Ubicación, en pleno centro de la Kasbah pero silencioso. Muy buen desayuno con huevos y zumo natural. Decoración elegante. Personal amable . Muy limpio.

La recepción del Riad estaba en el restaurante dando a la calle. Me cobraron por un tajín de pollo 125Dh. Incomodidad con las cortinas y puertas de la habitación, y la taza del váter se movía. Y lo peor era que las sábanas estaban super rápidas. Parece que no usan suavizante para ropa.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce riad. Gros coup de cœur pour le petit déjeuner, qui était vraiment exceptionnel, généreux et savoureux ! La vue est superbe et apporte beaucoup de charme au lieu. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé la décoration, pensée avec goût et soin, qui crée une atmosphère douce et chaleureuse. La chambre était agréable, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le travail de l’agent d’entretien, qui ne s’est pas contenté de faire un ménage complet mais a également pris le temps de ranger notre chambre avec beaucoup de soin. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons avec plaisir !

Petit point négatif au début du séjour : nous avons rencontré quelques soucis de pression d’eau à notre arrivée. Heureusement, le personnel a été très réactif et a rapidement fait le nécessaire pour résoudre le problème.

This place is so perfect for you stay in Marrakesh. The staff are super friendly and kind and helpful. The space is so beautiful. The room is a good size and very comfortable for two people. Definitely recommend.

Le Riadh été d’une beauté exceptionnelle, proche du centre et de l’aéroport. La décoration et le petit déjeuner étaient incroyables ! On remercie beaucoup le personnel pour leurs gentillesse notamment Mustapha et Abderrahmane qui as rendus nos petits dej inoubliables.

Das Riad ist sehr nett, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Es war sehr hellhörig. Nichts für geräuschempfindliche Leute.

Absolument tout. L’emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville. La jolie décoration du Riad et la propreté. Les petits déjeuners très bons sur le rooftop. Le personnel très accueillant, agréable et disponible. Un grand merci à Moustapha, très gentil et très serviable qui nous a fait profiter des bons plans autour du Riad (Hammam et massage entres autres). Je recommence vivement ce Riad et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

J’ai aimer le rooftop vue sur la mosquée. J’ai aimer la cuisine à notre disposition avec café, thé, et bouteille d’eau frais gratuit.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique Riad. Tout était parfait : les chambres étaient très propres, le petit-déjeuner délicieux, la qualité des produits très bonne et même des bouteilles d'eau à volonté en libre service. La localisation parfaite aussi! Sans parler du fait que tout le monde était aux petits soins avec notre bébé de 23 mois. Tout le monde l'adorait et spécialement Mustafa qui était juste adorable et incroyable avec notre petit! C'était parfait, un tout grand merci à vous tous!

Jeg havde desværre ikke en god oplevelse på hotellet. Opholdet levede ikke op til mine forventninger, og der var ikke noget, jeg reelt set kunne fremhæve som positivt.

Vi havde desværre en meget dårlig oplevelse på hotellet. Værelset var ekstremt fugtigt, og luften var så tung, at det føltes som at opholde sig i en svømmehal – både pga. fugten og lugten. Det var svært at trække vejret inde på værelset. Sengen var meget hård og føltes som at sove på beton, belysningen var ekstremt dårlig, og der var ingen spejle. Vi havde på forhånd spurgt hotellet, om de havde strygejern, hvilket de bekræftede. Da vi ankom, havde de selvfølgelig ikke noget, og vi endte med selv at skulle ud og købe et i et center. Adgangen til hotellet var også besværlig, da man skulle igennem en restaurant for at komme ind og ud, og hoveddøren var altid låst. Som prikken over i’et bankede receptionen på vores dør kl. 23:00 for at få os til at betale city tax på 35 euro – aftenen før vi skulle flyve tidligt næste morgen. De havde haft en hel uge til at ordne det, men valgte alligevel at gøre det sent om aftenen. Derudover stod der dagligt mænd foran hotellet, som konstant forsøgte at lokke os ind i en butik med aromaer og arganolie. Vi blev stoppet af mindst fire forskellige mænd flere gange om dagen og spurgt, om vi ikke ville ind og kigge. Vi tror, at de får betaling fra butikken for at anbefale gæster, hvis man købte noget. En af mændene sad endda ofte inde i hotellets restaurant og var pænt klædt på, så det var uklart, om han arbejdede på hotellet eller ej. Vi forsøgte længe at være høflige og sige “nej tak”, men efter at være blevet spurgt over 15 gange blev det meget påtrængende og ubehageligt. Alt i alt en meget skuffende oplevelse, som vi ikke kan anbefale.

I absolutely loved my stay at Casa Kasbah!! The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful, especially Mustafa. Our room was beautifully decorated, super clean and spacious. The food was so tasty, I can say that my favourite chicken lemon tagine is from Casa Kasbah, so delicious!!! I will be definitely coming back.

Location was perfect for parking our car close by and the Riad was still in the Kasbah. Nice thick towels, super friendly staff, great breakfast

Coffee was terrible, really need to either change coffee brand or look at other ingredients. Also be aware all rooms have a shower No baths contrary to advertising.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, la décoration soignée des chambres et des espaces communs, et la propreté. Le petit plus : le fait qu’il y ait une petite cuisine à disposition avec possibilité de se faire un café, un thé ou prendre une bouteille d’eau à tout moment.

Malheureusement, le personnel n’était pas agréable ni souriant, surtout le personnel du petit déjeuner. Concernant la literie, elle n’est pas des plus « confortable », mais je pense que c’est propre à bon nombre de riads à Marrakech…

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hatte sogar eine. Küche in der man Kochen konnte und täglich gratis Wasser nehmen konnte. Am Anfang unseres Aufenthalts war unser Zimmer sehr kalt, als wir jedoch dann herausgefunden haben, wie man mit der Klimaanlage wärmen konnte, war es besser. Leider ist uns auch die Toilette verstopft, wahrscheinlich weil wir nicht wussten, dass man kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette werfen darf. Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hat uns geholfen.

Frühstück konnte man zwischen 3 Gerichten auswählen, welche nicht unbedingt unserem Geschmack entsprachen. Ein Buffet wäre für uns toller gewesen. Personal hat das Zimmer während des Aufenthalts nicht geputzt.

Breakfast was fabulous, they had 4 different sorts on offer and you could try a different one each day. It was also available for 2 hours so no need to rush in the mornings.

It was a bit noisy at night but that was due to the location

Charming riad. Our room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the central courtyard. The location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient; they responded quickly and enthusiastically to any requests we made. They made sure our stay met our expectations, and in some aspects even exceeded them. The riad has a rooftop restaurant; the food is good and the prices are reasonable. We had dinner there on our first night and received a discount for being guests of the riad. The breakfast is varied and very good. The bed is very comfortable, as are the pillows. I would especially like to thank Soukaina and her entire team for making our stay so pleasant. If we ever return to Marrakech, we would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi signal did not reach our room, which is an important point to improve.

Lovely Riad in a great location. The hospitality was warm and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Marrakech.

Great location. The restaurant is very good and the mint tea was excellent.

The room lock is a joke – the door could be opened just by pushing it. I informed the receptionist and was promised it would be fixed, but nothing changed. There was no heating, which made the stay uncomfortable in January. Breakfast was very poor.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, wir konnten sogar zwischen 4 verschiedenen Menüs wählen. Die Lage war gut, direkt am Rand der Medina. Und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Ausblick beim Frühstück gefiehl uns auch, man konnte auf der Dachterrasse das Atlasgebirge sehen, und ein Storchennest.

Das Zimmer sah ansprechend aus, was aber störte, das Fenster im Bad, welches zum Innenhof zeigte, ließ sich nicht schließen, der Schlauch in der Dusche war undicht, es war ziemlich dunkel im Zimmer, und auch kalt, da es keine Heizung gab. Beim Frühstücken war es auch richtig kalt, da der Heizpilz ebenfalls nicht funktionierte

The room I was in on the second floor was SO LOUD. It was on the other side of the kitchen so you could hear people talking and banging pans and moving chairs loudly until past midnight. There was also a lot of banging going on elsewhere within the riad until late but didn’t know why. I also woke up to the strangest smell of a dead animal one morning. Unsure where that was coming from.

The Riad was wonderful, very clean and the people working there very gentle and helpful. They make us feel as home. Especially Mustafa help us with everything, giving us useful information about everything. They have a small kitchen outside the rooms that provided us mineral water, coffee and tea. The breakfast was wonderful. If we come back we definitely stay there again. Thank you for everything wonderful people!!!

De sfeer is heel fijn! Het interieur en de inrichting is ook heel mooi en gezellig. Alles was super fijn! Een lekker ontbijt met ruime keus. Een leuk dakterras met een mooie plek om te eten. Het personeel is super aardig en alles was super geregeld. Het interieur is erg schoon en mooi gezellig ingericht.

De lakens waren voor mij wat matig, een deken bij de lakens was fijn geweest. Ook was het best wel gehorig en kwam er gemakkelijk geluid binnen via de kozijnen van het dakterras en de omgeving, maar het verblijf was echt top en hebben niks te klagen!

Struttura elegante e pulita. Stanze molto confortevoli e dotate di tutto il necessario. Personale super gentile. Soggiornare nella Kasbah è sicuramente meglio della Medina troppo caotica.

Riad was in an excellent location just minutes from the Saadian Tombs and other sites. Had a boho vibe and a rooftop restaurant with great food, juices and views. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Made me feel safe and at home as a solo traveler on my first trip to Marrakech. The guys upstairs make an excellent cappuccino.

La struttura si trova in una zona molto attiva della città. Anche rientrare la sera a piedi è sicuro e semplice. Non è una zona chiusa al traffico e quindi comoda se si ha bisogno di prendere un taxi o un transfer x l’aeroporto. Si arriva direttamente alla porta con l’auto.

La colazione è fissa, non c’è scelta, ma il personale è gentilissimo e accoglie ogni tua richiesta. Non avevano una stampante, cosa abbastanza strana per un hotel nel 2025.

Rooms were spacious and so well decorated! Riad was in an excellent location for taxis and to walk into the medina!

De riad is heel sfeervol ingericht en is gelegen in een rustiger stukje van Marrakech maar wel op loopafstand (circa 20 min) van de drukte en veel bezienswaardigheden. Voor het bezoeken van wat verder gelegen plekken kan je makkelijk een taxi of tuktuk krijgen. Er is keuze uit 4 ontbijtmenu’s die allemaal erg smakelijk zijn en waarbij er ook keuze is uit vegetarische opties. En met daarbij fruit, yoghurt, een warme drank en een jus d’orange. Ontbijten doe je boven op het gezellige dakterras met uitzicht. Op de dag van vertrek (vroeg in de ochtend) stonden er tasjes met een take-away ontbijt klaar. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en vrolijk. Ze helpen je graag met het geven van goede tips voor het doen van aankopen (een stuk goedkoper dan in de meer toeristische winkeltjes die je veelal tegenkomt in de souk). En er is 24/7 iemand aanwezig in de riad, wat een fijn en veilig gevoel geeft. De kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt en in het naastgelegen bijbehorende café kan je altijd genieten van de uitgebreide kaart als je na een dag rondlopen in Marrakech liever dichtbij huis een hapje eet.

Nous avons reçu un accueil inoubliable personnel et totalement à l’écoute et aux petits soins aux petits soins de ses clients. Le Riad est situé à côté de la mosquée hyper accessible votre taxi pourra vous récupérer vraiment à proximité. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner inclus et plusieurs formules étaient proposées en dînant sur place, on a pu bénéficier d’une réduction. J’ai vraiment adoré l’architecture. Chaque jour, nos chambres ont été nettoyées Je recommande fortement !
