Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The apartment was nice and spacious. with a view on the Golden Horn Bay. The location is superb, public transportation, restaurants and coffee shops are very close. Galata tower and Karaköy port is in walking distance. The cooperation with the management was excelent.

Lock on the door was not working properly. I do not like host who pushes and asks multiple times and bothers on WhatsApp to leave 10* review. That does not make sense and makes the accomodation look better than it really is. Would be 9* from me but is 8* due to multiple asks for better review.

لايوجد شطاف ولا يوجد تنظيف للشقه ولا يوجد ادوات نظافه ولا يوجد مساعد لحمل الشنط واذا تحتاج اي مساعده ماتحصل في ناموس ازعاج في الليل اصووات عاليه سيارات وكل انواع الازعاج كان حجزي ل6 اشخاص اتفاجاء انهم قسمونا علي دورين في الدور الاول والدور الثالث وكذب غير مطله علي البحر زي الصور

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Communication with the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment was very clean, and the amenities were great. It's close to the Galata Tower. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. They provide complimentary coffee, tea, and water.
When I arrived, I thought they had given me the wrong room because I thought we were supposed to have a view of the river. I remembered booking the “deluxe room,” thinking it would be the one with the view, but it turned out I had actually booked a room without a view, so I can’t really comment on that. The truth is that the location is fine. The area is a 13-minute walk from the Galata Tower, which isn’t bad, but the only downside is that on the street where the apartment is located, there are a lot of hardware and construction supply stores, which close at night and make it a very dark and lonely street. It’s not very pleasant, but at least you’re close by.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Le propriétaire est très réactif et très prévenant, nous sommes restés 3 semaines et lorsque nous manquions de quelques choses, nous l’avions dans les 30 min. La terrasse est super agréable et l’appartement super cosy, avec tous les équipements.
Il faudrait changer le matelas.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026L’appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité du métro. La vue était très agréable. Le logement était extrêmement propre, équipé d’une climatisation et bien entretenu. Mais surtout le personnel de l’hôtel était réactif, arrangeant et d’une très grande aide, je recommande vivement !

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The location is great, close to the Karaköy ferry and metro station. There are all sorts of restaurants and little shops nearby to a quick bite or a bottle of water all throughout the day. The apartment was very clean, and I liked that there was a couch to make staying in for a night relaxing as well. Everything felt quite spacious. The hosts were very kind, accommodating, and helpful in finding my way around the city. There's an elevator, so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs and the host even offered to help me carry it.
The only thing was that I'm not used to being close to minarets, so it took some getting used to hearing them in the early morning. However, this is nothing that would be either their fault or a reason to stay away from this place. Loved it here!

Так же рядом есть продуктовые магазины, рестораны и очень приличная кофейня, которая открывается в 7 утра. Мам номер был тоже очень хорош - просторный и комфортный. Хороший напор воды, хороший кондиционер.
Мы жили на 2-м этаже (3-й от уровня проезжей) и было достаточно шумно так как под окнами было оживленное шоссе. Ну и еще - на против отеля мечеть и в 4 ночи нас очень громко будили муллы)) Скрипучая кровать, не было микроволновки - но все это не повлияло на оценку.

It was a challenge to get the bags up the narrow stairs to the room, as there was no elevator in our section of rooms.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Size of the room was very comfortable and larger than expected. Its one bed, but the space itself is large enough to invite friends over. Additionally the hosts are well prepared and provided umbrellas to borrow during rainy weather!
Kitchen is not a full kitchen but a kitchenette. You wont starve in Turkey, but if you wish to cook or reheat food, this will not have those appliances. For me this was not a deal breaker.

Reviewed May 8, 2026През последната година ми се налага чест да идвам до Истанбул и всеки път отсядам на различно място, то това определено ми допадна най-много и ще повторя. Разположението е прекрасно - точно до спирка на метрото и на 10 минути пеша от Галата. В близост има магазини и заведения за хапване. Стаята е просторна, чиста и съвременно обзаведена. Гледката към моста е радост за окото.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Buena ubicación, la cama era muy cómoda. La persona con la que charlamos a través de whatsapp fue muy agradable y nos ayudó con lo que necesitamos.
Al llegar, el apartamento olía muchísimo a tabaco, y aunque ventilamos y mejoró se ha mantenido durante toda la estancia. La primera noche casi no pudimos dormir del olor. En el comentario pone habitación cuádruple, nosotros solo éramos dos pero creo que está bien comentar que en el sofá del salón no entran dos personas. Además el sofá tenía quemaduras de cigarro. En la info de la habitación pone “city views” (vistas a la ciudad), cuando lo que ves en frente realmente es un callejón.

Очень удобное расположение, сразу у метро, и при этом внизу Истикляля — не нужно вечером подниматься, чтобы дойти до дома. Квартира чистая, удобная, есть кондиционер, открываются окна, хозяева ооочень приятные люди — разрешили нам выезжать не в 12, а в 13, и помогли с чемоданами. Лучшее место, где я была когда-либо!
Очень забавный лифт, как примерочная в магазине 😂 Это не минус, но нас удивило. И если кто-то не закрыл дверь на этажах выше, приходится подниматься пешком, закрывать дверь, и он поедет

Мне всё объяснили, ответили на все все вопросы, гостеприимные! Буду рекомендовать друзьям, повторно остановилась бы здесь 100%.

El jacuzzi era una gozada despues de todo el dia caminando por Istanbul. La decoración exquisita y las vistas al cuerno de oro y a la Torre Galata eran lo mejor, espectacular. Volveria sin dudarlo.
El apartamento tiene un pequeño problema con los desagues ya que huele un poco a humedad/desague, pero poco. Y tambien que a pesar de haber ascensor sigues teniendo que subir algunas escaleras para coger el ascensor y despues para llegar al apartamento de la ultima planta, lo digo porque iba con carrito de bebe y complicaba un poco las cosas. Para nada es algo malo, un simple comentario para mejorar. Sigo pensando que es un apartamento de 10.

Traveling with young children can be challenging, but the staff made our experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, they were kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs as a family, always ready to assist with anything we asked for. Their support and sense of responsibility really stood out — every request was handled quickly and with genuine care. It meant a lot to us to feel so welcomed and supported while traveling with our little ones. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. We’re very grateful for the hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Locatie is top, binnen 10 minuten wandel je naar de haven van Karakoy of naar de Galata toren. Sleuteloverdracht en contact met de aardige beheerder loopt zeer vlot via whatsapp en de winkel onder het appartement.
Voor ons geen probleem maar de trappen in het traphuis van de appartementen zonder Bosporus-view vragen een zekere maten van fitheid. iets waar je rekening mee moet houden als je minder ter been bent

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026It was near all the sites which were easy to get to by tram or Metro. Berna, our contact, was exceptional as she helped us with travel arrangement, restaurants and answered all our questions!
It would have been nice to meet someone running the hotel.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026J’ai particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse des hôtes, toujours à l’écoute et très serviables. Ils nous ont rendu un grand service en nous envoyant un badge oublié dans la chambre. J’ai aimé le cadre paisible, la décoration soignée de la chambre. La situation géographique est idéale: bien située et proche des commodités.
L’éclairage de la chambre pourrait être amélioré, il est actuellement un peu sombre.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026Great location. Great owner. Big room. Metro, Tram, Bus, Ferry all there in front. Galata tower, Teksim, Karakoy old streets just a walk of 10-15 minutes. Good value for that location.
Toilet was not well fixed to the ground and the water sound from the neighbours while using the toilet. Matrass to completely change. Not comfy for several days stay.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Это прекрасный номер и замечательные люди, которые здесь работают. Мы попросили одеяло и нам дали его в этот же день. Нас не беспокоили, не заходили. В гостинице было тихо. Номер достаточный для трех человек, с учетом того, что мы очень активно проводили время в городе. Мы приехали зимой и было холодно в номере. Но мы использовали обогреватель, который стоял в номере и он хорошо грел.
Единственное, чего не хватило, это тряпок на кухне и мыла для рук (мы жили 7 дней). Но это стоит недорого и мы купили в ближайшем магазине.
