Lovely pool with great views and nice clean rooms. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Food from hotel restaurant was also lovely. Great location, short walk to main bars and restaurants.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff. True value for money in a lovely town. 3 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to top class restaurants and bars. We even had a visit from a troop of very friendly monkeys!! Well worth a stay

The property was in a great location, it was clean and the rooms were large with great hot showers. The pool area was beautiful, with stunning views. The food was excellent and the staff prepared some stunning local dishes for us. The staff were incredible, the most helpful staff I have ever met at a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

AC not working, couldnt regulate temperature, it was always set to coldest. They didnt change our room once in 3days. The property has a lot of potential but some basics unfortunately werent up to the average standard.

Air conditioning was very loud and could not sleep. Breakfast included a lot of English/ Sri Lankan food and not very much other stuff

Nice location, a 3min walk from the main road, which is much more quiet than staying right next to the road. Beautiful views and pool. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

Lovely aesthetic, nice vibes, great jungle surrounding and very clean comfy rooms. Air con worked well. Pool was lovely, saw it being cleaned every day, nice clear water. Slight monkey problem hanging around the pool one day but you can't be surprised when I'm Sri Lanka surrounded by jungle and the staff tried to deter them.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing as rated good on here, not many options, not very fresh.

as everywhere in sri lanka you need to ask for clean towels and toilet paper so not a disapointment but just know how thinjks work in sri lanka (at least at the places where we stayed) but they are super friendly and help you immediately

The hotel was modern and the pool was nice. The room was quite small but clean and had a nice bathroom.

Our main issue came at checkout when the cost was much higher than expected. The hotel had added a 10% service charge per night for breakfast - which was just an average buffet. Nowhere else in Sri Lanka did we encounter this charge. It felt sneaky and really frustrating to be hit with extra costs like that without any warning. Overall, while the facilities were acceptable, this hidden charge really tainted our experience, it seemed they were deliberately trying to catch guests out and make extra money without proper transparency.

Možda malo više truda uložiti u čišćenje soba i dodati više ručnika jer 2 na tri osobe je definitivno premalo.

Great breakfast buffet…all one could eat..lots of fruit and fresh cooked eggs each morning etc…the pool was by our Room, wake up and jump in…best way to start the day…staff very helpful and kind….the monkeys will keep you entertained…a sort stroll to the beach…

All good….don't forget to tip 💵 the staff…they do not make 🙁much and they serve you well.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, bed was not clean. It was a lot smaller than I thought especially for a deluxe room. A lot of insects and flies, both dead and alive.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was great.

We had booked a superior room but were given a standard. This was the first room by the pool and reception so was not private. We had to claim the correct rate for the room since they planned on charging the superior rate. On booking it is advertised at a discounted rate, but they charged the full rate. Not good considering it was their mistake. Breakfast was poor compared to other hotels and not to the standard commensurate with this establishment.

Lovely hotel with jungle outlook. We spotted a civet cat, monkeys, lizards and peacocks from our room. The pool is lovely and the breakfast was a good combination of fresh fruits, Sri Lankan treats, rotis and fresh cooked eggs. Staff were helpful- our air conditioning stopped working and they ensured it was fixed straight away.

We got the superior room with huge bathroom. All was nice except the fact that in the morning the sun was shining so bright from 6 am and there is no chance to cover the bathroom windows. Kind of lacking privacy in the bathroom, because of the glass door. The rooms facing the pool have nice view too, but you will lack privacy unless you keep the curtains closed,or you are on the upper floor. It’s a lovely place though.

The breakfast wasn't upto much could have done with a 4 slice toaster instead of the old 2 slice toaster that seemed to take for ever to toast . The road climb upto the hotel was a bit of effort

Veel licht in de kamer gordijnen werken niet en in de badkamer hangen geen gordijnen waardoor het licht vanuit daar met zonsopgang in je gezicht schijnt waardoor we erg vroeg wakker werden

Leider ist die Austattung im Zimmer veraltert und den Preis sicherlich nicht wert, leicht unangenehmer Geruch von den Holzmöbeln im Zimmer, Klima laut und alt

Das freundliche Personal, die gepflegte Anlage und die sauberen Zimmer. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und ausgewogen.

Handtücher waren teilweise aus - haben auf Nachfrage dann aber Neue bekommen.

In a perfect location for Mirissa Beach, turtle cove and Coconut Beach 😊 The pool is lovely and has beautiful views over the forest, the staff were really friendly and helpful during our stay ❤️ Ps beds are really comfortable!!

There are a couple of minor things that if changed could make this hotel amazing - you only get 1 towel per person and 1 toilet roll which has to last two days, there is no bin (apart from the toilet bin), our a/c was really loud however our daughters was quiet so I think we were just unlucky with this! These little things meant we had to keep asking for new ones which the staff always accommodated but if we had a couple of each more we wouldn’t have had to bother them.

Une très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits. La chambre est petite, sale, sent le moisi, la douchette pour les toilettes était crasseuse, tout comme la robinetterie , les draps et les taies d’oreiller tachés, les serviettes de douche trouées. Le ménage n’est jamais fait, uniquement le lit, nous avons gardés les mêmes draps pendant les 4 nuits. La climatisation et le ventilateur font beaucoup de bruit, sans boule quies c’est impossible de dormir. Les rideaux, eux aussi sales, ne sont pas occultant et ne couvrent pas la fenêtre. N’espérez pas vous reposer dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est inexistant, et passe son temps sur son téléphone, c’est plus important que de s’occuper des deux seuls clients de l’hôtel, car oui, nous n’étions que deux pendant deux nuits. Nous avons demandé un surclassement, aucun geste commercial proposé, le prix était la moitié du coût total du séjour. De toute façon nous avons vu la chambre de luxe, elle sentait également le refermé et était plus sale que la petite que nous avons eu. Seul le monsieur du petit déjeuner était gentil et s’occupait de nous. C’est la seule partie positive, un petit déjeuner copieux. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, c’est clairement faux, ni voir le coucher de soleil sur la piscine, puisqu’il se couche à l’opposé sur la plage de Mirissa. Pour finir, le prix, beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est, nous avons eu des hôtels 10 fois mieux pour le même prix.

Vybrali jsme si ubytování na naše poslední 2 noci na Srí Lance. Brali jsme ho jako jedno z dražších, než jsme za celou tu dobu na Srí Lance měli. Bohužel bych řekla, že ubytování se rovnalo našim všem ostatním za poloviční cenu. V době příjezdu jsme byli na ubytování jediný pokoj a i přesto jsme čekali než nám ho uklidí. To by nám nevadilo, kdyby byl pokoj uklizený. Čistota by se mohla trochu zlepšit, aby to odpovídalo ceně. Navíc nám pokoj hrozně smrděl vlhkostí (plísní). Možná jsme jen měli smůlu, protože jsme zde byli mimo sezónu.

The friendly was very nice and helpful, amazing breakfast, the pool had perfect temperature water and incredible views. They gave us early check in and late check out which was amazing.

The rooms didn’t have plus near the bed and we had to turn the tv off whenever we had to charge something. On our first day, our key broke inside the lock. We couldn’t reach our things for a while and we had to change rooms. After the stay, they wanted us to pay for the lock change. Also, they didn’t let us pay through booking and added a 3% tax .

The pool was nice. The room was fine.

Otel çok dik bir yokuşun en sonunda yürüyerek çıkmak imkansız 600 MT de olsa tuktuk kullanmadan çıkılacak bir yol değil. Kahvaltısı ortalamanın altında fiyat performans değil.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l’hôtel. L’hôtel est très bien placé, au calme loin de l’agitation de la route, mais à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et des restaurants. La chambre est joliment décoré, le lit est confortable. La douche est très bien, et avec de la pression. La piscine est agréable. Le personnel a été très sympathique. Le petit déjeuné était très bon.

Il manquait de quoi étendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain, et éventuellement un étendoir sur la terrasse. Le petit déjeuné était identique tous les jours ce qui est un peu dommage. Les rideaux ne sont pas vraiment occultants. Nous étions la deuxième chambre du bas, et une fois les rideaux ouverts cela manque un peu d’intimité (vue sur l’accueil et le personnel).

This hotel is good in essence, but a bit disappointing if you compare it to other hotels within the same price category. Breakfast is okay but not a lot of choice, staff is friendly but not outstanding, hotel is a bit far from the main beach but close enough to walk.

Baño sucio, bañera sucia, instalaciones descuidadas. La ubicación no es muy buena, un poco alejado del centro.

A very beautiful and eco hotel. The pool is amazing! The staff is so kind! Always with a smile. And since it was my daughter birthday, they have done a chocolate cake, delicious, and pancakes - because she loves it. Thank you so much to all the team. It was fantastic and very happy days there!

La proximité de la plage

La propreté de l'hôtel en général n'est pas terrible.. les vitres dans les couloirs sont à nettoyer. Notre pommeau de douche était cassé.. la chambre n'était pas nickel, il y avait des cheveux dans la salle de bain, les draps de lit avec trous et taches.. La piscine de l'hôtel donne directement sur la réception. Le personnel ou n'importe qui qui arrive se trouve à proximité directe de votre transat.. ce n'est pas intimiste, il manque au moins un paravent.

Pool is awesome - Magnificent views all around when you swim in it!..Staff were lovely and accommodating with our requests. Super close to Mirissa's main beach, which puts you within 3 minutes walk to Parrot Rock and some beach front eateries. Super highly recommended.

Kitchen closed early one day without notice. Not a massive problem as there are eateries nearby, but we were planning to stay at the hotel for our evening meal.
