Reviewed Sep 16, 2026A very nice apartment further up Prospect Hill so away from the noisy bars, although Prospect is a major road so there was still a lot of traffic. Apartment was clean and as advertised and we had a comfortable 2 night stay. There is no living room, the only communal space is the dining room table.
It would be helpful to have a tourist guide available for the city and instructions on how to operate the mechanicals. We could not figure out how to lock the front door. The system is completely different from our home country. We ended up locking the individual bedroom doors so it was ok in the end.

Labels on all the switches for foreigners would be amazing! Instructions on the heaters as well would be helpful, while we didnt use it, others might and if you aren't used to it, its a bit confusing.

I had trouble with the wifi and my internet service, so I had a little difficulty contacting Natasha through Booking app. It would have possibly been easier to have a what’s app number. She replied immediately when I was able to get through. That was lovely.
