Зіпсувало перше враження той факт, що спочатку в повідомленні мені зазначили, що можна залишити чемодани на рецепції однойменного готелю. Коли я приїхала щоб це зробити, мені сказали, що це тільки для гостей самого готелю. Я мала чомусь доказувати, що я це не вигадала. В результаті дозволили. Дуже шумно вночі, вікна не захищають від шуму. На кухні немає ні паперових, ні звичайних рушників.

El código de acceso del portal no funcionaba y finalmente nos dieron una llave del portal. La tapa del wc estaba rota, con la categoria de ese establecimiento me pareció que alguien no esta pendiente de las instalaciones

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026We had a suite and it was amazing, so spacious with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful features like tiled floor and shutters.
A couple of things were small but annoying hitches. When we were on the stairs and landings the timing for the light switches was too quick and we kept being stuck in complete darkness! Our access codes sent through didn’t work but fortunately staff at the sister hotel could give us physical keys. Finally, there is no luggage storage at the premises which is usually available at properties. We asked the staff at the hotel but were told they didn’t store luggage for the apartments (even though we only had 2 small bags) which felt like poor service.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026A szállás kényelmes, tágas, mindennel felszerelt. Mindkét hálószobához külön fürdőszoba tartozik. A recepciós hölgyek mindenben segítőkészek. Éttermek, kávézók szinte ahogy kilépünk az épületből. A szállás központi helyen van, a strand is rövid sétányi távolságra. A strandon zuhanyzók nincsenek, csak lábmosók, emiatt is értékeltük, hogy közel volt a szállás.
Minden megfelelő volt.

Mancava (solo una monodose) Qualche detersivo per lavatrice e stoviglie. Ma si può prendere al market che costano pochissimo.

L'appartement n'avait pas vu sur mer, comme vu sur l'annonce (je penalize l'evaluation de ce fait, sinon, un 8) Pas de table à manger proprement dit (juste une petit tablette collé sur le mur pour 2 personnes, et une table basse à coté du canapé). Donc on se demande à quoi serve avoir une cousine si bien equipée si il n'a pas une table pour manger confortablement.

The location. Not being given a key and the codes of both doors not working first time and back and forward to reception for help which was out the building round the corner and over the rd.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Fantastic location: The apartment is situated in a really great spot right beside the Explanada de España. Great facilities: The apartment itself is very nice, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Paper-thin windows: I didn't sleep well because the noise isolation is very poor. Loud street noise: You can hear everything outside, including people walking by, cars, and motorbikes. Early morning disruptions: The local municipal street cleaning happens very early and the powerwashers will wake you up. If you are a light sleeper, the outside noise is going to be a major issue for you. Unreliable entry system: We did not like the door entry pin code system the hotel uses. The code didn't always work for us, and they eventually had to give us a physical key for the door instead.

Supermercado carrefour en la misma calle comimos y cenamos varias veces en el restaurante Sirio que está enfrente del apartamento llamado Damasco recomentable todo muy bueno y precio bueno

I have stayed in the hotel before, but chose an apartment this time to have more space and so that we could all be together. The apartment was absolutely beautiful. The staff are delightful. Friendly and helpful. However, we didn’t sleep a wink due to constant noise all night long outside of the apartment.
Noisy. Windows and shutters do not block out any noise. Drunk people around all night long. Noisy cars…horns beeping. Glass recycling in the middle of the night? The noise was constant and none of us slept.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Nice Apartment and very good Location, price a little bit high for Mai. The staff was nice and responsive, unfortunately we were at 3pm the're and online its written 3pm. As we were there the reaction was * The Apartment its not clean... Check in its from 4pm*. One hour is not the problem until you were hours before in a flight and the reaction was... I checked it online and it doesn't say so, maybe it was said that its from 4pm because of the fact that at 3pm the Apartment wasnt clean yet. When check in its from 4pm then please write it right online.
The good location was unfortunately the biggest problem. Nice that is near the beach, city and everything you need but, if you want to sleep then find something and somewhere else. The apartments are on the street and there are cars and so 24/7. On the Street is a Shisha Bar or something like that, and they work till 2-3am and you hear music... The Streets are cleaned in 5-6am and you hear it, literelly you hear everything in these apartments (i guess not just in ours). The only time we could sleep was between 2-3am and max 6-7am.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The apartment was comfortable and practical. It wasn't luxurious, but it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
Because of the central location, there was quite a bit of street noise. There wasn't any loud music or party noise, but you could hear the general activity of the area. Expect to hear traffic, cleaning vehicles, and the usual sounds of a busy neighborhood, especially early morning.

Wyposażenie kuchni ciut za słabe, nie uzupełnione talerze, brak ręczników papierowych. To drobny minus, bo i tak najlepiej zjeść w okolicznych restauracjach

Reviewed May 31, 2026Un apartamento muy grande (suite 1) y elegante. Una cama grande y cómoda. La cocina completamente equipada. La situación muy buena, en frente del puerto deportivo, con numerosos restaurantes de gran calidad alrededor.

Reviewed May 31, 2026The apartment was exceptionally close to the seafront and marina. The apartment was self contained with everything you need (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and board, safe etc). The apartment was very spacious with a separate dining area close to the kitchen. The apartment was clean and modern and the staff were really helpful.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Me gustó la ubicación y la atención del personal, en especial a los chicos que nos recibieron y a quienes entregamos o dimos aviso de que dejábamos el apartamento. Sin duda la atención es lo mejor!!
No me gustó la decoración todo muy Ikea o Maisons du monde. He estado en otros hospedajes By Hilton, y no son como estos, tienen decoración un poco más de calidad. El colchón quizás lo note muy blando para mi gusto.
