Posada Centric Studio Isla Verde

It is situated in a very central location with very close access to a nice beach and with restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery store close by. The area, like all the areas that we visited seemed safe. It is about a half an hours drive to Old San Juan and the forts. The fort by the ocean was very impressive, containing 6 levels. Our host (Tiffany) was very quick to respond to our questions or concerns and was a wealth of information.

When we arrived and approached the building we were praying that it wouldn't be where we had booked, as it looked sketchy. Older than many other buildings around the area and with no curb appeal. (Thankfully the unit we were in was much better than the outside would convey). The studio was clean, AC worked well and had a full kitchen, though we did not use anything but the fridge. The bathroom was quite small and the shower was not the best.

This accommodation offers excellent value for the price. It was perfect for a solo trip. As a woman staying on the first floor, I was a bit concerned about safety and insects, but although there was a little noise, I felt very safe overall and didn't encounter any bugs. The best part was having easy access to the beach just steps away. There were also plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities nearby, which made my stay very convenient.

The pool area doesn't get much direct sunlight, so although I was hoping to tan, it was only possible in the morning. That said, I really liked that it was quiet and never crowded, making it a very relaxing place to spend time.

The property is in a amazing area, right infront of the beach (which has jetski, chair rentals, calm beach, little stands for food), a 30 second walk from walgreens, 4 min drive to the grocery store, and many souvenir shops! the owner stephanie is very very sweet, the cleaning lady was amazing! also amazing area if you are wanting to try a lot of local owned restaurants!

there was a bit of cockroaches but nothing crazy we couldn’t clean up

La ubicación es impecable, el apartamento súper grande y cómodo con todos los utensilios necesarios a disposición.

No hay nada que no me haya gustada, solo que hubiera sido más agradable un poco más de oscuridad en el apartamento para descansar, entraba más luz de que la deseaba, creo que de hecho faltaba un black out en la cocina.

La ubicación con cercanía a la playa y algunos supermercados, así como del aeropuerto. Es grande y luminosa la habitación y la cocina funciona bien.

Fluctuaciones en la presión del agua, que no se nos dijo de los picos de electricidad que afectaban el circuito del aire acondicionado y que requieren fumigación (nos aparecieron unas cuantas cucarachas, pequeñas, pero igual habían). La ducha es muy pequeña.

Location is great! Next to Walgreens and a very short walk to the beach and many food options. The room is very spacious and has a full kitchen, though I ate out during my stay. Host is very friendly and attentive.

Room wasn't as clean as during my previous stay. Welcome mat was caked in hair and there was random strands of hair on the floor throughout the unit. The lounge seat had a big circle stain in it. Ceiling dripped what appeared to be water during my entire stay into a bucket on the floor. Saw a roach in the unit each of the 3 days I was there, even was a very big roach in the shower. Though the price is great and location is awesome I don't plan on staying here again.

Problems with gate

Very clean and comfortable. If you only want to sleep in a nice clean place, then I’d recommend it. It is close to the beach, stores, restaurants and Walgreens. We were out and about all day and night. Only used the room to sleep and take showers.

Location, outside of the room it’s not clean, there is no view at all, no balcony or window you can look out from. It’s very noisy, you will hear everything around you.

Great location -- directly across the street from the beach and close to the airport. There are also two pharmacies within walking distance as well as a host of shops and restaurants. Tiffany was a great host and very kind! Her instructions were clear and made finding and managing everything easy. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The ants were a bit of a nuisance. Even though the hosts provided ant spray, once I did spray the apartment, I went from dealing with live ants in the apartment to dead ants clustered along the baseboards and kitchen sink. I literally had to sweep them up each morning. The apartment is on the first floor facing the parking lot and you can hear everything. The walls are also pretty thin. I definitely recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Great value for money. Lost power during our stay, but host was awesome and brought by a battery pack to run applicances for comfort. Check-in instructions were clear with no problems. Next to the main street for the beach and can get a bit noisy at night. Supermarket, Charlie's Car Rental, and Walgren's Pharmacy just outside the apartment. Address to use for Uber would be the Charlie's Car Rental. Apartment is on the public transit system.

Everything was great, good location and easy to access :) fridge and kitchen for making easy breakfast or lunch. Hot water and ac! Close to the beach :)

Within the room, everything was perfect. Clean, updated and stocked with anything you might need. Beautiful tile flooring. I appreciated the amount of hangers provided in the closet. I had enough for all my clothes. It is a simple space but very tastefully done. Very easy access to the beach across the street.

The interior parking area is a little run down and the community can be a bit noisy in the evenings. It would be easier to find the pool if there was a sign and the pool area could use more than 3 upright chairs.

Great value and very convenient location. The best part was the friendly and helpful staff.

Very low water pressure but that wasn’t really a problem for us - happy to have water at all as I know some very nice hotels even have this issue, very loud at night but that has nothing to do with the property itself - just worth noting, very bright inside at night so bring a sleep mask if that is something you care about. Easy in and out with car and free parking. Super convenient Walgreens two doors down.

The place is very clean, pleasant and so convenient to the beach, Restaurants and everything that is needed when on vacation. I recommend it. Very easy access to the room. Great online communication and instructions.
