Bad experience for this hotel , full of cockroaches, first night 2-3 cockroaches, 2nd night 6-8 cockroaches coming out , book for 2 night but 2 nd night can’t stand for the dirtiness, the only good point is the admin refund 1 night of stay , but the cleaning fees cost RM98 , but in the end with this cleaning service can not be acceptable with this price 😡

Rumah nampak bersih tapi ada lipas kecik2 xtahu dari mana. Harap lepas ni boleh improve lagi bab kebersihan

We stayed for 4 nights and the price is very much reasonable.. I would say much cheaper compared to other properties. However, our stay is comfortable and the facility is fully furnished. It is just 10-15 minutes walking to nearest MRT station.

It would be more comfortable if the beds were softer and the pillows fluffier. Otherwise, everything else is just fine.

The decoration very interesting. And the location very near to mrt.

The parking lot only 1 Pillow not comfortable I found a few cockroach nymph Unlucky cause swimming pool under maintainance

There is nothing yet, except for the elevator facility which has to be changed to a tower if the parking lot is far away..

During our stay in this condo , we already faced issues from the beginning. We were only able to enter the unit about one hour late from the agreed check-in time. After entering, we found that many items in the unit could not be used or were not in proper condition. We informed the host about these problems. Instead of helping with the complaints, the host later responded by claiming that many items were damaged by us, including the iron cover, mattress protector and towels. We strongly disagree with these claims. Some of the items were already not in good condition when we checked in, and the towels were only dirty from normal shower use, not damaged or misused. Despite this, the host deducted money from our deposit and did not return the full amount, even though cleaning and other charges had already been included when we made the payment. We believe these extra charges are unfair. We used the property normally and did not cause any unusual damage.

Check-in was delayed by about one hour, several items were not working, and part of our deposit was unfairly deducted after the stay

The beds are really really comfy! All items were prepared as listed. The view is spectacular. Best place to stay if you are planning to have a simple stay-at-home short trip with friends/family. That’s what we did, literally sleep in, eat, watch movies, and gossip. 🥰👍🏻

The security level is too over the top; the fact that from lobby/car park, you need to go to R floor to change to a different building just to go your desired floor is kind of insane🥴 we had a bit of a badluck—wrong timing, it was the 1st weekend of school holiday and a nearby college/uni was having a convocation. So it took us almost half hour just get into the lift from R floor. There were so many people🥹🥹 And then it was like solving a puzzle each time when we need to tap the access card, maybe we had a wrong technique but it was very tricky & we are inpatient people😩

Spacious, clean, complete facilities. Very helpfull staff: I’ve got stuck with acces card and all the time the building staffs are quick to help and appoligies in advance. Wow. Owner also easy to reach out if needed anything. Kudos.

Parking at Lotus a bit far if you came with more than 1 car. Hard to use the access card. Security guard at the main lobby not really helpful.

Bilik yang sangat selesa.bersih dan semua kelengkapan boleh digunakan dengan sempurna.Boleh memasak untuk keluarga sederhana 6-7 org.Dekat dgn Pasaraya Lotus.

Perlu menunggu agak lama untuk check in kerana bilik belum tersedia pada masa yang ditetapkan.(3.00pm)Harap dapat diperbaiki lagi dimasa hadapan.

Such a comfort & quite affordable stay. Suitable for a family or friends trip! The staff was also easy to contact and polite. Even though there were small issue, they will guide & update you. The view is so pretty. My friends and I love it so much 😊.

1. I had read they not taking the deposit. However, they ask for RM300 Deposit 24hours before check in. 2. The mattress is very hard like wood. 3. The pillow is so thin it's like there's no cotton.

It’s very comfortable for 6 people to stay and relax. The place has all the necessary facilities and is strategically located near the MRT station, with fast food outlets and a supermarket within walking distance.

Doesnt have shower gel, a bit tiny space for second room, not clear instruction on this app, the pillow also not so fluff, only got one bedroom with place to shower

Nothing.. Maybe just prepare a bottle of water because usually when a tourist enter the room, they are thirsty, so they would search for the water first. I mean there is a mart on the g floor but I think its better if you just prepare one or two bottle of water, It would be nice. If not, then any water purifier is good.
