The room was spacious enough for two people, clean, with a large shower and comfortable beds. The cleaning lady was also very friendly and, unlike the reception staff, she was always responding when we said hello.

On the downside, the girls at the reception didn’t speak English at all. When we entered or left, they wouldn’t even respond to a simple “hello”, let alone say it themselves…

For the price this was a very good hotel, clean, smart, stylish. Free water everyday and shower shoes provided were nice touches. We were told there would be building works going on but we couldn’t hear anything.

Room was quite small, had to open cases under and on top of desk which we didn’t mind but good to be aware of. There wasn’t great mirror area with lighting to get ready and do makeup.

Convenient between Jade Buddha and Jingan Temples. Cheaper than most places and many bars and restaurants nearby! They do a good job with foreigners.

- towels are in horrible shape, extreme wear on the sides with long stitches hanging off - Smaller than expected, if you have a larger suitcase it’s hard to fully open it without it blocking either the sink, the door to the toilet or the entrance - Shower is not separated from toilet so the water will splash all over the floor, makes usage annoying - Shower took forever to figure out, either boiling hot or freezing cold - WiFi is unusable, extremely slow & unstable - Door to toilet/shower doesn’t fully close - Only one key card - Doors aren’t soundproof, people walk around at 3 am, they do the laundry at 1:30 am etc etc. you hear it all.

Modern facilities, ease, comfort. The staff were lovely as well and very helpful to us as we did not speak the language.

The rooms were clean and housekeeping came daily to change towels, make the bed, and refill water bottles. The location is also very convenient with a supermarket, several convenience stores and restaurants all within 5 minute or less by foot.

The room was clean, but the stay was disappointing overall. There was a strong cigarette smell that didn’t go away, especially since the room had no windows and poor ventilation. It also felt very humid all the time. Room has visible black mold on the walls and some furniture. I asked to change rooms because of the smell but there were no alternatives available within the same price range.

Location

The female front desk staff is awful and nightmare. She is intimidating, threatening and unwelcoming. This is the worst experience I ever had in this city. Because of her bad attitude, I didn’t stay for even one night even I was threatened to pay the whole amount which it’s not true. She is not willing to help in anyway and arguing in every request I was asking for. Terrible human being. A big contrast to other hotel staff manners I had in China. The guy is friendly and normal though, unfortunately, he only came out when I decided to leave but refused to refund.

Staff was really nice. The location was really good. 7 Line Metro Station, Family Mart was close. We managed to order food and drinks to the hotel too. Bed was super comfortable.

The first room we got had no bathroom door. Just a glass wall, and a walk in bathroom. Not just the shower, but the toilet too... Also had no Wifi. But we asked for a new room, and we got one immediately, so yeah!

On the street by the hotel there is a display of Ferraries, Lamborghini and Rols Roos. And there is a good restaurant.

The room is small no windows and the internet most of the time doesn’t work. They over charged me ( like double)

Excellent stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pretty receptionist even helped booking taxi’s multiple times. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, Shanghai is a beautiful city.

Non ho fatto colazione nella struttura. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è ottimale perchè si è vicini a tutto tanto che sono riuscita liberamente a girare qualche zona a piedi e rientrare a piedi alla struttura. Zona molto tranquilla, come del resto tutta la città, e ben servita di negozi, ristoranti, bar eccetera. Consiglio per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ogni giorno asciugamani nuovi, come pantofole e servizio reception 24 su 24

Our room absolutely stunk of smoke, we thought it was the bedsheets but realised when we went to bed smoke smell from somewhere was seeping through the ventilation. Sewage smell from the bathroom sink. Staff were not welcoming at all, no smile, no English, charged a huge surcharge to use card. Just a disappointing stay overall

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was near some cool shops and bars. The staff were lovely and even upgraded our room for free when they realised I’d booked one too small.

Me sentí muy cómoda en él. Es bastante pequeño, pero para pasar un par de noches cuando vas a estar todo el día fuera está genial. Tiene kit de cepillo y pasta de dientes, en la ducha hay champú y gel de baño y en el lavamanos jabón de manos. Aire acondicionado y tv. La cama muy cómoda y las sábanas limpias. Super bien ubicado a unos 10-15 minutos andando de la estación de metro más cercana.

En los pasillos olía a tabaco y de repente por las noches entraba también algo de olor por el extractor de la habitación.

Bon emplacement, proche d'un metro qui permet d'accéder facilement aux endroits à voir (le quartier autour de l'hôtel est déjà très sympa). Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et prêt à aider. La chambre correspond bien à la photo (elle est petite mais vraiment bien optimisée). Nous n'avons pas trouvé l'environnement bruyant. Dans l'ensemble, un excellent rapport qualité/ prix et très bien pour voyager avec deux enafants.

Certains équipements ne fonctionnaient pas toujours mais ce n'était pas gênant. Les lits étaient un peu durs. La chambre était assez humide (même en aérant la journée).

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. La première chambre qui m’a été attribuée sentait la cigarette, l’air était irrespirable. J’ai donc demandé une autre chambre, mais celle-ci était sale, vraiment inadmissible. Quand j’ai signalé l’état insalubre de la chambre, la réceptionniste s’est contentée de me donner un chiffon et du liquide vaisselle… Sans parler des nuisances sonores ni de l’odeur permanente de nourriture et de cigarette. Je ne recommande vraiment cet établissement à personne.

Smart electronics concept hotel. The renovation is quite new. The location is near a metro station, within a 10-15 minute walk. Nearby, there are many places to browse around, mostly residential areas. Downstairs, there is a Lanzhou noodle place with good taste. Overall, the stay is comfortable and safe.

Wir hatten Pech in unserem Zimmer war sowohl WLAN als auch Handyempfsng kaum da. Bekannte hatten da kein Peoblem mit zwei anderen Zimmern. Also betrag es eher nur einen Bereich des Hotels.

Было очень пыльно. Убирают номер крайне плохо. Просил на ресепшене провести влажную уборку от пыли, убрали, но также плохо. У нас на полу были чьи то ногти и волосы. Много пыли. Пришлось протирать пыль самим влажными салфетками.

Очень понравился персонал. Хочу выразить им свою благодарность за работу ! Очень понравилось расположение. В шаговой доступности есть все : супермаркет, банк, кофейни, в том же здании, где отель, есть заведение, где меню на русском, хорошо готовят. Советую зайти к ним !

В номерах есть всё необходимое для проживания. Бесплатно предоставляют воду, регулярно меняют полотенца. Рядом, прямо через дорогу, находится магазин, а также место, где готовят очень вкусные дамплинги.

Очень тонкие стены — слышно даже чихание людей на улице. В здании нет лифта, поднимать чемоданы приходится самостоятельно; было бы удобно иметь какое-нибудь устройство для подъёма багажа. Номера выглядят уставшими и нуждаются в косметическом ремонте. Основные гости — студенты, поэтому на общей кухне во время их встреч может быть довольно шумно. В одну из ночей в коридоре громко кричала женщина, из-за чего сон был нарушен.

We liked the air conditioning. It was a great relief to come back to after exploring Shanghai in the summer heat.

There were people in the reception smoking even though it was advertised as non-smoking. We could smell smoke in our room. Other guests were loud after 11pm. We think more could be done to advise other guests to be mindful while others are trying to sleep.

Roomstyle matches my expectation which is simple, moderen and clean.
