The room was spacious , clean , and we really appreciate the fridge .

It’s the first place where we stayed where there is no water provided, the breakfast could improve, it’s pretty poor. What we think it’s really shame, is there is no contact with the family/staff. They were barely say hello and don’t care , t was like we were transparent . I understand it could also be the barrier language, but even with that we always had great time with other hosts, so for this experience I won’t go back.

Failed to see the property or check in because due to a delayed flight we arrived after check in time. We were told whilst on our way to the hotel at 10pm from the airport that we would be arriving too late to check in. We booked the hotel opposite at short notice and were told that the owner lives in the property and was asleep which is why we couldn’t check in. A very stressful experience having had our accommodation cancelled at such short notice.

I really liked how clean and well-maintained the property was. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and essential services. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt and relaxing. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The room and the food were excellent. The garden and plants were nice.

There was a VAT tax of 17 USD to pay extra, no other places asked for it and we travelled for 3 weeks in Sri Lanka, using only booking.

A really beautiful and cozy room near the beach of Mirissa. The hostess was really nice and we were really impressed, as she reduced the price, because we would skip breakfast the last day (without even asking for it)! There is also an amazing restaurant in the location of the hotel you should definitely try!

Velice milý, vstřícný personál. Čisté ubytování se sdílenou lednicí. Výborné snídaně na terase s výhledem do útulné zahrady. Klidná lokalita 200 m od pláže. Vedle ubytování restaurace se skvělou kuchyní.

Les personnes qui m’ont accueillie ont vraiment été très sympathiques. L’établissement est très bien situé dans le centre de Mirissa ce qui est vraiment pratique. Leur petit déjeuné était délicieux et copieux.

A great stay, good quality air conditioning, staff were nice and friendly and the breakfast was great. Up a small hill from the main road so nice and quiet at night.

Lovely stay. Tucked away up a hill, the room was lovely, even has a hairdryer. We did struggle to get the shower hot. Air con was good, and good location at the very end of the beach. If you wanna be more central on the beach it’s about a 10 min walk not a big deal. Close to restaurants.

The location is great and very close to the beach but also very quiet. Lovely host and great breakfast. The room was a good size and very good value for money. The room has aircon, a fan and a mosquito net.

There is a steep hill to get to the property which wasn’t a problem for us but worth noting if you have mobility issues. It meant the accommodation was in a quiet location so it’s not that we didn’t like it but was something we thought was worth mentioning.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ein super tolles ausreichendes Frühstück gab es. Die Lage war gut.

Das Zimmer war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Überall Spinnweben und roch sehr muffig.

Overall our experience was excellent. Our room had 2 large beds, 2 ceiling fans, air conditioning and a nice patio where we had breakfast. Breakfast is served at your requested time and had a good variety of items. Staff really try hard for people to have a good experience. WiFi was excellent. Walking to the main beach and restaurants was about 5 minutes and it makes the location really quiet. Overall would recommend 100%.

A couple of minor things: We stayed 3 Nights and 2 of those days the hot water didn't work. I did message the host on one occasion and it was fixed. The second bed mattress isn't very comfortable; more like a box spring than a mattress. In the morning burning garbage at the property line wasn't very appealing for breakfast. I'm not sure if it was blue sky garbage or a neighbour but it would be nice if it could be burned at a time when guests aren't eating.

We hadden wat moeite om de douche warm te krijgen, na dit aangegeven te hebben kwamen ze bij ons kijken en is dit probleem opgelost!

The location is good, very closed to the beach. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and they responded my Whatapps quickly whenever I got any problems. Really appreciated for their kindness.

Just one thing that the AC installed at the next room is super noisy. Well, the AC at my room is normal and quiet. But when the next room turn on the AC, the noise is super loud and surrounding my room. I couldn’t sleep without an ear plug. Maybe other room is better.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage fast direkt am Strand und das Zimmer war sehr hell. Alle Gastgeberinnen haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert.

The Breakfast Was Good. Room Was Spacious ❤️.

The staff were cery friendly. The place is located on a quiet area. Breakfast was delicious. One of the highlights was the in-room amenities: a kettle, coffee and tea, plus plates and cutlery. These small details made a big difference in comfort and convenience.

The only downside was the bathroom water temperature—it fluctuated between extremely hot and cold, which made showering a bit tricky.

Erg schoon verblijf en goede locatie. Het vriendelijke personeel was erg aardig. We hebben bij de zoon van de vrouw een walvis tour gedaan die ik zeker ook aanraad! Top verblijf, wij raden het heel erg aan!

The place was very nice, peaceful and 2 minutes from the beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice private bathroom. The owners' hospitality was excellent, always attentive to anything we wanted. Breakfast was homemade and complete, half European half Sri Lankan. We were constantly given good advice about places, buses, weather, etc, and were offered to swim with turtles at a good price. Laundry service was available and all of the staff was very griendly. We would highly recommend it to everyone wishing to spend some excellent time in Mirissa.

The staff was very helpful and the location is very good for staying because this hotel is very near to the beach and also has a restaurant in it. I will recommend everyone to stay in this place.

There's nothing to dislike here.

Quiet peaceful place with large rooms with balconies. They were flexible about the check out time which was a huge help since we had a late night flight from Colombo. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful. The onsite Murphy restaurant served delicious food and was convenient for the times when one doesnt want to walk far to eat. Lovely friendly staff.

The pantry area could be better utilized. It was fine for us but can be useful if tidied up a bit.

Big and simple room. Quite affordable. Nice hosts and family. There is a separate restaurant very near with good food.

The power went out for the majority of the night so AC and fan was off. Not sure if there was a town outage or if it’s turned off at certain hours.

For this price there are so cool options around. Place definitely need renovation. If they take care and spend a bit money they can make nice hotel. We had to choose something for last min booking, so not to much options have left for us. Otherwise wouldn’t really stay here

The room we were given was clean.

We paid for a room with balcony and kettle. The room we were given had neither. I questioned this and was told it would be sorted. Next morning I asked again. The lady tried calling her boss. Then advised she would get hold of him and get back to me. Never heard from her. Breakfast was cold even when asked what time we would like it. Think it was cooked all same time and served later. Had to get egg cooked more as undercooked. At least it made them warm.

This hotel was clean and quite comfy with a good AC, we were very happy with what we got!

Had a very pleasant stay here. Rooms were good size and clean. Dilini was a very good host meet all our needs during our stay. Breakfast is provided and she prepared for us very lovely breakfast. Her brother Madhuranga was a very good host aswell. He can arrange whale watching, snorkeling with turtles and a can facilate transports during your stay. Highly recommend family run business and a very good host. 5 minutes walk from Mirissa Beach, Turtle beach, Coconut tree hill, Parrot rock very good location. Very satisfied with our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

It would be nice to have broom for taking water down the train in the bathroom, but it’s not big of a deal.
