Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Comfortable layout, plenty of room in living and sleeping areas. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities. Clean. Location suited us perfectly as we were heading in several different directions over our 3 days in Auckland. One off street carpark and no issues parking our second car on the street. Excellent communication from the hosts.

Fan not working in one bedroom (very hot) dishwasher trap needs cleaning out (very smelly) would prefer top sheet on bed not just duvet and not flannelette bottom sheet on bottom as too hot, outside furniture would be a bonus.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026The location was excellent, and everything we needed during our stay was provided, including towels, shampoo and conditioner, and body soap. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. Although it was warm when we first arrived at the house, we turned on the air conditioning, which made it comfortable. Each room was equipped with an electric fan, which also helped to keep us cool. My teenagers enjoyed having access to Netflix; it made them feel right at home. My family felt safe at night, and we didn't encounter any issues with the owner. Overall, the place was worth the money, and I highly recommend it.
The fan in the second-floor room did not run for a while; we thought it was broken. After some time, it started working. However, it would be better if the fan will be replaced.

There was no washing machine or dryer. 2 sets of stairs, fine for our son who can walk up and down stairs but if you had a baby that couldn’t may be a little unsafe.

Everything was amazing expect the top level holds way to much heat and the fans were not enough. My baby was not able to sleep in the bed as it was to hot even with 3 fans going… you should look into a heat pump for the top level it should be an essential especially in the summer.

There was nothing we didnt like. Everything was perfect besides the fact that we didn't know the apartment had two lots of stairs. I wasn't aware the house was a three storey apartment which was a worry as I have young kids in case they fall. But besides that our stay was great and communication with the host was fast and efficient.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2024The property was even better than described - clean, modern, and well set up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again. Whilst it is further from the city, it is only a few minutes walk to bus stops with easy access to Auckland CBD.

Lounge on the bottom level, kitchen, bedroom, one toilet on level two, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on level 3. I loved how big it felt in such a compact space. The beds were amazing. There are bunks a with double and single in one room, two singles in another, and a queen bed in the master room with it's ensuite. I couldn't recommend this place more. Loved our time here!! A++++ Will definitely be back. Centrally located and only 5 minutes from Sylvia Park and the main motorways.
Nothing - Everything was amazing. The hosts were so accommodating of our early check-in and made everything so easy. It even had a parking space and plenty of off-street parking too.
