1- الفندق فعمارة و مفيش اي حاجه تدل عليه 2- الموظفين يسيبوك تايه ساعتين و محدش فكر ينزلي الا بعد ساعتين تايه 3- المياه قطعت يوم كامل و كان في فندق بديل معرضوش غير لما طلبت استرد قلوسي و امشي 4- التعامل فالفندق التاني كانك بتشحت منهم مش نازل بفلوسك الوظف كلم استقبال الفندق التاني قاله الناس جيينلك ساب الاستقبال و كشي و فضيلنا ساعه منتظرين نكلم فندقنا يقول انتظروا شويه 5- لا مبالاه من الموظفين لدرجه تحرق الدم في النهايه الفندق نظيف و موقع ممتاز بس اخدم نفسك بنفسك و دبر حالك و متنتظرش خدمه او اي مساعده من حد ختي لو بتغرق حيبصلك و يضحك، تجربه لن تتكرر 1. The hotel is located inside a building, with absolutely no clear signs indicating that there is a hotel there. 2. The staff left me completely lost for two hours, and no one even thought to come down and help me until after I had been wandering around for two hours. 3. The water was cut off for an entire day. There was an alternative hotel available, but they only offered it after I asked for a refund and told them I wanted to leave. 4. The treatment at the second hotel made me feel like I was begging for a favor rather than being a paying guest. The employee called the reception at the other hotel and simply told them, “The guests are coming to you,” then left the reception. We waited for an hour, while the hotel staff kept telling us to wait a little longer. 5. The staff showed an unbelievable level of indifference. Their lack of concern was extremely frustrating. In the end: The hotel is clean and has an excellent location, but you have to help yourself and figure everything out on your own. Don't expect any service or assistance from the staff. Even if you were drowning, they would probably just look at you and laugh. An experience I will definitely not repeat.

Our reservation was not met fully during the overbooked, they tried to compensate but syil was not the best experience, the staff tried the best to make it good stay but the facility not helping as it needs a lot of maintenance.

Pour le prix payé, je m’attendais vraiment à une chambre et une vue correspondant à la réservation. :::

Dommage qu'il y ait qu'une personne bilingue parmi le personnel. La réceptionniste et le cuisinier me parlaient en arabe en sachant que je ne comprends pas la langue. Pas de double vitrage pour les fenêtres, le bruit peut vous empêcher de bien dormir.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I would especially like to thank “ Joud “ at the reception for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. She was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay, from arranging an early check-in to assisting us with a late check-out. Her warm attitude and willingness to help made our experience even more enjoyable.

Otelin konumu güvenliydi tek sıkıntısı oteli bulmak zordu. Girişi ve binanın fotoğrafı koyulsa çok daha iyi olurdu.Piramitlere yakın diye sakın Giza da ev tutmayın çok kötü, pis ve güvensiz o yüzden bu konum gayet iyiydi. Otelin binanın 8.katında yer alıyor.

Reviewed May 25, 2026I'd like to THANK Mostafa and the gentleman who was making and serving breakfast and all the staff in the hotel. Such a good reception from the staff. The hotel is clean in a perfect way, a big thanks to the ladies. The breakfast is fresh and delicious with such an amazing view!!! The room has everything we really needed. Mostafa was kind showing the options. Thank you! The lift worked very well. There wasn't any noise from outside so my husband and I slept very well! There are a lot of restaurants,cafe shops around the hotel and you can also walking 5 mts to see the Nile river. For ladies coming to Cairo on solo trip I STRONG RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. You'll feel safe as there's security everywhere around the city. We will definitely come back to Cairo and stay in this hotel again.

Reviewed May 22, 2026the main purpose for choosing this hotel is by it location and next to US embassy and that's the best thing about it, so I highly recommend it for those who got an appointment with the embassy and want to cut time, there is a small supermarket exactly under the hotel so you don't need to go anywhere u got everything you need.
the bulding is a bit old and the elevator is very narrow and slow the reception is on the 8th floor and they don't have ice bucket nor ice machine other than this was quite good for me

From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the breakfast — even though we showed up late, they were still generous and made sure we didn’t miss out, which we really appreciated. Parking was also available upon request, which made things very convenient for us. A very special thank you to Mostafa and Mamdouh for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service throughout our stay. They truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is on the 8th floor so there's no lobby and no parking or pick up and drop off points as there's always a police car that prevents that Squeaky elevator and almost doesn't feel safe but still works Very old building and doesn't have a nameplate for the hotel

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Town Hotel is tucked away on the top floor of a building that doesn't look like a Hotel at all. You'll have to look closely for the sign! But once you reach 8th floor, you're greated by a clean simple and modern space. The bed was super comfortable. I didn't get to chance to try the breakfast.
They should offer larger towels and toilet paper.
