كل شي سئ وغير نظيف استلمنا الغرفه والحمام متسخ جدا والاثاث كله غبار

Room was clean, tv worked, fan worked, linen was clean, towels were clean, glasses and cutlery were clean.

No one at reception for 10 minutes when I arrived at 10:30. Not the receptionist's issue. He was alone and clearly overwhelmed. No available parking outside and quite frankly, even if there was I was not going to park outside with a rental. Parking for less than 10 hours at R300? More expensive than the airport for a day. Checkout took quite a bit of time, but was ok. Shower mixer is problematic and took a manual to figure out that to reach an acceptable temperature will take a while. Shower had hair on the floor. :-(

The receptionist that welcomed me was such a pleasure to interact with.

What a pleasure!! Apartment with everything you need, clean, modern well situated and safe. The highlight is: the staff that go above and beyond. From check-in a positive experience. My wife has a bad back so after our first evening we requested a firmer mattress, Andiswa did so much trouble, giving us a choice of other apartments with mattresses to choose. They relocated us to an apartment with an excellent mattress. This will become a destination of choice for us.

Although on the main road, it was surprisingly quiet. Interior of property was beautiful, with a calming effect

Thewall behind the reception desk is dirty with marks. Poor reception system in terms of key management/filing

The location was great, just a few steps from a beautiful beach where you can enjoy the amazing sunset. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The room was very nice and comfortable. I had a very beautiful view of the mountain and a bit of the sea from my balcony.

Honestly, there is nothing that I did not like. I enjoyed the time there. It would have been great if there were a breakfast option. The only thing missing in my room was AC. I did not need it, though.

Une meilleure ventilation dans la salle de bain serait apprécié, il y avait un peu de moisissure sur le plafond de la salle de bain.

The bed was very comfortable and everything was avaliable. It felt like home.

The group that did this rental insists on a R500 deposit where the other groups doing Sage don't. They then don't even refund your card straight away, and only refund in 14 days after they earned interest. It is not acceptable and I would like when you book to say which group it is going through to avoid them

That I booked for a shorter period

My hubby and I went to do a marathon, which sleep is so important. There was Construction work through the night and we were unable to sleep. Construction is not allowed in the day.. The staff acted as if they knew nothing and they lied and told us we the only ones to complain but we bumped into another rodent to say she complained to the same people and asked to be moved.

This was self-catering. Plenty cafes , restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Kudos to RALTON who made my stay so much special, only to realise he is Building maintenance manager. Shanae at reception was most welcoming

The hotel is central, comfortable, clean and accommodating. Stunning sunrise on the balcony with a morning coffee.

There was no parking available and I needed to park in a seperate building and hauling my bag was a clep and it cost nearly an additional R300 for a overnight parking.

I didnt like anything because eventually didnt manage to even checkin yet l had booked the lodge 3 weeks prior

They have the most rude, rigid and difficult staff ever I booked my stay 3 weeks prior and informed that my guests would be visiting them as l had booked on behalf of my parents and they informed that the guests carry my ID which l did give them before. Their flight then got delayed and eventually they arrived at the stay at 10pm of which l was meant to travel the following day coming from Kenya Then my parents arrived with the cash deposit which was refundable as they didnt have any bank card or anything. Instead of a polite way of solving issues and one that is customer centric they were quite rude citing that its a rule that we dont take cash as refundable security deposit we even suggested that they make use of the already paid in booking as deposit then my parents pay the lodging for the night none was received and welcomed. Then this whole back and forth went on for 2 hours until l had to find an alternate accomodation for my parents and was told that "we dont refund" even the cost of accomodation Im greatly displeased as the other hotel l then eventually booked them at 2am after the back and forth managed to assist us without glitches They have the same policy but they went an extra mile to assist I think thats what customer care is I wouldnt recommend The Sage to anyone

I stayed in one of the studio flats on the 7th floor. It was clean, well equipped, of a decent size and it also had a stunning view of the Sea Point area. The staff were very lovely, courteous and helpful. They made me aware of the various local restaurants and shops in the area. I also got great guidance on where best to change money (at competitive rates). In all, it was a fantastic stay and I'll definitely be back again

При заезде сотрудники ресепшен взяли залог в размере 1000 zar. Деньги были списаны с банковской карты. Наличные не принимают. В день выезда при попытке оформить возврат терминал многократно отклонял операцию. Администратор на ресепшен ссылалась на неполадки с моей картой. При попытке использовать другую - та же проблема. Наличными вернуть залог отказались. Решения проблемы предложено не было. Потратила ровно 2 часа на выяснения и попытку вернуть деньги. Следующий постоялец при выезде столкнулся с той же проблемой. В результате администратор обратилась ко мне с тем, что оказывается, у них не работает терминал. Хотя он работал, но операцию отклонял. Мне и другому постояльцу предложили отправить возврат по номеру банковского счета. Прошло 3 недели, деньги так и не вернули. В переписке с менеджерами отеля они якобы отправили деньги, в подтверждение прислали какие-то выписки, которые выглядят неправдоподобно. В общем, впечатление от отеля крайне негативное. Оплатила двойную стоимость проживания за ночь в этом месте. Больше к ним ни ногой. Обманывают.

Self catering, but in a prime location. Walking distance to the Sea Point Promenade and a myriad of restaurants, as well as two Supermarkets.

Would work for people just needing a modern place to sleep, while touring the city for the whole day.

Inhospitable and unhelpful person who does the communication when making any requests on booking.com. Unfriendly staff at reception, nowhere to park or be dropped off safely on arrival to drop your luggage. Terrible parking lot views. Very small room, bed and bathroom, noisy as your sliding door is practically in a parking lot, and not a place for a relaxing weekend breakaway.
