One-bedroom 66m2 apartment with sauna and parking

The location was okay, but depends what you are after obviously.

The list is very long on what we didn't like: very bad smell on entry, came from a disgusting bath & shower room. All of the cooking pots were burnt black; stains on the other beds and furniture; dirty rugs; one chair on a dirty balcony area. We took pictures, complained and did not stay at the apartment.Small selection of photos uploaded.

Great location and surroundings, but the apartment needs a thorough cleaning. The TV didn't work and the kettle was broken.

Near the venue we need to be. It was spacious and clean and has everything we need. Cozy and quiet place.

There is a leak on all the water hose in the bathroom. Leak on the sink in the bathroom. The bidet hose is leaking and the shower head hose is leaking too. It is hard to take a shower because water is leaking even on the ceiling. But overall stay is really good.

Parking na auto pod blokiem. Sauna w mieszkaniu.

Bardzo obszerna lista rzeczy ktore można lub niewolno robić otrzymana przed zameldowaniem jak i bezposrednio przed wymeldowaniem. Szokująca jest opłata za ewentualne przedłuzenie pobytu niezależnie czy jest następny wynajmujacy czy nie. Podobnie taka sama oplata za wzcesniejsze pojawienie się na mieszkaniu jesli nie ma innego wynajmujacego. Pierwszy raz spotkalismy się z takim podejsciem gospodarza.

Proche du tram qui va au centre ville. La place de parking gratuite.environnement agréable et calme. L'appartement est confortable et bien décoré.

Le manque de vaisselle (assiettes, passoire)

Proximité du métro, commerces, machine à laver et sauna dans l’appartement

La vaisselle n’avait pas été faite correctement par la personne qui a loué avant nous … il y a pourtant tout à disposition ( lave vaisselle, éponge, produit vaisselle..)

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. The mattresses were especially comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. The private sauna was a great bonus. The location is excellent - close to the underground (and public transport in general), yet in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Great price-to-quality ratio overall. Picking up the keys was easy with clear and straightforward instruction. Everything went smoothly :)

One small suggestion: it would be helpful to have something to clear the bathroom floor as it tends to get wet easily, and not all the lights were working. These small things didn’t affect our comfort but could be worth considering for future guests.

Czysrość, winda, parking. Blisko do komunikacji miejskiej, bardzo dobre połączenia do centrum.

Brak lustra, żelazka. Nie było czym zetrzeć podłogi.

Dobra komunikacja z centrum miasta, przestronny apartament, wyposażony w najważniejsze rzeczy. Sauna :)

L’appartamento era spazioso e comodo e la posizione buona sia per spostarsi in centro sia per i servizi nelle vicinanze

L’appartamento era arredato in modo molto spartano senza alcuni accessori di base ( mancanza di tappetini per la doccia, ne abbiamo comprato noi uno; pochi utensili per la cucina). In generale l’appartamento non è in cattivo stato ma si vede che è datato

Príchod kedykoľvek - kľúče v bezpečnostnej schránke. Výborná lokalita blízko centra, zastávka verejnej dopravy neďaleko, dá sa ísť do mesta aj pešo. Sauna. Ihrisko s umelým povrchom, basketbalovými košmi a atletickými dráhami hneď pred vchodom. Čistota. Parkovacie miesto na ulici pár metrov od vchodu.

Ubytovanie sme vybrali, pretože sme na roadtripe potrebovali oprať oblečenie a byt má práčku. Avšak v byte, ktorý je celkom priestranný, nebola žiadna možnosť, kde zavesiť a sušiť opraté prádlo. Stačil by skladací sušiak na prádlo alebo šnúry na balkóne. My sme veci povešali kadejako na ramienka a v kúpeľni do skrinky. V kuchyni, ktorá je inak pekná a má veľa prázdnych skriniek, bolo málo kuchynského vybavenia.

The apartment is very simple but thoughtfully designed and extremely comfortable. It’s bright, clean, and well-maintained — everything felt very pleasant. At first, I thought the sauna was shared, but it turned out to be private, which was a wonderful surprise and made the stay even better! The location is excellent — close to everything, yet very quiet and peaceful.
