立地もよく部屋もとても清潔でメッセージなどの対応も親切で良かった。

強いて言えばシャワーの水圧が弱いくらいです。それ以外は完璧です。

Very clean, good space, has everything that needed. Staff are really helpful and wiiling to arrange time checkin - out with you. Friendly and thoughtfull. Definitely will comeback here again if stay in gangnam

모든 어메니티가 구비되어있습니다. 저는 사용하지않았지만 컵라면에 커피캡슐 물 음료수까지 감동이었습니다. 출장으로 한국에올때마다 수많은 시설에 머물렀지만 숙박객을 위해 이정도로 꼼꼼히 구비해주는곳은 처음입니다 위치도 좋고 친절하고 빠르게 응대해주셔서 안심이었습니다 다음출장도 꼭 여기에서 숙박할거에요 감사합니다!

Many cafes, convinient stores and restaurants nearby. Bus stops, Gangnam and Yeoksam Stations were walking distances. It was okay size for two people.

コーヒーメーカーにゴミが入りっぱなしだった。 ハエがいた。

역삼역근처라 아주 편리. 찾기쉽고 주위에 식당 펍 카페 많음. 바로앞 양꼬치집 저녁에 식사가능. 양고기와 중국 덮밥들. 혼자 저녁 먹으러 가도 친절.컵라면과 병에든 물, 소프트드링크 무료제공. 주방용품 다 있음. 큰 텔레비젼, 침대옆 소켓. 치약 샴푸 샤워젤 비누 있고 수건 넉넉. 빌딩 1층에 편의점 초밥 백반집 칼국수 등등.

토요일 일요일은 역삼역 회사가 쉬어서 가게들도 문을 많이 닫음. 특히 술집와 음삭점들이. 빌딩 로비가 어두움, 오래된 오피스텔 시설 하지만 호스트의 정성과 배려가 있고 느낌이 좋은 숙소

The property had an amazing location! It was so near to yeoksam subway station and there are many good places around the property too. On some late nights, we will walk back from Gangnam station :) The room was very clean and well serviced. Amenities were plentiful and it made our stay pleasant. I like that the host was so thoughtful with the amenities and easily contactable when I had inquiries. The room was very cosy and comfortable & we had a good night’s rest every night. I would highly recommend this apartment to all my friends visiting Korea. It’s an easy 10/10!

Very close to Yeoksam Station, with a convenience store right in front and plenty of restaurants nearby. The place is very clean, the owner is super responsive, and the apartment is fully equipped — no regrets at all! If I ever come back to Gangnam, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The owner/guardian is very kind, arranging and helpful It s clean and cosy. It has microwave, toaster, coffee machine, boiler and gas to cook. Airconditionning is most welcome, tv, wifi!

This is not due to owner but i d not stay in Gangnam. It takes 45 min to get to sightseeing places and to other neighborhood. If you decide to stay in Gsngnam this is a great place

The location was great but the apartment is very used. Though it has everything you need.

Big towels were missing and it wasn't very clean. As well the request for throwing the trash in a foreign country without knowing the laws was tricky.

Easily accessible and good communication from the host. They were very accommodating and super nice. The property comes with a washing machine and hair dryer which were very appreciated.

The bed is not the best for for one night it was more than enough.

It was close to the center, everything we need were at the apartment. Coffee, soap, snacks, etc… Owner was nice, super responsive to our requests.

so cozy! the location was near restaurants and a subway station. there were free noodles, coffee (KANU machine) and rice as well. The TV was huge and the bed was very cozy. Soundproofing was good as well.

The property is very close to the Yeoksam station. easy to access. the room is clean and tidy, got everything i needed for travelling alone. One great experience i have to point out is that the owner allowed me to keep my luggage inside the room after checkout since there is no other attendant after me. It saved me huge effort and money to find a locker. Thanks for that.

The location was fantastic - as advertised, a 10-minute walk from Gangnam station and a 3-minute walk from Yeoksam station. The apartment was comfortable and cozy, perfect for two people! The sound insulation worked well too - no problems with street noise or noisy neighbors.

The host was highly responsive and accommodating. Her English communication was perfect. The location was also great at the center of Gangnam district, only 3 minutes away from Yeoksam station. The apartment has everything I needed from fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, to ironing board. I would definitely return on my next trip to Seoul.
