Reviewed Oct 9, 2025这一家酒店处于罗马特米尼火车站附近，走路很便捷就能到，而且一路上都是大路，周围既安静又安全。周围无论是坐地铁还是公交都非常方便。酒店是几个性格很好的，朋友经营的。入住的时候给我们拿水，给我们的房间也打扫得非常干。房间很舒适，既有暖气也有空调，热水也很舒适。口渴了还可以去酒店的公共厨房喝水和喝牛奶。酒店的同事对我们非常友善，早餐我吃完，自带的意大利面条之后，准备自己洗碗，他们还会帮忙洗盘子。每一次从酒店准备出门去罗马市中心玩的时候，他们总是会笑脸相送。他们的友善带给我在罗马非常快乐的体验，以后我再来罗马旅行的时候，如果价格合适的情况下，我还是会第一选择这一家酒店 This hotel is located near Rome Termini Station, within easy walking distance along main roads. The surrounding area is both quiet and safe. Getting around is very convenient, whether by metro or bus. The hotel is run by several friends with wonderful personalities. At check-in, they offered us water, and our room was thoroughly cleaned. The room itself was very comfortable, equipped with both heating and air conditioning, and the hot water was excellent. If you got thirsty, you could go to the hotel’s communal kitchen to have water and milk. The hotel staff were extremely friendly towards us. After I finished eating the Italian pasta I had brought from home for breakfast and was about to wash my own dishes, they even helped wash the plates. Every time we were about to leave the hotel to explore central Rome, they would always see us off with a smile. Their kindness made my experience in Rome incredibly joyful. If I come back to Rome for travel in the future, and if the price is right, I would definitely choose this hotel first.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025У номері було чисто і просторо. Зручний матрас та чиста білизна. Є косметика для душу. Але незручна душова кабінка , хоча і все абсолютно чисто. Гарна шумоізоляція. Телевізор з інтернетом, що не часто трапляється у готелях. Є можливість у загальній кухні зробити каву або чай.
Коли виїжджали , працівник на ресепшен відмовився допомогти викликати нам таксі. А ми не змогли це зробити, бо Bolt у Римі немає. А щоб зареєструвати римський застосунок потрібен італійський номер телефону. Прийшлося йти до вокзалу пішки з важкими валізами

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025El personal. Fue muy atento. Además, teníamos a nuestra disposición agua, café, té... Todo en una zona común de la que podías hacer uso sin problema. ¡Y la ubicación! Muy cerca de la zona centro. A 15 min en autobús o 30 minutos andando. Muy recomendable.
No es que me haya molestado muchísimo, apenas pisábamos la habitación para dormir y ducharnos, pero si me hubiera gustado que estuviera un poquito más limpio.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025・スタッフの対応がよかった。電車の運休に伴い、チェックイン時間が遅くなることを連絡したら、ホテルの入り口で待っててくれ、荷物を運んでくれた。 ・日本人だからかもしれないが、部屋、ベットは十分に広かった。98L用のスーツケースを2台広げ、荷物を整理するには充分。4台でもいけそうな広さ。 ・部屋は暖色系のライトを使用しており、温もりを感じた。化粧は洗面所でした方がやりやすいかも。 ・洗面台は広い。嫁と2人で宿泊したが、お互いの洗面道具を置けるスペースはある。備え付けのドライヤーは風圧が強いため、ロングヘアーの人でもすぐに乾く。 ・シャワーは水圧は強く、お湯も十分に調整が可能。 ・翌朝の朝食(袋に入ったクロワッサン、バナナ、りんご、フルーツジュース)をホテルの方が前日に運んでくれた。朝早くから出かけていたため、携帯しやすい朝食で助かりました。 ・共用部にケトルがあるので、お湯がわかせます ・テルミニ駅から近く、徒歩1分圏内にスーパーがあるため立地は良い
・ホテルがどこにあるかわかりにくいかも。でかでかとした看板はなく、建物の入り口にホテル名がちょこんとある。 ・シャワーヘッドが固定されているタイプのため、日本人からしたら使いにくいかも。

Круглосуточно в свободном доступе питьевая вода и кофе. Пешком до достопримечательностей 30 минут. Рядом много кафе с достойной едой. От вокзала недалеко, но район комфортный. Рекомендую для проживания!

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025I stayed at the hotel for two nights and overall my experience was very positive. The room amenities were excellent, with plenty of toiletries (soap, body lotion) provided for the entire stay. Housekeeping came every day, kept the room tidy, and emptied the bins. The reception service was quick and very polite, and an additional advantage was the luggage storage option after check-out. The only downside was the poor soundproofing, as voices from the neighboring room and noise from the hallway could be heard clearly. Nevertheless, it is a hotel with a very good level of service, and I would recommend it for a short stay in the area.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Nos gustó la localización, estas a 5 mins de termini andando, tienes buses y metro para poder moverte aunque si te gusta patear en 30 mins +- te plantas en la fontan. Tienes cerca la Basilica de Maria la Mayor y bastantes sitios más. Tienen zona común por si te quieres calentar algo. El precio es competitivo para lo que hay por ahí. Está al lado de un edificio del gobierno rodeado de militares por lo que es muy segura la zona la verdad, no os creais lo que dicen que en Termini no es seguro porque he vuelto a altas horas de la noche con mi pareja y súper tranquilos. En general lo recomiendo mucho, servicio de habitaciones sobre las 2 p.m, son cuidadosos y ordenados.

За кольцевой дорогой есть отличный ресторан с рейтингом 4,7. Название не помню. Обязательно попробуйте там салаты и другое. На кольцевой дороге есть магазин ТАБАК, где можно купить билеты на транспорт.
Что-то было, но не помню. Значит, не значительно

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025La ubicación muy práctica y cerca de Termini, barrio tranquilo para andar tarde.( hasta 2200 aprox) Supermercado cerca. Estaba limpio, siempre había personas atendiendo en la recepción, igual para el check in sin problemas. Tenia heladera y aireacondicionado..todo funcionaba Tv funcionaba bien y con canales de aplicaciones para ver.
Lo que me parecio engorroso era la limpieza, no tenía carteles para puerta, ( no gracias, hoy no etc) y a veces por la mañana intentaban entrar a limpiar, capaz dormia o estaba a medio vestir...entiendo q a la vez tendran q chequear como esta la habitación , pero era incómodo.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025To be there was the best option. Clean, free coffee, quiet, nobody distract and next to the main train station. All shops are nearby, almost a city center, 20 min walk away from a big park. Administrators always keep in touch and fix all things and answer questions. So I highly recommend this place 11/10 😊

La camera propio come nella foto, pulitissima e lo staff davvero cordiale, personale della pulizia, reception tutti bravissimi, specialmente la signora della reception che è una persona di una cordialità speciale, a me ha aiutato tanto visto che ero con mio figlio di 8 anni e avevo bisogno di indicazioni e di un orario diverso rispetto le regole riguardo la pulizia mattutina… davvero molto bravi tutti!! Ritorneremo ☺️ Grazie mille!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Empezando con la ubicación, era perfecta. Si bien no estaba cerca de la zona turística, las paradas de buses están a unas pocas cuadras y la estación central (roma termini) a menos de 10min caminando. Luego, la habitación en sí bastante amplia y cómoda, todo muy limpio!
Lo único por recalcar es que la señal del wifi no llegaba a la habitación.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025On arrival the very lovely lady on reception informed us we could be upgraded to a bigger better room if we wanted, for no extra charge. Of course we said yes! The room was bright and more modern looking than the pics I saw of the other rooms. We had everything we needed. There was a shared communal space with basic kitchen (and espresso machine!) Lots of free bottles of water in the fridge. And the best part qas a huge terrace with table and chairs, perfect place to end the night with a bottle of wine after a busy day!

Absence de télévision, je tiens à préciser qu'il manquait le câble d'antenne, pas trop gênant et un manque de prise de courant. La cabine de douche un peu étroite pour les personnes un peu trop costaud.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025La struttura si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da stazione Termini, al secondo piano di un condominio con ascensore. La via è molto tranquilla. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, possibilità di avere the, caffè e acqua gratis. La camera è pulita e abbastanza spaziosa, il bagno pulito. Il letto è molto comodo. In generale alcune cose richiederebbero un pochino di manutenzione, ma con questi prezzi e vista la posizione l'offerta è ottima. Per chi ha bisogno di un appoggio vicino alla stazione è un'ottima soluzione, vicina, pulita e tranquilla!

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Hotel jsme si vybrali kvůli dobré lokalitě v blízkosti hlavního vlakového nádraží a také v pěší vzdálenosti k centru a nejznámějším památkám. Hotelové pokoje i recepce se nachází na 3. patře kam vede historický výtah. Pracovník recepce nás vřele přivítal a byl velice milý a vstřícný, vybavení pokoje bylo dostačující, také velikost pokoje byla pohodlná, pokoj byl prostorný, s dostatkem úložného místa. Vysoké dvojité okna poskytovali výhled do ulice, která ale byla klidná a tichá i večer o víkendu. Manželská postel byla velmi pohodlná, také polštáře i matrace, čisté a voňavé povlečení. Ocenili jsme miniledničku, trezor, klimatizaci, fén a televizi. Možnost připravit si kávu čaj v kuchyňce a balená voda k dispozici se vždy hodí. Doporučuji pro pár na krátkodobý pobyt pokud hledáte výhodnou lokalitu, v blízkém okolí se nachází také několik restaurací s dobrým jídlem, potraviny, zastávka autobusu.
U nás na pokoji chyběli ramínka ve skříni, pro hosty, kteří plánují přijet autem možná bude problém zaparkovat v blízkých uličkách

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025*テルミニ駅に近い。空港シャトルバスにはもっと近い。 *チェックイン前、チェックイン後の荷物の預かりに対応してくれた。 お手洗いも使わせてくれた。 *建物の一部をホテルとしているタイプの宿だったが、道路側のドアが常に開いていて、スタッフも常駐していて助かった。 *すぐ近くにスーパーがある。 *ホテル付近は静かで落ち着いた環境だった。
＊似た名前のホテルがあり、最初は間違えてそちらに行ってしまった。(自分の確認ミス)

Średniowieczny prysznic i cienkie ściany, niestety było słychać wszystko co się działo na korytarzu i u sąsiadów

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Близко к вокзалу(10минут пешком),очень чисто(дают одноразовые тапочки,щётку и др.),очень вежливый персонал.Бесплатный кофе,вода.
Единственный минус,что персонал не очень хорошо говорит по-итальянски.Это не критично,но было бы проще решать некоторые вопросы.
