz. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Die Pools sind nicht geheizt (wie geschrieben) und sehr schmutzig. Der Wasserdruck ist so tief, dass man kaum Haare waschen kann. Was aber am unschönsten war, dass man aufgefordert wurde ein 10 zu bewerten. Hier ist die Bewertung aug Booking.com definitiv zu hoch und auch die 8 ist deutlich aufgerundet

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans ce Riad spacieux et typique, idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville. Un grand merci à la cuisinière pour sa gentillesse et ses excellents petits déjeuners !

Le standing "prestigieux" annoncé n'est pas tout à fait au rendez-vous. Nous avons rencontré plusieurs désagréments techniques (problèmes électriques persistants, fuite d'eau sur la terrasse, faible pression d'eau dans les douches) et certains équipements/meubles mériteraient d'être remplacés ou mieux nettoyés pour justifier le prix. Un beau potentiel qui demande plus de rigueur sur l'entretien.

Endroit parfait très pratique pour se déplacer, taxi à côté. Personnel très sympa se plie en 4 pour nous merci à raga . Riad très jolie .

La proximitat a la mesquita. La crida a l’oració a les 4-5 del matí s’escolta intensament.

Raja est une femme en or, c'est l'atout du riad. Ses petits déjeuners sont magnifiques, son investissement est irréprochable. Une très belle rencontre.

L'hôte n'est absolument pas professionnel. Je l'ai contacté la veille car nous n'avions aucune information concernant notre arrivée. J'ai été ajouté à un groupe WhatsApp avec un point GPS et un QR code WiFi, nous avons indiqué l'heure approximative de notre arrivée. Une fois sur place, personne n'était là pour nous accueillir. Heureusement, nous arrivons à capter le wifi depuis l'extérieur du riad pour prévenir que nous sommes à la porte. Quelques minutes plus tard, un collaborateur de l'hôte arrive, sans un mot d'excuse pour nous avoir laissé dans la rue avec nos enfants. La visite est expéditive, il nous fait faire le tour des chambres et nous invite à aller voir la terrasse, seuls, nous laissant constater que le lave linge n'a pas de hublot, un sachet plastique traîne dans la piscine, les bains de soleil sont tachés et déchirés, les fauteuils en rotins cassés, les plantes mortes... Mauvaise première impression. Nous signalons le problème du lave linge à la personne sur place, déjà au courant, et qui nous dit qu'on pourra trouver une solution avec la femme de ménage. L'individu prend nos passeports en photo, collecte la taxe de séjour et s'en va seulement 5 minutes après être arrivé, sans explications relatives au fonctionnement des équipements de la maison. La TV au mur ne fonctionne pas, une deuxième est posée dans l'angle du canapé mais pas paramétrée. Les coffres sont verrouillés, j'écris pour savoir comment les utiliser, je n'aurai aucune réponse à ce sujet, ils sont inutilisables durant tout le séjour. Un micro-onde (pas listé dans les équipements mais visible sur les photos de l'annonce) est posé dans la cuisine mais ne fonctionne pas. Il n'y a pas de sèche-linge contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce.

Excellent location: the riad is located on what seems like a safe street (next to the Royal Palace, therefore there are 24/7 guards) and next to the hospital and a pharmacy. It is in walking distance to the medina and main sights (15 min) which is really convenient. The riad is very spacious! All the rooms are of a very decent size and have an ensuite bathroom. This feels very luxurious. And it is decorated just beautifully. We loved the aesthetic. There were hairdryers provided, enough sockets for electricity and airconditioners in every room. The lighting was also gorgeous. And we really appreciated that water bottles were provided. The staff was helpful. The breakfast/cleaning lady was always on time and very kind. The owners were also quick to respond via WhatsApp and helped with any questions. Breakfast was good and plentiful. There was orange juice, coffee, tea and milk. There were baguettes, msemen and some type of sweet croissant or pain au chocolate. Freshly made omelettes, and then one other item such as a pancake or donut. There was jam, honey, cream cheese and olives for toppings. And as said: there was plenty of it! Lastly, the place felt clean and well-looked after. Overall it is a beautiful riad in a great location, and perfect for large families or groups.

We were surprised to find out that the heated pool was for the additional charge of €30,- per day. This is not clearly stated in the listing on Booking and also feels very expensive. The owners were willing to find a solution, which was appreciated, but in the end the heating did not work at all (we tried for 8 hours but the pool remained stone cold). We were very disappointed by this because we booked this place specifically for the heated pool. We know that the 'call for prayer' is part of staying in Marrakech. We would have liked to know beforehand that the sound system for the call to prayer is literally on the next house and there is no roof on the riad. It started daily at 6:48 in the morning and lasted for 12 minutes. We were travelling with a toddler and good luck trying to get your 3-year old back to sleep after 12 minutes of chanting at well over 80 decibels! We stayed here in January and even with the heating turned on, it remained cold in the common areas and therefore it wasn't very comfortable to sit in the living room unfortunately.

Les petits déjeuners préparées par la très attentionnée Dara. Le lieu est décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Le rooftop et ses espaces détente. L’excellent rapport qualité prix.

L’impossibilité de laisser les bagages avant 16h et après le depart. Il n’y a pas de consignes à bagages dans la Médina, pas très pratique surtout quand vous voyagez en groupe.

One of the worst experiences I ever had in a hotel in Morocco ! The riad was absolutely not as you can see in the pictures. When we arrived at 4.30pm the riad was not ready. cleaning personnel was still there so we had to wait a first time for the personnel to leave. We had to wait for one hour more for the check in : this is because when we accessed the property at 4.30pm so basically late, the guy who was supposed to check our IDs etc came after 1h and several calls. as soon as he came, I had a few questions I wanted to ask him and his only feedback was that he takes care of clients from Airbnb and as we booked via booking it is another person we have to talk to.. he was very arrogant and unrespectful. We tried to reach out to the other person with no success.. the next day we wanted to cancel the breakfast for the next day as one of the bed rooms is next to the kitchen and we wanted to avoid someone coming and making noise in the morning. The same, no phone answers whether calls or texts they were just ignoring us. so we had the cleaning lady coming making the breakfast... TV was not working, the microwave was not working, we have tried to reach out to the manager again using another phone number than mine, this time he answered, he said he will come by and that never happened. the riad was very cold and since the roof is open the water was at our living room. we were freezing and had the 6 of us to stay locked in a bad room. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were not for free !!! we had to pay extra if we wanted to use them and they were in a horrific condition and very dirty please see pictures even the water was green as no maintenance was done. There is also no parking around the house.. They have ruined our stay in Marrakech. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOUSE !!

Còmode, net i tranquil, a pocs minuts a peu del centre però allunyat de la multitud. Els esmorzars són de luxe i la noia que els prepara és molt amable.

The breakfast each day was different and delicious. She was an amazing cook and very nice. The host was very helpful and responsive when looking for the Riad. We were a bit turned around. The location was great. There was an amazing coffee shop down the street and very close to little shops and a pharmacy. Our family had a wonderful time staying here.

Je laisse rarement des commentaires, mais ce séjour au Maroc le mérite largement. Que dire de plus que les autres ? Le riad possède tout le charme marocain, il est authentique et exactement conforme aux photos. Un immense merci à Raja, tout simplement exceptionnelle. Elle nous a accompagnés chaque matin en préparant des petits-déjeuners aussi bons que variés. Sa gentillesse et son attention font d’elle la véritable pièce maîtresse de ce riad. L’emplacement est idéal : ni trop près, ni trop loin des lieux incontournables. Ici, tout se fait à pied, sans voiture ni taxi, un vrai confort. Je recommande vivement ce riad à tous les voyageurs qui aiment l’authentique. Les grincheux s’abstenir !

Le Riad est très bien placé proche de tout. Il est d’une propreté impeccable remis à neuf chaque matin par Raja qui est exceptionnelle! Raja nous a préparé des petits déjeuners traditionnelle et à l’occasion d’une soirée nous a préparé un couscous délicieux. Une vraie perle qui apporte un plus considérable.

Le petit bémol est la proximité d’une mosquée qui réveille très tôt le matin.

Raja à été au top à nous préparer des petits déjeuners délicieux, l'emplacement et la décoration du Riad parfait.

Un magnifique riyad proche de tous commerce accessible a pied pour la grande place jamah elfna, personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. Merci a Raja qui préparer tous les matins et très bon petit déjeuner . Matisse le gérant et très réactif et très disponible. Un grand merci a toute votre équipe. Sans oublie notre sur chauffeur ismael qui était très disponible.

Toute était parfait juste le séjour très cours , pour tous visite bien prévoir au moins 10 jours

Hay una persona del staff, Raja, que todos los días nos hacía el desayuno y limpiaba la casa. Su atención fue exquisita. El establecimiento está a 10 minutos andando de la plaza Jemma el Fna, y además está situado junto al Palacio Real, por lo que había mucha policía y te sentías seguro.

La actitud del anfitrión, que sabiendo que el aparato de AC de una de las habitaciones estaba averiado, no dijo nada, lo ocultó y una de las parejas tuvo que dormir en pleno mes de agosto con un calor sofocante. La TV fue imposible utilizarla (John, otro huesped anterior también lo ha indicado). Había un problema eléctrico con uno de los interruptores de la planta baja, y cuando se accionaba se iba la luz en la primera planta. Y por último, si observas con detalle, hay zonas del riad que necesitan un repaso de pintura.

Nos encantó la casa, la decoración, muy bueno el aire acondicionado, la amabilidad de la chica que nos ponía el desayuno, venia a las 8 de la mañana y lo preparaba todo, además hacía la cama y limpieza de la casa a diario. La calle estrecha de la vivienda que daba al palacio Real siempre con policías las 24 horas del día. La zona tranquila fuera del bullicio, a unos 10 minutos andando a la plaza.

Pues lo menos fué las piscinas, hay 2, una en la planta baja y otra en la azotea con las tumbonas, muy bonita la terraza, pensábamos que eran más grandes. Los grifos de las duchas antiguos pero daban el habio. Como anécdota el aire acondicionado de la habitación de abajo empezó a gotear y caía encima de la cama el agua pero bueno eso son cosas que pasan y ya lo habrán arreglado.

The house helper was nice, always willing to help by translating using her phone. Breakfast was good, though it's the same food unless you tell them. Spacious and cleaned every day. Very accessible to the square, which was so great.

The TV has not been working since February, according to the reviews, and management has not done anything despite guests bringing it to their attention. They promised to come and no one turned up. So we kept ourselves entertained by playing cards for 7 days we stayed there as a family of 7.

Breakfast was great! amazing variety that was freshly made everyday by Raja who was so lovely. The villa was exactly like the pictures. The location is amazing. Will definitely be back!

The WiFi kept dropping in and out a few time which wasn’t great, not too much of a problem as we were out most of the day. I do love the layout of the rooms, I think it would be nice to have a curtain to separate the bathroom from the bedroom

What a wonderful 3 nights. We loved our stay and will be back. Clean tidy and exceptional housekeeper who really looked after us. Cabbot recommend it enough. It is a little loud at night but it was expected. Walking distance to the centre. You won’t be disappointed!

Everything was great, Rajae who prepared our breakfasts was super nice and amazingly helpful. Property was clean and comfortable. Location is good and close to everything.

Rajah made our stay wonderful. So kind and so helpful It was clean the breakfast was great. The location was perfect walking distance to Jemma el Fenaa and other place. Next year will be back. Thanks for the nice stay at youre riad.

The pool wad not a real pool but more a bubbelbath

Excellent stay Riad was clean and each room was en-suite. TV needs to be fixed so guests can log into Netflix.

breakfast was super nice

from pictures it is not clear that leaving room and kitchen are open. this means that if it is cold it could be difficult to enjoy the leaving room or breakfast. we were lucky cause it was nice but i believe it would be better to clearly explain it

The property was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The Riad is well equipped and the rooms are all of a good size and very comfortable. Water pressure is a little low and it does take some time for hot water to come through, but it will eventually. Aleisa (not sure if that is spelt correctly) came in daily to make us breakfast and tidy the Riad. The breakfast was incredible with a huge amount of choice and freshly made everyday, she was really great during our stay. The roof terrace is a great space to chill out in the sun with a nice seating area and beds to lay on. There is a good choice of small take away service areas just a short walk away if you fancy a night in instead of heading out for restaurants as well as some small convenience stores close by for daily essentials. There is a large Carrefour supermarket around 30 minute walk away which sells everything you might need including a downstairs Cave alcohol area if you so wish.

As mentioned above the water pressure was not great and also the electric upstairs tripped off a few times when pressing certain light switches either on the ground floor or first floor landing area. Not a major hassle as the fuse box is at the top of the fist flight of stairs and could be easily reset. The only real issue we had during our stay was with the TV controller that looked like it had been thrown against a wall or something. Now to be fair we don't go on vacation to watch TV so we did not really miss it but what was annoying was no matter how many times we reported this, nothing changed during our stay. Whoever as on the WhatsApp chat kept trying to say at 11pm at night 'i am on my way to look at it' instead of just replacing it during the day. it is not about it being broke, the only thing that annoyed us was the way the issue was dealt with or more the lack of it being dealt with. it was the only negative of the whole trip. property management is key in any business function and this should be improved by the owner / manager. A very small disappointment to what was a fantastic property.

Very cool and incredibly comfortable RIAD. Location meant we could walk to big Square, Medina etc easily. Also easy to get a taxi from outside. Rooms are set up as doubles but two of the doubles are twin beds so great for sharing. One room on ground floor and three on first floor. There’s an en-suite, mirror and hairdryer in every room which suited our group of girls (note:no toilet door in three of the rooms so need to go when no one else in the room!). We loved the roof terrace (would recommend to owner to add a fridge up there) where we spent a lot of time. Sun loungers very comfortable and so were the beds themselves. Felt very well looked after.

No doors on toilets. Roof terrace would benefit from a fridge. Can be noisy the way noise travels from roof so bring ear plugs.

Most things were as expected. The place was clean and very confortable. Lamia cooked us breakfast and took good care of us. The host did his best to accommodate us the day of our departure.

The riad was beautiful and was kept spotlessly clean. The open plan living area and the roof terrace was perfect for us. The bedrooms were all en-suite with lovely Moroccan toiletries provided and were great sizes. The bedding and pillows were super comfy! The riad is in a great, central location. It was a couple of minutes walk to the medina and about 10 minutes to the main square. Lamia the housekeeper was lovely. She prepared traditional Moroccan breakfasts for us each day which were great and we made arrangements for her to make dinner one evening which was the best food we had during our stay in Marrakesh!

Plenty of towels and the cleaner was amazing

The area where the house is was in just a alley way very noisy and felt as though you could hear everything from outside no thick walls or doors the shower did not work and we were locked outside for over an hour waiting for the house owner to get someone over and change the faulty lock. With children it was not ideal. The pool advertised is more like a bath not really a pool. The picture frames around the house scared my children we had to keep them covered.

Everything was brilliant, location was great, Lovely Riad, the management (Saber) was brilliant and the lady who made our breakfast was amazing. highly recommend!!
