Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Zeer mooie accommodatie in een zeer nette en leuke wijk! Heel ruim appartement en goed beveiligde ondergrondse parking. Veel restaurants en winkeltjes in de buurt. Zeer goed ontvangen door de gastvrouw en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Apparemment flambant neuf et très confortable (exactement comme sur les photos) avec une place de parking privé dans une superbe résidence sécurisée. Nada est vraiment superbe grâce à sa connaissance d'Agadir nous avons pu manger dans des endroits authentiques qu'on n'aurait jamais trouvé par nous même. Elle a été arrangeante pour le checkin et le check out.

Un peu bruyant par rapport au travaux, mais normal résidence neuve et aussi beaucoup d’autres constructions autour . Cela veut dire de que Agadir est en grande expansion. C’est beau .

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025Modern schoon sppartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Veilige omgeving. Parkeergarage met grote parkeerplaats. Je stapt uit je auto de lift in vanuit de lift bijna direct het appartement binnen. Grote supermarkt en verschillende restauranyjes om de hoek. Goede responsieve verhuurtster.
Niets, wij hadden een auto en konden daarom makkelijk nasr Agadir strand dat ongeveer op 6 km afstand ligt. Parkeren aan het strand is gratis en je hebt 2 bedjes en een parasol voor 5 euro. Ook met een taxi ben je veel beter uit met het appartement dan in een duur hotel

From the moment we arrived, Mrs. Nada's genuine hospitality shone through. She wasn't just a host; she was a true gem, offering help and support that went above and beyond anything we could have expected. The apartment itself was in immaculate condition – truly spotless and beautifully maintained. It was clear that a lot of care and attention to detail goes into ensuring guests have a comfortable and pristine environment. Everything from the furnishings to the amenities felt fresh and new. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025It is next door to a large supermarket & 10 minutes drive from the main beach promenade & major tourist sights, 30 minutes from the airport. There are so many cafes & restaurants on the road leading up to the apartment. It’s like being in France, French culture quite common. The apartment is brand new in a new build complex. It is guarded by security 24/7. With a large car park underneath. It is very cheap compared to hotels down the road. We did visit the 5star hotels on the busy tourist strip but it is noisy & busy. The apartment is on a very quite part away from all the hustle & bustle but very near the beach. It has a balcony with two deck chairs & a table. It has electronic shutters outside each window. There are two bathrooms both modern with showers. There is a large smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime etc. there is fast WiFi. There is an extension cable. There are plenty of hangers in the wardrobe & spare linen & towels. There’s a washing machine & dishwasher. Just like home, my kids didn’t want to leave. The host was so friendly & responded to all our needs & even brought us some real saffron upon request. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to save tonnes of money but still have the comforts of home.
I had to clean it myself & take the bins out.
