It was big

The location was far off. The room was not clean. Dirty towels, greasy walls, extremely noisy, not a good smell and disgusting cutlery.

Ужасное местоположение и шум, всю ночь не спали, грохот от дороги всю ночь, собаки гавкают, петухи орут, шумоизоляции просто нет. Сейчас ещё и стройка под окном((Рядом нет магазинов и кафе. Продержались одну ночь и уехали. Попали сюда случайно, названия отелей были практически идентичны.

The staff I came into contact with were very nice and responsive. The wifi was good. The bed was comfortable.

The smell in the apartment was unbearable. All the walls, both inside and outside, were full of dampness.

- Bedding was dirty and stained - Poor quality rooms, need retouching majorly - Rooms and corridors reeked of smoke - Did not stay, checked the rooms and left , I have been told that I would receive a refund but it’s been over a month and it has not been submitted and now repeatedly ignoring . - DO NOT BOOK?

صراحة استقبالنا بحفاوة وترحيب المكان نظيف ومرتب النهر مجاور للمنزل قضينا وقت جميل ومكتمل حتى ادوات الطبخ...

We stayed here with a group of friends, and the 3-bedroom apartment was perfect for us. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the common areas gave us plenty of space to socialize. Highly recommend for large groups.

The apartment is located in a quiet area near West Lake, making it a peaceful stay. The room was clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay.

Property was spacious and beds were comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly. The property was clean, and had everything we needed.

There wasn’t much around the area we stayed in.

Good location by the lake. Very chill and filled with expats and international restaurants. You can tell it's a pretty upscale area, but probably not the best if you want to stay near the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to cook for our baby. The kitchen was a life-saver.

The address is incorrect, we ended up going to another hotel that apparently belongs to the same group (the were both called "Crescendo"). Then, when we got to the right place, they handed us a key to a room that hadn't been cleaned (used towels and sheets, dirty floors, the whole thing). When we went back to the front desk, they apologized and asked us to wait while they asked someone to come in and clean the room. Ended up having to wait a whole hour with an 8-month baby and all our luggage. Also, our kitchen had an ant infestation. On a side note, and similarly to a lot of other comments here, there's barely any sunlight coming through the window and sound isolation is horrible - you can hear everything!

If you're traveling with a large group, this is the place to stay. The 3-bedroom apartment at Crescendo is spacious, clean, and offers great amenities. We were able to enjoy meals together and relax in the common areas.

A good location for us since we only had a half day before heading to the airport. Clean and comfortable.

Hard to find. There’s a small sign on the side of the main road that points you down an alley. We tried to contact the property via phone to get directions but they didn’t answer. Not the friendliest of staff at check in.

We were shown to a room that hadn’t been cleaned and was a mess and we had an appointment to make so we had to wait while they figured out the issue. We were given another room but I believe it was a worse/cheaper type of room than the one we selected. The facilities in the room were good - washing machine/dryer, functional kitchen. Unfortunately there was no natural light in the room after the change from the one we were supposed to have so it wasn’t a great atmosphere. The only view from the room was of the stairwell and no lake views. However the apartment was spacious and functional otherwise.

We had an amazing time staying at the 3-bedroom apartment at Crescendo. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of six. The location near West Lake is fantastic for evening walks, and the amenities made us feel right at home!

This property is extraordinary. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Bathrooms are enormous and service is first rate.

The hotel is quite new with full amenities. Very conveniently close to the airport, stayed there the night before departure leaving Ha Noi. The amenities it provided were excellent. Spacious rooms!

Extremely nice!

Our experience there was more than perfect! Our room was kept very clean and tidy every day; they even mopped every day. The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise, se we slept really well. The service was also amazing and very quick, whether it was room service, reception. Also, some staff members give you daily recommendations of places to eat, visit, etc which is very helpful. Staff is extremely friendly.

We like the hotel very much. It is really a hidden gem and good value for money. The location is not far from the center of Hanoi so it is convenient to travel to popular places, but still quiet and peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay at the suilte Lakeview on 7th floor! We arrived at 7am, They were kind to keep our bags (so many bags) in their storage completely safe, we went outside to explore. The apartment were absolutely clean and hygienic. Highly recommend to stay in this apartment if you’re on a budget but always want luxury.
