The pillows were not comfortable for the neck so it was a hassle trying to be comfortable. The tv was a bit small and there were no tea/coffee sachets.

Bathroom is small. The tv was not tuned in. So did no watch tv. We only had a short stay. We checked at 19:15 the evening and checked out 08 am.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025Liked that the property is not in the busy side of Umhlanga and yet it’s a walk away from Gateway. I love taking walks. We liked that you had a number of things we could use to stay warm, it tends to get chilli up too. We loved the table space in the room, allowed us to place our perfumes, wallet, purse etc. More than anything we loved the level of cleanliness. You are by far the cleanest stay we have ever had.
It’s not so much that we didn’t like that the TV was gone for repairs, especially since it was communicated before hand. But it would have been nice to watch the soccer games on a big screen. But we had substitute better than phones (lol), we had a laptop. Hubby always has his laptop

I spoke to a wonderful lady Sharon who was there from start till end, very caring and polite even tho this was not my real honeymoon place because I left for ballito after check out but I really loved it there...also there was this one guard at the bottom who escorted me I didn't get his name. I didn't know where to find the room however, he escorted me and I was really impressed by him as well. Also he offered to help with my bags he was absolutely kind.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2025I'm not gonna lie but my partner and I really enjoyed our 2 nights stay, it's quiet, I never met the staff the security guards were very helpful on arrival. It's peaceful and private just what we needed. The price was very reasonable I didn't think I could afford something so fancy I thought it would be a disaster but I was wrong it was actually 10times better than we expected. We just wished we could have stayed longer. I Will definitely use Jermaine's apartments again and recommend to family and friends, there's a gym and a pool area and although we didn't utilize them due to the wet weather and our short stay it was 10/10👌🏽
I have no complaints just it would be nice if there were an aircon instead of fans but it was OK.

I don't know if the rest of the building has no Aircon. I doubt it though. Very nice building. It has a gym, swimming pool and conference centre
The parking is extremely tight. If you drive a big vehicle like I do(Ford Ranger) and you stay on the 4th floor, then prepare to do 8 3 point turns on your way down. Going up is not bad but going down is a nightmare. However, they do mention it in their welcome greeting. Which is also ok with me
