Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Non piu hotel, è un miniappartamento in un complesso residenziale. E comunque piscina con bagnino e 2 distributori per emergenze notturne
La.camera non era stata pulita, poi pulita in maniera frettolosa, tornano il giorno dopo ma stesso identico risultato, mi cambia il prezzo 3 volte per poi farmi uno sconto per I disagi avuti. Terrazza pubblicizzata piena di cagate di piccioni ripulite con uno scopettone ma cmq dopo 2 ore di nuovo sporca. Oo, non è un problema loro, ma se la pubblicizzi cerca di trovare un rimedio

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Abbiamo trascorso due giorni al Terrace ed è stata davvero una bellissima esperienza. È un residence piccolo, ma molto accogliente, curato e ben organizzato. Ci ha colpito particolarmente il grazioso arredamento in stile shabby, curato nei dettagli e capace di rendere gli ambienti piacevoli e confortevoli. Molto bello anche il terrazzo, uno spazio che abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto. Un ulteriore punto di forza è sicuramente la piscina del residence, che ci ha permesso di concederci qualche momento di relax e che è stata davvero un tocco in più durante la nostra vacanza. Abbiamo trovato il servizio molto organizzato e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Un’esperienza breve, ma davvero positiva, che ci ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo. Sicuramente torneremo al Terrace con molto piacere! ❤️

Reviewed Aug 6, 2024Everything was pretty swell! Communicative host, always helpful and awailable, not too big but comfortable room, was wonderful for 3 people, nice, clean pool behind the building with umbrellas and chairs, cheap wending machine inside for emergencies, we liked everything!
Encountered some ants, a little unpleasant but no major discomfort.

The location was terrible and the upkeep and maintenance of the property was very bad. The room was in bad condition. Dead insects on the walls, broken front door, the kitchen should not be called a kitchen - the cooking hob was rusted out, old and dirty garbage bin, the glasses in the cupboards were dirty and still had water in them. Mould in the bathroom. The washing machine (which was located on the outside terrace) was faulty as it kept going through the wash cycle over and over again for hours until we had to manually turn it off. The back terrace was like a junk yard with random pieces of furniture/junk stored there. The whole place is unkept and not maintained. This was the worst place we have ever stayed at and I would not recommend it to anyone.
