Soba A1 ima pogled na notranjost recepcije, torej nima zunanjega okna. Kopalnica je potrebna prenove.

Mejoraría algunos aspectos del desayuno, principalmente la presentacion de los alimentos y las bebidas (té y café). La comida en si turca estaba bien, es cuestión de apañarse, siempre se agradece algo más occidental. Aplicaría el horario de desayuno.

We didnt have any problems at all. I am obsessed with cleanliness and it was perfect. The only thing that I noticed and would like to change it, its to have more light in the room. Maybe the lamb was broken and we forgot to mention it to the owner, so its a small addition.

E questo fa tanto, perchè Istanbul è molto caotica di notte. Il personale è fantastico, gli host sono simpaticissimi e disponibili (il cuoco è il mio preferito ❤️). La colazione a buffet è varia e abbondante. Le camere sono pulitissime e c'è tutto il necessario. Ritornerò sicuramente perchè il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente!

We never received coffee or tea as described in the reservation. There was a day when we had to ask for blankets, towels and pillowcases, which we had to put on because the staff forgot about them.
The maid indicated that there might be something on the floor, but she did not indicate that the air conditioning was running and that the minibar was not replenished daily, and we did not receive coffee or tea daily. well. you should pay attention to this!

Pessima pulizia e camera scomoda. Non c’erano delle luci per illuminare la stanza, ma solo delle piccole lucine sul letto, fare la valigia è stato un problema. Bagno molto stretto, per chiudere la porta dovevi farti in un angolo. Molta polvere e capelli per terra

Al resto de las atracciones se puede ir perfectamente en tren u ómnibus. El edificio no es nuevo pero estaba muy limpio y la habitación es cómoda, tiene ascensor y el personal es muy amable. Ofrecen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Volveríamos sin duda, muy recomendable!

Reviewed Jun 23, 2025A simpatia da equipa da receção, sempre disponível para ajudar, nomeadamente do "Jack" que nos acolheu com simpáticas palavras em português. O hotel está situado numa zona com bastante animação social e com todos os serviços que se possa necessitar. O pequeno almoço é frugal.
O hotel é antigo e está a necessitar de manutenção. A simpatia em nos atribuírem um quarto com vista teve o senão de ser em frente de um edifício onde ocorrem, diariamente, festas bastante animadas e "ruidosas" até de madrugada. Para quem visita Istambul com o propósito de a conhecer, não conte com grande descanso.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2025Elan Hotel Istanbul is conveniently located in the Beyoğlu area; just a 5-minute walk to Galata Tower, 200 meters to the metro, and close to the Beyoğlu Tunnel. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The washrooms were very clean. We stayed for two nights and received room service during our stay.
The room was quite compact, with a very small sink, and there were some visible damages on the walls. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly. The breakfast was not very impressive, so I’d recommend booking without the breakfast option since there are plenty of great spots to eat nearby. Overall, our stay was pleasant despite a few shortcomings.
