En principio el aire acondicionado es muy pequeño para una habitación para 4 personas, Roma en verano es muy caluroso y estaría bien que el servicio esté acorde a la cantidad de personas que se van alojar. Segundo y algo bastante incómodo que sucedió fue el tema del desayuno, me avisaron el mismo día por la mañana (domingo) que el bar donde teníamos que ir a desayunar se encontraba cerrado por vacaciones, sin darme ninguna otra opción para suplantarlo. Tuve que ser yo quien insista en que me indiquen otro lugar, me dijeron otro y también fui yo como huésped la que chequee que ese bar también se encontraba cerrado los domingos. Al final después de varias vueltas y enlaces enviados por diferentes WhatsApp me mandaron a un bar, tuve que esperar a una señora que no sabía quién era y ese día resolvió pagando en el momento el desayuno. Al siguiente día nos enviaron a otro bar, el cual el desayuno era deprorable, un cornete seco y un café, se notó que cambió por un bar mucho más barato, en vez de dejarnos ir al bar del día anterior que tenía mucha más calidad.

Kilka niedociągnięć w postaci ledwo trzymającej się rolety w łazience lub wypadającej klamki z drzwi łazienki.

Lo staff non ci ha avvertito per tempo che ci saremmo dovuti spostare di 10 minuti a piedi per fare colazione e soprattutto il giorno di Ferragosto che fosse chiuso il bar e, solo dopo un nostro contatto, ci ha dato una soluzione diversa dovendoci spostare ulteriormente. Questa situazione doveva essere gestita, a mio parere, in modo diverso. Un piano B in caso di festività, doveva essere precedentemente preventivato. Inoltre la colazione prevede solo 1 bevanda e 1 brioche.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Pokój był bardzo czysty, zadbany i komfortowy, a cała rezerwacja przebiegła bez żadnych problemów. Ogromnym plusem była również Maria Stella - bardzo miła, pomocna i gościnna, zawsze chętnie odpowiadała na nasze pytania. Śniadania w pobliskiej kawiarni były bardzo fajnym rozwiązaniem - można było rozpocząć dzień od włoskiego śniadania (cornetto i kawa) w przyjemnej atmosferze. Lokalizacja również była dla nas bardzo wygodna jako baza do zwiedzania Rzymu - blisko przystanku metra i wielu przystanków autobusowych. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i zdecydowanie zatrzymalibyśmy się tutaj ponownie!
Jedynym minusem jest to, że pokój naszym zdaniem zdecydowanie nie miał deklarowanych 37 m² - realnie miał maksymalnie 25 m². Poza tym wszystko było naprawdę super i nie mamy żadnych innych zastrzeżeń!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Osoblje je sjajno, ljubazno, predusretljivo.. Maria, gazdrarica nam je dala veci apartman od onig koji smo rezervisale, jer je videla da nas je 4 i da je ovaj prostraniji. Apartman je svaki dan ciscen, metro Bolonja na 50 m od smestaja.Ponovila bih boravak u ovom divnom apartmanu. Hvala Maria👍🫶
Ako bas trazim zamerku, a skoro da ih nema, onda to sto su male kesice sa samponom, ali i to dodaju svaki dan.

Delicious sweet breakfast and coffee to start the day at a friendly cafè right next door. It’s a 5-minute walk to the metro, and there’s a stop bus close to the café as well. We highly recommend it! Las puerta de la entrada principal se escucha bastante, al ser una puerta pesada.

Odpadająca klamka w drzwiach od łazienki, brak przejściówek w gniazdach tak, aby można było podłączyć czajnik albo mikrofalówkę. Podłączając czajnik do gniazda przy lodówce wyrzucało bezpiecznik.

The host doesn’t speak any other language but Italian so communication was hard. But she really was giving her best to translate using app. Although the apartment is near faculty and surrounded by students and young people, it’s a bit dangerous. Our car got broken into and all things taken away. In the middle of the sunny and clear day. No cameras no nothing! Police didn’t do anything.

O facto de a minha reserva apresentar a opção do pequeno almoço para membros Genius do Booking, não houve pequeno almoço, apesar de ter questionado o responsável nem me respondeu! Acho que seria de bom tom responder aos clientes. A cama era feita todos os dias mas as toalhas de banho não foram trocadas. Referi que ia fazer um late check in que foi aceite, mas não recebi nenhuma instrução de entrada nem códigos da porta. Devo agradecer à gentileza e serviço de transferes que me ajudou a contactar a responsável para conseguir entrar no quarto pois não entendo a língua.

Al abrir el armario no había perchas, se las pedimos y nos trajeron exactamente 4 (íbamos 4 adultos, 1 por persona)dos días después. El papel higiénico y el jabón dosificado, tuvimos que comprar nosotros. El checkout era a las 11,00h y a las 10,30h ya estaban presionando para que nos fuéramos porque habían llegado los siguientes huéspedes.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Gute Anbindung an die Metro und somit schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Parkplatz war um das Haus immer gut zu finden und die Parkpreise in Ordnung. Sehr gute Empfehlung für Restaurant fürs Abendessen und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück im Kaffee um die Ecke war auch gut.
Zimmer war mit vier Betten ausgestattet aber sonst klein. Bad war in keinem guten Zustand, die Klospühlung hat immer nach oben gespritzt. Dusche war eng und Türen und Hahn in keinem guten Zustand. Nachts bis 3 Uhr hat man dem Lärm der Nachbarn gehört, hat den Schlaf sehr gestört. Insgesamt war es teuer für die Leistung.

Maria Sitella çok güzel karşıladı, teşekkürler.. kahvaltı yapılan mekan hoştu, sahibi beyefendi çok nazik güler yüzlüydü. Küçük bir mutfak tezgahı olabilrdi. Birde yatak örtülerini üstümüze örtmekten hoşlanmadım.

The rooms were cleaned everyday, it was lovely to come back to a fresh bed and clean room every night. Breakfast included a crossiant and coffee every morning from a gorgeous bakery around the corner. The host always responded quickly. The beds were very comfy and we had a split system to control the temperature. Couldn't fault I ur stay here 🙂

La dirección del apartamento no era correcta en booking. Tuvieron que venir a recogernos. El colchón es muy antiguo y está muy hundido, lo cual hace que no se pueda dormir bien. Las almohadas no son cómodas. Los sumideros huelen muy mal, teniendo colocado un ambientador para poder disimularlo un poco.

Quartiere universitario pieno di vita e con tutti i servizi. Accesso in autonomia e tranquillità. Macchina del caffè ed acqua sempre disponibili nella stanza. La stanza viene pulita e riordinata tutti i giorni.
Si sentono molto i rumori delle porte quando gli altri ospiti entrano ed escono.

The bed was very lumpy, toilet seat was broken, the shower didn’t drain properly and had mold between the doors. Only after I complained to Booking.com, did the host do anything about my concerns? Before that she didn’t seem to care. We did not enjoy our stay there.!!!!!!

La habitación es pequeña y no tiene ninguna zona para comer o cenar, se echa en falta un mesa y unas sillas. Es un bed&breakfast al uso. Si tu intención es utilizar la habitación para ducharte y dormir es simplemente perfecto ( como fué mi caso), pero nada más.

Utrudniony kontakt z wynajmujacym. Nie odbierała telefonów i nie odpisywała na wiadomości. Umawia się na konkretna godzine a przyszla godzine pozniej bez slowa przepraszam i wyjasnienia. Śniadanie w cenie czytaj rogalik i kawa w kawiarni obok.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Alloggio spazioso, molto pulito e curato, letti comodi. C'era tutto il necessario. La posizione è comoda rispetto alla metropolitana fermata Policlinico e il quartiere è tranquillo e silenzioso.
Il bagno aveva qualche problema, sono venuti a sistemarlo ma dopo un solo utilizzo si è rotto lo sciaquone del water, abbiamo utilizzato l'acqua del rubinetto e una pentola per pulire il wc dopo ciascun utilizzo.

La comunicazione con la proprietaria. Non era tempestiva nelle risposte, la Colazione in un panificio/bar in cui era compreso solo un caffè o cappuccino e una brioches. La colazione se è offerta deve essere anche altro. Invece qualsiasi cosa oltre si pagava a parte.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Suite adatta ad una famiglia con tre figli o ad un gruppo di amici. Un letto matrimoniale e tre letti singoli in due stanze comunicanti spaziose e pulite. Ampio bagno. Posizione comodissima alla fermata della metropolitana. Proprietaria disponibile e accogliente. Soggiorno perfetto per le nostre esigenze.

On avait indiqué l’heure d’arrivée et on n’en n’a pas tenu compte. On a du demander à quelqu’un son téléphone cellulaire pour appeler la personne du gîte. On a attendu longtemps dehors.
