A fantastic and beautiful hotel right next to LAX - ideal for getting to the airport quickly and brilliant for plane spotting ✈️ We had two nights before a cruise. It was a beautiful hotel, luxurious, comfortable and the food was excellent.

Very impressed ! It was the best deal I could find and it’s waaayyy nicer in person . Room was spacious and felt modern ! My kids loved the hotel and kept saying it was like a jungle ! We had a mini living room and a room. There was a lot of space. Breakfast was good and the guy cleaning was very nice and attentive.

The customer service was excellent and the breakfast was good ! The turtles were cute.

Es war außergewöhnlich dreckig! Die Betten waren nicht frisch gemacht: Flecken, Haare und zwischen den Laken war Sand und Dreck. Wir mussten mitten in der Nacht die Betten selbst frisch beziehen, Housekeeping hatte Feierabend. Auch die Handtücher waren nicht sauber. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls dreckig, Haare vom Vorgänger und Schimmel in den Ecken. Wir sind nach der 1. Nacht sofort abgereist. Die Managerin wollte uns eine Gutschrift als Entschädigung zukommen lassen. Die haben wir aber nie erhalten.

I liked the decor and how it almost distracts you from how mediocre this place is. Breakfast was great though.

I didn’t like that the rooms had no windows you could open for air and the place smelled old and dingy. I didn’t like the fact that they had an infestation of roaches that I brought to their attention and they didn’t seem to care except walk up and spray some raid and let other families play in roach infested water and premises without knowledge. Disgusting just like the food I found in the pull out couch and dirty stains everywhere that I tried to ignore until the damn roaches pissed me off.

The location was perfect access to the airport and SoFi Stadium! Spacious and clean! The breakfast was wonderful too! Convenient 1/2 departure shuttle to LAX. Complimentary drink & light snacks (tapas) between 5:30- 9pm. Lovely Spanish themed environment.

No clocks in the room, hard to keep track of time. No response for airport pickup via shuttle through this site.

Pretty tired hotel but does the job for a short stay in LA close to the airport. Breakfast and evening drinks included which were great. Shuttle to and from the airport made things easy.

The hotel is large, and the ground floor is genuinely lush and beautiful. The suite was spacious, cleaned daily, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good, though somewhat repetitive. Location-wise, it's conveniently close to LAX as well as popular attractions like Santa Monica and Venice, and near lovely beaches such as Manhattan Beach. Keep in mind that you'll need a car or Uber to reach the beaches, they're not within walking distance. That said, the surrounding area is safe and quiet.

Breakfast was good, though it could do with a bit more variety.

Fan could not be stopped so made one room unusable. Bathroom was having non stop water flowing. Noise did not allow us to sleep. It was fixed next day

As soon as you enter the room, and lobby, they have this bad smell of carpet or don't know what it is but the smell puts you off straight away. Beds in the room are not comfy at all and the bathroom and rooms both look outdated.

The staff were very helpful at check in and check out. The room was a good size, comfortable beds and good shower. The sound insulation was generally excellent and quiet for a restful night’s sleep. The property has nearby fast food places for a quick bite to eat. The free shuttle back to the airport was quick and convenient.

The property is quite dated now and needs some investment in terms of the communal areas and general upkeep. need to better advertise the collection shuttle when arriving into LAX.

À notre arrivée nous avons eu à faire a une manager hautaine et incompétente , très désagréable , nous souhaitions nous brancher sur le wifi , elle a été incapable de nous indiquer la démarche , heureusement que son staff a pris le relais et a su nous renseigner en 10s alors qu’elle en a été incapable pendant 10 mn !! S’entêtant à nous expliquer qu’il suffisait de cliquer” dommage car comme première impression ça gâche tout als que l’hôtel est bien et le reste du personnel très gentil

Desde que llegamos fue una muy buena experiencia, el servicio al cliente fue exelente(Lastima que no recuerdo el nombre de la Muchacha que nos atendio) asi como las bebidas de cortesia y lo arquitectonico de el hotel!!

Fantastic location, really beautifully decorated and just overall a really unexpected treat.

The pool inside wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be but everything else made up for it.

The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a delightful cook. Both shuttle drives were had were kind and polite.

When we arrived, the smoke detectors kept going off. They got that fixed, but then we discovered the air conditioning didn’t really work. Our room remained warm and humid, as were all the common areas of the hotel. Oddly, the restaurant claimed to not have any food, but salads and sandwiches. Seems a cook didn’t show. The lady working happy hour was kind, but they only had a Chex mix and tortilla chips and salsa. We booked here because of the airport shuttle. Took forever to come get us, as they only pick up once on the hour and the bus is tiny!! Only seats 14, so you might be out of luck. Several other hotel shuttles passed us many times at LAX. (Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott.) The shuttle ride back to the airport was better, but some folks had to be left behind. Oddly, they have a larger bus, but it sat off to the side.

The breakfast was great—one of the best omelets I have had in a long time.

Que nos dijeron que el transporte era hasta las 11:30 pm y salimos del aeropuerto a las 11:15, esperamos hasta las 11:40 y no pasó ningún transporte

L'hôtel est aussi bien proche de l'aéroport que du centre ville (si on est en voiture). Le petit-déjeuner est correct.

Si vous êtes une famille de 5 sachez que le canapé lit est une véritable torture. L'hôtel est un peu vetuste et nécessiterait un rafraîchissement.

Une suite pour 6 avec 2 lits + 1 canapé lit, mais le matelas de celui ci est tellement difforme qu'il est impossible de dormir dessus!

Extremely kind shuttle personnel and then, front-desk evening manager. Made to order omelettes for breakfast. Social hour mid-day made me feel I was on a cruise!

When I booked, I thought I was booking directly thru the hotel, but it switched somehow to Booking.com. You really need to get them off of your site as a 3rd party or have them change the way they advertise for you. I chose the option to check in early and out late. Booking.com has FALSE advertising. Upon arriving early, I was NOT ABLE to check in until 4pm!!!! Very misleading! Very disappointed. Embassy suites said I would have to complain to Booking.com to get a refund which I'm only sure is not going to happen. Room was clean except the bathroom. Hair everywhere. Couldn't get housekeeping to come clean it. Tried 3 different times to get housekeeping by actually going to the front desk to complain. The 3rd time I went down to complain, I was told the staff had gone home. Really! But the manager did give us a different room. The bathroom still wasn't that clean, so we just cleaned it ourselves being that the staff had already gone home. I have stayed in the exact Embassy Suites before and had a wonderful experience. The manager Candiece and front desk person Narif did everything they could to make things right. I appreciate them for their effort. But, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel and I travel often, in and out of the country. Please DO BETTER!!

Airport shuttle was timely and very convenient. Hotel's location is excellent for those traveling in and out of LAX. The rooms are roomy, and were clean and pleasant

Hotel is woefully understaffed and wait time for anything having to do with front desk took forever. Everything had to be handled by the two front desk staff members, check i/out, getting luggage out of storage room, paying for convenience items, any questions of needs. The line was very long and slow. The staff members were trying their best, but there just was not enough of them to handle all the needs. One of our rooms was not ready way beyond 4:00 pm, and our party was scattered throughout the whole huge property, making very inconvenient. The afternoon 'cocktails' were very meager consisting of stale pretzels and watered down drinks. The staff was wonderful and very friendly, however. Breakfast was considerably better, with more options of hot offerings, pastries and coffee and juices.

La struttura era molto bella. La camera era pulita, molto spaziosa, dotata anche di una mini cucina con forno a microonde, il personale gentile e la posizione ottima per la vicinanza all’aeroporto di Los Angeles.

La colazione non era molto variegata. Era presente molto cibo cotto (come frittate, uova, bacon ecc) ma mancava un tocco di dolce. L’unica cosa dolce erano i pancake (eccezionali) ma non c’erano biscotti, torte/croissant o fette biscottate. Nemmeno delle mono porzioni di cioccolato per i pancake. Inoltre non c’erano affettati o formaggi tipici della colazione internazionale.

El hotel tiene una muy buen ubicación con respecto al aeropuerto internacional de Los Angeles (LAX), con un servicio de transporte gratuito por shuttle que tarda unos 20 min según el tráfico. La persona que nos recibió para el check-in fue muy seca en el trato y en las explicaciones respecto de los servicios del hotel. La habitación (209) excelente, muy amplia, cómoda, silenciosa y limpia. El desayuno variado, completo y un plus la cocina donde hacen tortillas al momento (muy agradable el cocinero que nos atendió).

Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na lotnisko. Mogłby być nieco wyżej, ale miłośnik lotnictwa z którym podróżujemy był zachwycony więc to najważniejsze. Poza tym pokój duży i dobrze wyposażony. Byliśmy z niego zadowoleni.

Pracownik na recepcji był bardzo rozproszony. Ewidentnie chciał wydać pokój jak najprędzej. Nie poinformował nas o możliwych atrakcjach i aktywnościach w hotelu. Hotel przy lotnisku, więc zakładam że obsługuje całą masę gości z zagranicy i pierwszy raz mi się trafił tak nierozumiejący co do biego mówię recepcjonista. Nie jestem nativem, nie znam perfekcyjnie angielskiego, ale nigdy nie miałam takich problemów z porozumieniem się. Bardzo to frystrujące, tym bardziej, że dzisiaj jestem juz w innym hotelu, potrzeby mam te same i wszystko idzie gładko. Poza tym słabe śniadanie i kawa z termosu. Co do Hiltona to miałam jednak wyższe oczekiwania kulinarme. No i płatne wifi to jednak nie już przystaje do dzisiejszych czasów, trochę wstyd.

We could t get the free shuttle as we waited at the airport for ages, phoned the property about this but no one answered the call. So the trip to the hotel cost over $20. We also requested the bath be mended as the plug did not work. Front desk said someone would come to mend it, this never happened.

BOTH ROOMS WE RENTED HAD DAMAGE IN THE BATHROOMS. THE COUNTERTOPS AND THE CEILING NEED ADDRESSING. ALSO, WHEN TAKING A SHOWER, THE WATER SPRAYS EVERYWHERE (CEILING, COUNTERTOP, FLOOR) AND MAKES A MESS. THERE IS SIGNS OF WATER DAMAGE IN THE BATHROOMS. THE FACILITY IS TOO EXPENSIVE TO HAVE THESE ISSUES.

Lovely room and fantastic breakfast. Cooked to order omelet - what a great way to start a long day of travel. The neighborhood nearby made for a nice walk and the workout facility was excellent.

I left something in the room and about 15 minutes later was not allowed to come retrieve it. It was "already booked under another name" - and there was no way housekeeping had even come in.

Завтрак был замечательный, мы даже забрали с собой несколько панкейков в дорогу и ребенок в самолете ел их.

The property was conveniently located to LAX for our overnight stay. Had airport shuttle. Good breakfast with omelet station.

We were told that the shuttle to hotel would be there in20 minutes. 45 minutes later no shuttle. Tried calling hotel multiple times but no one answered. That’s frustrating when you are tired from a 6 hour flight. Shuttle finally arrived but took too long in my opinion. The bathtub was clean but it was stained from age. The bathtub stopper did not work so you had to take a shower.

Kreeg een kamer zonder ramen. Bij balie gezegd dat ik dit niet geboekt heb. Was NIETS aan te doen. Leek wel of we in een gevangenis zaten. Ontbijt was beneden pijl. Zag zelfs dat ze het voedsel wat nog over was gewoon boven op het nieuwe voedsel gooiden. (Voedsel wat dus al minimaal 2 uur gestaan had, omdat wij om 0800 uur ontbeten ipv om 0600 uur).Donuts kon je iemand zijn hersens mee in gooien.koffie was tot 2x bij het ontbijt gewoon koud!! Tot 2x toe wat gevraagd bij de balie en kreeg daar geen of weinig antwoord. Met andere woorden je zoekt het maar uit.

It was beautiful on the inside and my 5 year old loved the turtles. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast and I did love the happy hour.

Pool area felt dirty and there were kids throwing trash and yelling. I was very disappointed that I left my work laptop in my room and it was not returned to the front desk.

First room had a mechanical issue. They didn’t fix in time. Had to move rooms. Asked for a quiet room and they placed us facing the airport vs the other side of the building. 😡
