The reception area looks very nice, and the sky pool is absolutely breathtaking – definitely the highlight of the stay. The apartment is also quite spacious.
Unfortunately, the apartment was not well maintained and this was very disappointing. Several items of furniture were old or broken, and the overall cleanliness was not up to standard. It did not feel properly cleaned, which affected the comfort of the stay. Basic amenities such as shower gel were also missing. It is a pity, because the building and facilities are really beautiful and this could have been an incredible stay with better maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026L' appartement est spacieux et bien conçu. Il y a même un lave linge, si besoin. Notre hôte nous a gentiment permis de rentrer à notre arrivée , à 11h au lieu de 15h. Nous avions atterri à 9h30 et c était vraiment appréciable de pouvoir prendre une douche et se détendre. Et pour notre départ tardif, il nous a gardé nos bagages jusqu'à notre départ pour l aéroport à 17h30. Les tours Petronas sont juste à 5mn à pieds.
La robinetterie est un peu vieillotte mais ça fonctionne.

Platinum Suites KLCC has many apartments some run by Hotel group some run by Short term rental individuals our host was completely non accommodating, not accepting any request for early checkin or late checkout also room service was only given once in 7-days

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025Absolutely amazing location, the view mesmerised us and that was only the beginning. Once we got to the rooftop pool and gym we realised we were in the right location. The owner was very communicative and accommodating when we asked to stay another night. We stayed in KL for 3 nights and we're very pleased. Very clean room, shower super hot, very spacious room. If you wish to experience a "high rise apartment" lifestyle then this is a must location.

For instance, the wallpaper on one of the walls was not properly pasted, and the dining table only had two chairs, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but some improvements would make it even better.
