No pool - misleading photos/images. No hotel service - we were under the impression this was a hotel, not a private rental. Was priced very highly for not being serviced or having a pool.

اشكر الاشخاص القائمين على الشقة لتعاونهم حجزت شقه من غرفتين وطلبت اضافة سرير الا انه تم ترقيتي الى شقة من ثلاث غرف الشقة فخمة جدا ومريحة جدا شعرت بانني عند خروجي انتظر العودة مرة اخرى لاجد الراحة النفسيه فيها الامان عالي الاطلالةًجدا جميله على ابراج هوتشي منه التواصل عن طريق الواتس سهل مع المالك حتى انني طلبت غلاية الماء فورا تم وضعها لي انصح وبشدة النزول فيها

عدم تجهيز المطبخ الجميل جدا بالاثاث حيث ان المطبخ كبير جدا وجميل ومريح الا انه يخلو من الادوات تماما فقط مقلاة وملاعق وكان راعي الشقه لم يأمنها لعدم رغبته في الطبخ داخل السقة

The view was amazing. The appartements was well furnished and very clean. The location is great.

The mattress was broken, it was changed after one night, but the first night was uncomfortable. Only 2 small drinking water given for the whole stay for a 4 persons apartment. No tea or coffee available. Only one card to access the apartment. No access for the swimming pool even if it was display on the announcement picture. Big disappointment for the children.

Location is nice and close to district 1. Clean basic rooms at a fair price.

I didn’t like the double white doors placed everywhere in the hotel. Self check out is a little confusing as instructions weren’t clear, maybe adding some images in your self check in instructions would have served a treat.

The room near the elevator made it very convenient for us. The spacious kitchen made it very easy for us to cook. Enjoying the beautiful atmosphere on the balcony is truly delightful. Overall, it was very satisfactory.

The guard stationed at the entrance did not know how to welcome us, nor did he explain the process for obtaining the room key. The space for the washing machine is very cramped, making it difficult for us to do the laundry.

Host had great communication!Location is awesome if you have kids. There is a theme park and food market next door. Alot to see, eat, and do!!

No access to pool

Perfect location! We were able to walk to District 1 and nearby shopping centers. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

Der er billeder af poolen og træningscentret som man ikke kan ikke bruge medmindre man er en "long terme resident". Det havde vi fuld forståelse for, men jeg synes ikke at det stå klart på siden, at man ikke kan bruge det når man lejer en lejlighed der. Jeg vil i hvert fald havde fundet noget andet med pool for børnene.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not comfortable, and I didn’t sleep well at all. The security guard was rude and looked down on guests instead of being welcoming. The check-in process took far too long, which made the experience even more frustrating. The room size was also misleading. It was advertised as 85 square meters, but it definitely did not feel anywhere close to that size. Lastly, the customer service was poor. The staff were not very helpful when we needed assistance. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at this apartment and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional value it offers. The price point is very reasonable considering the quality and amenities provided. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, making it a truly comfortable home away from home.

My favourite stay so far in Vietnam. Everything was perfect. Me and my fiancé loved the personalization that KayStay provided. They made sure we had transportation and city destinations available during your stay. They recommended some great cafe shops for pictures! Definitely will return.

Was a nice property

Took a very long time to check in once someone arrived at the property once we arrived. Could not use or access the pool or virtual golf as advertised and was not great value for money.

We arrived early and the staff were so helpful to help us store our luggage. KayStay also had car service to take us around while we wait for check in. Definitely recommend using it!

The staff had found one of my necklaces and had messaged me straight away and said the cleaners found this. Would you like to come and get it. The staff also ran around even though we were dropped off in a different location to get our key and I found that really helpful as we were super tired and I felt there was a lot of sincerity and honesty. I had a perfect stay with me and my friends would definitely stay again.

Staff was quite unhelpful and inept. We lost one day because the AC wasn’t working and they took close to 4 hours to clean and fix it.

It’s in the crest building,not the opera,however they use the opera as cover of the page and the address is in the opera,totally different level of the building leads to misunderstanding. And the condo isn’t clean enough there’s dead bug and fish oil tablet in the corner on the floor,one lightbulb in the bedroom isn’t working and dust between wardrobes

Pas accès à la piscine, pas accès au golf, pas accès au sauna RIEN. Ceci est réservé au locataire longue durée ne vous faites pas avoir. Ce n’est stipulé nul part que vous n’aurez accès à rien et pourtant pour eux c’est normal. Il se garde bien de vous le dire sauf si vous demandez.

Great location

Extremely filthy. Really needs a huge clean. They showed us a few different apartments and they were all just as dirty as each other. Walls are very very filthy coffee table was covered in sticky residue maybe from drinks. Beds were extremely uncomfortable like cardboard with dirty linen and toilets had human feces in the bowl uncleaned. Was pretty disappointing

The unit in general was fine

First of all the pics of the over all unit and building showed a pool and tv but in reality if you are staying less than a month you don't have pool access and there is no cable tv...I would not have stayed

The lights weren’t working. There are hidden charges attached for everything. I checked in un-noticed don’t make that mistake. Even for room cleaning they charge for per day. You have to clear your own garbage from the room. There are no staffs for cleaning too. They charge 15-20$ for cleaning. Water also is limited.

Furniture in the lounge, the table was wobbly and unstable Wifi booster in the bed room On the floor and free hanging from the plug. I am sure these things could be sorted out. Rest all fine

o ambiente é muito barulhento devido a uma obra ao lado, o que compromete completamente o descanso. As persianas não bloqueiam a luz adequadamente por volta das 5h da manhã o quarto já fica totalmente claro, dificultando ainda mais o sono, especialmente para hóspedes vindos do Ocidente que estão lidando com jet lag, como foi o meu caso.

We had such a great stay at this apartment! The place is beautifully designed, super modern, and full of smart tech features that made everything feel really convenient and comfortable. It’s clear a lot of thought went into the details. The location is also perfect—easy to get around and close to everything you need. Plus, Tivo was lovely and made the whole experience even better.
