The property was clean and very cute.

The oven didn’t stay lit and we had difficulty using it. The vintage refrigerator was so cute but didn’t seem cold enough.

Friendly and professional staff. Nice room and very clean. Super close to the beach and great places to eat

It is such a cute beachy hotel it feels like you are on the beach in a far away quaint resort.

This is a cute older hotel. There is a community feel at the property. It's in a great location for walking to the little beach cove! Rustic charm with a full kitchen. The beds are super comfy, if you love a soft mattress! Onsight pool, I chose the upstairs aparetment for the balcony... no beach view, but it was lovely getting fresh air and relaxing out there!!

Wonderful place, location, ser up, staff. Very clean room. Private beach is 3 minute walk. Easy to get around town great location. “I”lol be back!

Cable TV didn't work and manager (who does it all, the best she can), was unavailable/unable to fix.

Wonderful motel – everything was extremely clean and well maintained! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would stay here again anytime. Highly recommended!

It was nice to have a kitchen and table and chairs in the room. The unit is spacious and it feels a bit more like an apartment than a motel room. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. The woman who works in the office was very helpful when we had a problem (we needed a small screwdriver for a pair of glasses) so we appreciated that. The area was quiet at night which was nice. Would stay there again.

Een fijn motel met zowel santa cruz als capitola om de hoek. De dame achter de receptie (vermoed de eigenaresse) is ontzettend vriendelijk. Wij waren met een gezin van 4 waarvan 2 kleine kinderen. De kamers waren opgesplitst in 2 kamers en beide waren voorzien van een tv. We verbleven 3 nachten en er werd elke dag gezorgd voor een opgemaakt bed en schone handdoeken.

Bedden waren wat aan de kleine kant, maar niet ontzettend storend.

Wonderful family atmosphere.....clean comfortable Starbucks next door!

De locatie was top! De eigenaresse was supervriendelijk. De kamer was groot, schoon en had alles wat je nodig hebt. Op loopafstand van strandje. Helemaal leuk!!

Świetna, miła, życzliwa obsługa. Przywitali nas z uśmiechem i dobrym humorem. Czekali na nas długo pomimo że przyjechaliśmy na pobyt dużo później niż wyznaczony czas check in.

The location totbhe beach is fantastic, literally a 2 minute walk. Having the separate kitchen area was also nice.

There's no AC and no security mechanisms on the windows to leave them cracked open as you sleep making safety a concern, especially for female travelers. The shower was small and awkward (we're not big people)and the TV is the size of a laptop.

The view from the balcony was great! The warm welcome from Jane and the friendly, easy feeling around the property was fantastic. They seemed happy to have us as guests which was super refreshing. The walk to the beach was easy and beautiful. I can't say enough how easy it was to have the dog at this location.

Great location, easy parking, spacious rooms with all amenities, wonderful friendly check in, even late at night.

Walls were a tiny bit on the thinner side letting a decent amount of traffic noise, other room noise in. Totally fine with a sound machine or not being a super light sleeper. One of our beds was very comfortable, the other was very soft. This was fine with us because our little kids slept on the soft mattress, but might not be perfect for everyone.

Il motel si trova a circa 15 minuti di macchina dal centro di Santa Cruz e dal Boardwalk. Attorno ci sono diverse attività per fare colazione e mangiare un boccone. Una strada porta direttamente alla spiaggia di Sunny Cove, distante un paio di minuti a piedi.

Too much sand 🤣 Not the hotels fault. They have an outside shower to help clean off sand before swimming in the pool or going into your room.

This is an adorable little motel with 10 or so rooms. The space was bigger than I thought and plenty roomy for our family. The outside pool was a favorite place. There is a Starbucks and a couple of beaches close by.

On the map, it looks quite close to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Wharf, but it's a 15ish minute drive to get there.

Location was perfect. Away from the tourists in nice neighborhood with a 60 second walk to the beach down a private road. Jane in the office was so lovely and kind. I love supporting a family owned business & they did a great job updating the vintage motel. Nothing fancy but it’s cute, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Some might not like that rooms 1 and 1A are close to the road but I really did not have any issue with it. Really could not hear the road even though it was 10 feet from the front door.

The location is perfect, walk to beach 2 minutes walk to many restaurants 5 minutes.

No breakfast. Very clean and great service. Had kitchenette with EVERYTHING! Silverware, cups, dishes, etc.

Old building with thin walls with noise. We watch TV late at night and we're afraid of annoying someone. We would definitely return as it was very clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect. Just a few steps over to a Starbuck's for breakfast and a few more down to a lovely cove to watch the ocean. It was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything one could need for a short stay.

Unfortunately the beach was somewhat littered with remnants of campfires in which plastic bottles had been burned.

Our room, 215 I think, was located off the sidewalk up the hill from beach and thus had a fantastic view from standing outside door. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to bustling area. Beds were comfortable and all was clean. Minor issues: faucet was loose and slid around on cabinet. No creamer or sugar provided w coffeemaker in room, next day we took some from lobby. Curtains were shabby and don’t hang close to wall or window, leaving a wide gap.

It was a room. It was fairly quiet. The TV was a good size.

It didnt feel very safe. The room felt muggy and sticky and everything was dingey or had stains. I didnt event want to sleep under the sheets. The silverware was gross looking. There were screens missing on the windows. There was a loud, consistent squeaking noise for several hours, which finally stopped, so I think it was their laundry room. The bathroom was old and gross. I guess I was expecting a nicer room for the amount I paid. It was fairly quiet at night, so that was good. Will not be staying here again.

Lieu charmant, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Ça sent le propre quand on entre et on s'y sent bien.

Nous étions dans une chambre économique, très proche d'une route passante, donc prévoir des boules quies (ceci dit la gérante nous a prévenu à notre arrivée et nous a proposé un surclassement pour $50). Le lit nous a semblé un peu dur mais pourrait convenir à ceux qui préfèrent les matelas fermes

Perfect location and I absolutely loved that it’s pet friendly! I was greeted by Jane and her dog when I checked in and she was super sweet and down to earth! We stayed in one of the family rooms and it was perfect for my fiancee, myself and our two pets. You are next to a Main Street so understand there may be some noise. But we truly didn’t mind it. You’re literally a 3 min walk to the ocean! I have nothing negative to say about this place except I wish we could’ve stayed longer! We stayed a total of 3 nights and housekeeping is ON IT with providing fresh towels and room upkeep. We would absolutely stay here again!

We love this place. The location can’t be beat, the rooms are super clean and cute, and the folks running this place make you feel like you’re right at home.

Absolutely love this little motel ! Pet friendly. Walking distance to beach. Super nice staff, they are like visiting sweet relatives. Very very clean property inside and out. Feels vintage but updated. Parking right by room. Small number of rooms means it’s cozy and quiet.

The one gardener who was using a blower to blow 3 leaves around by our door for 1/2 hr right when we got there lol Everything looked spotless to us but he kept blowing like he was obsessed with every tiny leaf and made it so noisy, luckily it wasn’t morning.
