The room, bathroom, everything was great

A very well-maintained hotel with a beautiful garden and pool. Everything is extremely clean, and drinking water is always available in the rooms. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with every comfort. I loved being surrounded by monkeys—I adore them! We could walk to the center in just a few minutes, and along the way, there are bars, restaurants, and shops. The staff is very kind. I also liked Their pond with KOI fishes too. Highly recommended!!!!

They also chased away monkeys with a slingshot, I understand that it's their job, so I understand but I don’t like that cause I love monkeys. 🤣

Todella kaunis ja hyvin pidetty puutarha suihkulähteineen, jossa voi ihailla kauniita kaloja. Henkilökunta erinomainen ja avulias. Huoneet todella siistit ja kivat. Sijainti apinametsän vieressä ja kaikki palvelut vieressä. Pihassa paljon apinoita, joka teki paikasta eksoottisen, mutta rentoutumisen kannalta ei hyvä, koska mitään ei voinut jättää vartioimatta ja siltikin apinat ehtivät varastella. Huoneessa kyllä varoitus kyltti asiasta. Apinoita oli silti hauskaa seurata. Allaspyyhkeet saatavilla altaan vieressä.

Esittelyssä ei käynyt ilmi, että paikka sijaisee rakennusten yläpuolella, eikä maantasalla kuten kuvista voisi päätellä. Koko villa pihoineen on siis kaupparakennusten päälle rakennettu ja sinne pääsee autolla ahtaan pienen kujan läpi sisähalliin, josta rappuset ylös. Tilalla oli myös remontti menneillään, joka alkoi aamulla ja loppui keskipäivällä, onneksemme olimme retkillä tuon ajan, koska meteli oli kaksinkertainen kadulta tulevan ajoliikenteen takia. Aamiainen oli yksinkertainen mutta ihan ok, ei mitään erityistä mainittavaa. Sisään kirjautumisen yhteydessä pyydettiin takuusumma 300 000 jota ei mainittu villan esittelyssä, toki rahan sai takaisin lähtiessä. Tälläistä kokemusta ei ole ollut muissa paikoissa ja matkustelen paljon.

Good location

The toilet smelt reaaaaaaaly bad. If you don't leave the light in the toilet then the whole room smelt like toilet. Really bad canalisation. Also, there was no fridge and no tv. But the smel from the toilet really ruined my stay there.

Il Pondok Wana Ubud si trova in centro a Ubud, a fianco alla monkey forest in una posizione comodissima per tutti gli spostamenti. Si trova su una terrazza naturale rialzata che ti permette di isolarti completamente dal traffico della città e di entrare in un piccolo paradiso. Le stanze sono spaziose e pulitissime e il personale è super disponibile per ogni esigenza. Si può ricevere qualche visita dalle scimmie che si trovano nella foresta a fianco, ma sono educate a non disturbare gli ospiti dell’hotel. Un piccolo paradiso in centro a Ubud con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

L'emplacement est très pratique. L'hôtel est agréable la piscine aussi. Le petit déjeuner offrait plusieurs choix de qualité préparé a la commande. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible

La chambre n'est pas très grande mais le vrai point négatif c'est la salle de bain. Il y avait une odeur nauséabonde vraiment très désagréable. La chambre donne côté rue et la porte vitrée ne se ferme pas vraiment. Il y a énormément d3 passage et les voitures/2 roues claxone toute la nuit. Il est impossible de dormir convenablement.

Su 4 notti per due volte siamo stati senza acqua, lo staff prontamente ha cercato di aggiustare l’impianto. La prima volta mi sono fatto la doccia in un’altra camera che era libera, la seconda diciamo che hanno aggiustato ma la pressione era davvero poca.

Apesar dos pontos positivos, o hotel parecia meio abandonado, faltava manutencao nos quartos e nas areas sociais do hotel, o banheiro estava em mau estado

Le petit déjeuner super, le personnel au top et l'emplacement était très bien. Et le séjour avec les singes autour est très agréable.

Bett sehr bequem, Dusche und WC sauber. Der Zimmer Service kam jeden Tag zum Sauber machen. Frühstück war lecker.

Da oft Affen auf der Hotelanlage sind, darf man nichts draußen lassen und muss immer die Türen schließen. Die machen auch in der Nacht lärm.

The area

The steps from the street front, but once we found the rear entrance, it was fine.

Gute Lager, schöner Garten und Pool. Zimmer sind sauber und man hat Zahnbürste und alles dabei. Affen besuchen den Garten und Dächer, es ist süß zu sehen. Man darf nichts auf dem Balkon lassen, sonst nehmen sie es.

Die Zimmer sind schimmelig, was in Ubud oft der Fall ist, doch es ist ungesund für den Menschen. Mit Klimaanlage an, riecht man es nicht so, aber es ist trotzdem schädlich. Nach 3 Nächten hatte ich sinuses Probleme und habe Ubud verlassen.

Het ligt op een winkelpand en is prachtig aangelegd. Mooie kamers, heerlijke bedden, top ontbijt. Drukte van de stad.

Dat het pal naast monkey forest ligt en je daardoor niet echt lekker op je balkon kunt zitten. Ze kunnen door de spijlen heen en zijn vrij brutaal. Wij vinden dat toch best spannend.

The property is located near the street which is good if you reach Ubud by night. The Monkey forest is nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained and protected from the monkeys. Staff are nice and helpful

The breakfast options can be improved

Ha sido una estancia excelente. Lo que más destacaría es su ubicación, simplemente inmejorable. Está en pleno centro neurálgico de Ubud, por lo que es el campamento base perfecto para recorrer la zona y hacer todo tipo de actividades, restaurantes y visitas sin necesidad de grandes desplazamientos. También quiero resaltar la amabilidad de todo el personal. Siempre nos han atendido con una sonrisa, han sido muy atentos y han estado dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento, lo que hace que la experiencia sea todavía mejor. La relación calidad-precio es de 10. Es difícil encontrar un alojamiento tan bien situado y con un trato tan bueno por ese precio. Como en cualquier sitio, hay algún pequeño detalle que podría mejorarse, pero en ningún caso ha empañado nuestra estancia. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo y volveríamos sin dudarlo. Sin duda, un alojamiento muy recomendable para visitar Ubud. Ah ! La experiencia de estar rodeado de monos gamberrillos ha sido súper guay.

Pedí una almohada adicional porque estamos acostumbrados a dormir con dos almohadas y me dijeron que no.

Hotel molto curato, bel giardino e bella piscina. Tutto pulitissimo. Nelle camere è sempre disponibile acqua potabile. La colazione è molto buona. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e con ogni comfort. Ho adorato essere sempre in mezzo alle Scimmie, le adoro. Raggiungevamo il centro a piedi in pochi minuti, lun go la strada ci sono locali, ristoranti e negozi. Lo staff è gentilissimo. Consiglio!!!!

My room was next to the road so I could hear the traffic all night and early morning making it hard to get a good sleep.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész személyzet, központi elhelyezkedés, közel volt minden a szálláshoz. Rendkívül szép és ápolt kert és medence tér. A majmok közelsége 😉 A személyzet mindig figyelt rá, hogy ne legyenek zavaróak.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, proximité a la forêt des singes très agréable car il y en avait un peu dans le jardin et sur les toits. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le personnel très gentil. De plus il y a un service laundry pratique. Le quartier est agréable car proche des restaurants (warung lokal très bon) et boutiques.

On nous a refusé le petit déjeuner a 10h15 alors qu il fermait a 10h30 dommage.

Sitio apartado del jaleo del centro. Entorno, piscina y personal muy amable y con predisposición. Llegamos a les 1h de la madrugada y nos esperaron para hacer el check-in. El dia que nos ibamos nos prepararon el desayuno para take away. La piscina genial!

It is in a really good location, right on the strip next to the monkey forest so you can get to everything really easily.

There were just a few things which made my stay unenjoyable and a little uncomfortable The curtains in the room didn’t close properly so it meant if someone was walking by while I was in the toilet they would be able to see me which made me feel very unsettled. The bathroom was so small the shower would flood the whole bathroom every time I used it. You have to walk up stairs to get into the property which is a nightmare when you have luggage. The staff are really nice and will help but I felt bad asking them to lift my heavy bags up stairs.

I think this might be the best accommodation in Ubud. Getting to all the sights was very easy. The location was great, the surrounding areas were excellent, and it's very centrally located. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff really made you feel special. We received a service far exceeding the price we paid. You don't need to stress about the monkeys. They're all minding their own business. Also, we didn't encounter any insects or geckos; it was quite clean. (Note: We expected them to display the gift we brought in a visible place, but we didn't see it, which disappointed us :))

Environment is good & good location.

Door room is spoil when we check in. Bathroom : Omg.. there have insects / worm crawling. Also, the bathroom is clogged & unable drained properly.

We stayed here for 3 nights the hotel is beautiful with a lovely pool. We arranged a taxi from the airport from them which was on time and our driver was lovely he also took us to our next destination for a great price! The rooms were lovely and clean and had everything you could possibly need including drinking water. The showers were a good pressure and nice and hot. The breakfast included was yummy and they had plenty of options. The location is great only a short walk to restaurants and with supermarkets literally next door. The pool was lovely and clean. The best part of this hotel was the staff, they were so attentive and caring we highly recommend staying here!

Был неплохой завтрак, чисто в номере и хорошее местоположение

Я практически не спала из-за шума на улице и проезжающих байков. Складывалось ощущение, что я ночую на улице. Двери плотно не закрывались. Так же на территории отеля очень плохой интернет. Мне нужно было проводить созвоны с клиентами и я бегала по всему отелю в поисках связи, но она постоянно обрывалась и я злилась на это. Поэтому тем, кому нужен хороший интернет, точно не сюда

Die Zimmer waren super, das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Ganz besonders mochten wir den Pool für eine Abkühlung.

Das Einzige was uns nicht ganz zugesagt hat ist, dass das Bad beim duschen komplett nass geworden ist.

As the monkeys do get on the property besides being exiting they can also pull for instance roof tiles off and drop them below. We seen it twice in two days. And even more unpleasant is the road noise. There is constant load motorists climbing up a hill. It’s an okay place for one or maybe two nights

Nous y avons réservé 2 chambres vue sur piscine, fidèles à la description sur Booking.il n' y a pas trop de bruit de la route. Le personnel est bienveillant, toujours souriant et attentionné. Bien situé pas loin de la forêt des singes...les singes sont sur les toits de notre hôtel et dans notre jardin. Il propose un petit mot déjeuner copieux avec jus de fruits, assiette de fruits, choix d'assiettes continentales ( oeuf plat ou omelette) ou typiques ( nouilles ou riz frit) et petite pâtisserie indonésienne Il propose un service d'excursions avec des tours adaptables aux souhaits des clients avec un chauffeur parlant anglais et une voiture climatisée. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Grey, qui nous a fait passer une super journée : rizières de tegallang, temple gunung kawi tampskiring, visite d'une plantation de café et dégustation et cascade de Tibunama. Grey a été adorable avec nous toute la journée. On prend le temps de visiter les sites et d en profiter. Il nous a conseillé pour chaque visite.

Rooms were fabulous and location was excellent! Really lovely staff and the monkeys were entertaining.

The breakfast was not very good.

La habitación es muy espaciosa, con espacio de guardado y cama cómoda. El Aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Buena presión de agua. Ubicación excelente, cerca de bares, tiendas y monkey forest. La ambientación es preciosa, con mucho estilo Balines. El personal super atento. Usamos su servicio de lavandería, muy bueno.

La habitación tenía un poco de olor a humedad, pero típico de todo Bali. El desayuno no era tan variado, pero igualmente rico.

ALLT!! Detta boende är HELT fantastiskt. Hade en underbar vistelse. Poolen är djup och stor, så väldigt trevlig att svalka sig i. Personalen är så så så trevlig, de vill alltid hjälpa till och är verkligen serviceinriktade. Frukosten var jättegod och de hade ett okej utbud. Vi bodde här under Nyepi och då erbjöd de även lunch och middag och till middagen fick vi maten till rummet och sen kom de och hämtade disken. Det finns badhandukar att låna och wifi funkar suveränt. Det finns också en TV på rummet som har youtube och netflix.

Aporna…. De är väldigt fräcka så håll i era grejer. Vi hade en apa som tog våra chips efter vi handlat så lägg det ni handlar i en påse. Personalen är dock självklart hjälpsamma och jagar alltid bort aporna när de är för många och kommer för nära.

Great little spot if you like Monkey's. Can watch them from the balcony. Staff will generally keep them out of the gardens and grounds. Property is actually on the rooftop of the shops below. Great view of the street.

Steep stairs to access the property and also located at the bottom of the hill. So be warned there is a up hill stretch if you are keen on walking anywhere.

Excelente ubicación, frente al bosque de los monos y al inicio de la calle de comercio . El hotel en sí es hermoso, un oasis entremedio del caos, porque si está en una calle muy transitada pero es parte de estar en tan buena ubicación. El personal muy simpático y atento.

El baño de la habitación olía horrible, de hecho bajé varias veces a usar el baño del área común porque era insoportable, la comida bastante básica la verdad y estuvimos el día del silencio, por lo que tuvimos que estar dentro del hotel y hubo un niño ( hijo de alguien del staff) que gritó toda la tarde, traté de dormir siesta ese día y fue imposible .

Smells humidity, too noise the whole night, the flush on the toilet was broke and I got Bali belly after drinking the water left in the room for drink. No recommendation.

Хороший, уютный отель с зелёной территорией и бассейном. Всегда можно увидеть длиннохвостых макак возле отеля и на территории, на крышах и проводах... Как в лесу обезьян. Персонал внимательный, улыбчивый, старается не мешать. Уборка каждый день. Завтраки достаточно вкусные, но не для "обжор".
