Honestly, just the lifts. It took way too long to go up and down since a few were out of service.

Cleanliness 3/10. Floor is sticky. Stains all over including on the dining table, kitchen area, beddings and towels. Loose items all dirty even the cups are chipped! Corridors and parking areas are dirty. Only 2 lifts were available during the Raya Haji and School Holiday week! And the mall has closed down. 1st and last!

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.
However, the elevator service was quite slow, and we had to wait for a long time on several occasions. Aside from that, everything else was satisfactory.

- No water purifier (only an electric kettle provided) - No washing machine in the unit - Some bedsheets & blankets had visible stains, although they appeared to be clean (the marks seem permanent) - No carpet or rug in the unit, the floor feels quite cold, especially when the air conditioner is on - No prayer mat (sejadah) provided, guests need to bring their own Room type: Superior Apartment

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026We liked the sea view, although covered by dirty windows. A lot of rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen got complete appliances, but not sure of the cleanliness of water filter provided.
Tv cannot be accesed easily enough. After a long day of travelling we want to unwind by watching tv. But it was hard to do, and we give up to try make the tv work. Also, the blinds is almost detached from the ceiling. Hard to open and close the blinds. Privacy issue whenever we saw drone being flown around the building. Also safety issue, what if the ceiling fall down on us while we are having a bath.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025Im love to stay here and this is first time im impress with room studio that really clean...The agent@staff that i dealing through wsp very helpfully such like i need flexible time to arrived they allowed and they fix the problem like(heater) not being there (room studio) when i try to warm water for my baby then i told agent she/he fix this prob ASAP ..I will repeat book with this dealer if one day im come tO melaka again due to agent/dealer was very helpfully😍I housing terbaik👍

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Hotel położony w dogodnej lokalizacji. Blisko do sklepy i super widok z 23 piętra. Najbliższe atrakcje spacerkiem 10 minut więc nawet nie korzystaliśmy z transportu publicznego. Pościel czysta. Super kontakt z właścicielem.
Trochę kombinacji z zameldowaniem ale ogólnie jakoś poszło. Ręczniki do wymiany bo szare i zużyte.

I’ve stayed at this apartment before, but in a different unit. I thought the washing machine was usable, but unfortunately it wasn’t. There was also no rack to dry our wet clothes after swimming. But overall, everything else was good!
