The location of the hotel is brilliant, only a few stops away from Central London

It's a basic hotel, we only needed to stay for one night and the hotel delivered. It gave good value for money but it's never going to be a 5 star hotel.

Great service, polite and attentive. Very clean room and bathroom. Attention to detail could be improved (curtain was hanging down off one corner).

No window in the room so it felt a little stuffy even with the aircon on, which was quite noisy and disruptive when trying to sleep (earplugs recommended).

Front desk staff were personable and helpful, when i had too book last minute after my flight was cancelled. Room is not huge (but fair size given this is London) but a huge plus was the air con worked great which meant i got a good night sleep.

Rooms are a little tired but everything is functional and totally fine.

Ingresso ad Hyde park a 3 minuti a piedi. La mia camera era pulita, aveva la doccia grande e il condizionatore. Letto comodo. Bollitore con the e caffè. Tante prese per ricaricare.

La finestra della mia camera a piano terra dava su un cortile interno dismesso con impalcature blocchi condizionatori e un costante rumore di fondo. Si risolve parzialmente tenendo la finestra chiusa. Forse una situazione momentanea ma questa è stata la mia esperienza.

Short walk to Paddington station. Lots of nice cafes/pubs/restaurants nearby. On check-in I was offered an upgrade to a larger room and breakfast. Breakfast buffet spread was decent. Would stay again.

La ubicación es inmejorable, a apenas dos minutos de Hyde Park y muy bien comunicado con la línea Central, lo que hace muy fácil moverse por Londres. El personal fue muy atento y resolutivo en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno está bastante bien y, por 10 libras, nos pareció una muy buena opción teniendo en cuenta los precios de Londres. La habitación estaba bien y, en general, la relación calidad-precio nos pareció buena para la zona.

Nada especialmente destacable. La habitación es sencilla, pero cumple perfectamente y está acorde con el precio y la ubicación.

Perfect 4 nights stay for solo traveler. Small, but clean and comfortable room. Good location. Tubes are like 5-10min away by walk. Really good to explore city first time. Pub is literally 5 steps away. I chose room with no breakfast included and got complimentary free for last morning. Which was nice, food was delicious.

Wir hatten Glück und konnten für 2 Personen ein großes 4Bett Zimmer zu einem günstigen Preis buchen. Dadurch hatten wir genügend Platz, auch für unser Gepäck. Die Betten waren richtig super. Pflegemittel im Bad waren vorhanden. Die Lage des Hotels prima. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Paddington Station, damit perfekte Anbindung zum Flughafen Heathrow. 3 Minuten Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle und U-Bahnstation am Kensington Park. Das Frühstück war okay, es war alles da und für 10£ in London kann man nicht meckern.

Ich mag eigentlich keine Teppichböden in Hotels, besonders nicht im Zimmer. Etwas mehr Ablageflächen im Bad und Haken für Handtücher wäre schön.

Jeg havde tre overnatninger på Elysse Hyde Park. Jeg har været meget tilfreds med mit ophold. Jeg havde værelse på fjerde sal, enkeltsengsværelse. Det var varmt, men der er aircondition, der fungerer fint. Værelset har præcis det der er behov for. Der er rent sengetøj, rene håndklæder, udskiftes dagligt. Det er et lille værelse, men meget standard på et London værelse. Badeværelset er småt, meget lille brusekabine, lille håndvask. Det fungerer fint, med mindre man er en stor størrelse. Alt er dog rent og pænt. Morgenmadbuffet, er standard fra London. Der er et fint udvalg english breakfast, brød, smør og ost mm. Personalet er meget behagelige, venlige og smilende, og serviceminded. Lokation er super fin, har et park ligger lige nede for enden af vejen. Der er cirka 1,3km Marble Arch/ Oxford Street. Det er helt klart et hotel, hvor jeg godt kunne booke igen, næste gang jeg skal til London.

Små værelser, men der opvejes af de positive sider, så som beliggenhed, rent og stort set ingen trafikstøj.

Fantastic staff I couldn’t praise the reception staff enough for their welcoming nature and friendliness’s. Location is also fantastic if you’re wanting to visit all of Londons main attractions. Hyde Park is a fantastic area and a 25-35 min walk will take you through the beautiful Hyde park and then Buckingham Palace followed by Westminster etc, Big Ben etc. The Hyde Park area also has fantastic pubs all within 5 mins walking of the Hotel. Location is easily this place best thing. Must try the property breakfast and also Mitre Pub or Shiela’s cafe directly across the road, or the Swan Pub, which has the best meals ever for a pub and its 3 mins around the corner. Lancaster Gate is the local underground station which can get u to London Bridge, Westminster etc within 13 mins and Paddington station is about 8 mins walk and that has acesss to the larger overground trains up north to Manchester, Liverpool etc, or even the Elizabeth line with runs directly to and from Heathrow Airport!

The rooms are definatly small as we booked a room for 2 adults with 2 single beds. Not any room to put suitcases on the floor open but it’s not a complete deal breaker as when you’re in London you don’t spend much time at the room anyway.

Staff were great, beds very comfortable, clean rooms and has aircon. Bodywash provided and a kettle with tea/coffee. Quiet street and easy access to Padington station (10min walk).

Aircon is an on/off situation so it stays one temperature and speed. You can adjust it but then it changes straight back to preset. The shower head was in need of replacement. You couldn't properly shower as the water sprayed in all directions.

The location was brilliant but most importantly the staff were so extremely friendly and helpful Nothing was too much for them to accommodate me especially with tour bookings and helpful suggestions on getting around in London Had breakfast included, a room upgrade, earlier check in which was wonderful after travelling for over 24 hours

Absolutely spot-on location, just a couple of minutes' walk from Hyde Park and the Tube. The room was immaculate, lovely and quiet, and very comfortable. Brilliant value for money for central London - we'd happily stay again in a heartbeat!

Not far from a main station and the tube, next to Hyde park and relatively quiet pretty street! Breakfast was good and all the staff made me and my son feel very welcome, and they store bags for free which is amazing. Beds comfy, rooms spotless, no sirens throughout the night and a tv that actually works!

Rooms are small but adequate for a short stay. If you like big spacious rooms it’s not for you.

Room was a reasonable size, had air con which was great given the outside temps were high. Room had an en suite shower room, shower was good with decent pressure cubicle was a little on the smaller side but all was clean. Hairdryer was excellent and there were tea and coffee facilities and a room safe, luggage storage and clothing hanging rails. They allowed us to check in early as they had a room available, free of charge and offered us a complimentary breakfast one morning of our stay at no additional cost.

Nothing really to criticise

Staff was great, friendly and helpful.. Very accommodating. I especially like the location; only 2 min walk to Hyde Park or tube. As I am a walker, I found it enjoyable to tour on foot key areas such as Covenant Gardens, Soho and the theatre districts all from the hotel.

Only negative is personal. I do not like lower level bkfst rooms without windows.

J ai été très agréablement surprise et satisfaite de l accueil chaleureux que l on m a réservé dans cet Hôtel. M Philippe un monsieur gentil et conciliant..ça reste tout de même rare ! Tout était top, joliment décoré, très propre. Absolument rien à dire. Petit déjeuner excellent avec croissants tout chaud en plus ainsi que du salé. J y retournerais c est sur et je le recommande vivement. Faites moi confiance, c est le premier qui m à charmé et convaincu!.

L’emplacement, la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel, la salle de bain propre et faite tous les matins. Petit déjeuner abordable et très varié.

Les murs sont fins comme du papier à cigarette, du coup, ça peut être bruyant (voisins qui rentrent tard ou enfants qui crient ou pleurent, le voisin qui essaye de brancher sa prise, etc). Insonorisation très mauvaise (murs) et pas de double vitrage (comme partout en GB).

Lo staff è stato veramente molto gentile,disponibile e pronto ad aiutarmi. Nonostante fossi arrivata in anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in sono riusciti a trovare una soluzione e a farmi anche upgrade di camera,così sono riuscita riposare. Camera pulita e letti comodissimi. La colazione è varia e molto buona,perfetta per ogni esigenza. Posizione comoda vicino a Paddington ma in una strada tranquilla in cui non si sentiva confusione esterna né la sera né la mattina.

The perfect to stay in london with a great location without spending to much money!

La Posizione è comodissima ai servizi, in una zona piena di hotel, ristoranti e piccoli supermercati aperti 24/24 a due passi da Paddington e altrettanti dalla fermata di Lancaster gate, servita egregiamente dai mezzi pubblici. Lo staff è davvero accogliente e attento, qualsiasi richiesta è stata esaudita e ci hanno anche offerto una colazione. La Camera era piccola ma perfetta per due persone e molto pulita.

Il condizionatore montato proprio sopra il letto.

The hotel is in an excellent location. 5 mins from Paddington and across the road from Hyde Park and only a few minutes to Lancaster Gate station on the central line. The room was really quiet and me and my daughter both slept really well. The breakfast is good value for money and the staff couldn’t be friendlier ☺️. It’s an excellent base for a short stay in London.

Great location. Near to the underground. Comfy bed. Fluffy clean towels changed every day. Tea and coffee making facilities. Booked two days originally and then booked an extra night. The concierge sorted it out so that we stayed in the same room. We also got complimentary breakfast for the 3 days. Really enjoyed our stay !!! Would definitely come back. Great value for money. Also lovely and quiet for a relaxing stay.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de cet hôtel, à proximité de Hyde Park et des transports en commun. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, avec une mention spéciale pour le monsieur de la réception, particulièrement sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié. C’est déjà mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et, sans hésitation, j’y reviendrai lors d’un prochain séjour à Londres. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande !

La ubicación es excepcional, al lado del Hyde Park y una parada de metro muy cerca. El personal esta muy atento y son muy amables. Relación calidad-precio esta muy bien. Tienes lo necesario en la habitación. El desayuno es bastante completo.

Lo único que echamos en falta fue que no había la típica nevera de mini bar.

Sicuramente la posizione e la gentile disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Buona soluzione per la colazione a buffet (difficile trovare un buon rapporto qualità prezzo in zona). Bagno in camera di buone dimensioni. Pulizia quotidiana della stanza. Ascensore, silenzio e quiete.

Non è un problema dell'hotel in se ma, come risaputo, gli spazi delle camere a Londra per questa fascia di prezzo sono un po' risicati. Accoglienti ma piccini.

I’m so tired of paying $200+/ night for mediocre hotel rooms. When I checked into my room my TV didn’t work. Got someone to look at it but ended up moving me to another room. This room on street level so I had to keep curtains closed to prevent people looking in. Then 2nd night AC stopped working at 2 in the morning. This during a heat wave. Got that fixed. Unable to open or use Room safe. Bedside lamps not bright enough to use so had to have bright awful overhead lights on all the time. Breakfast was so-so. Scrambled eggs watery and I found a large piece of eggshell in my scoop. Sausage and bacon sad looking. Hallways run down and with blistering and pealing paint and sheetrock. Only positive is closeness to Paddington station and bed linens were nice.

I stayed in this hotel twice and I would stay again when i come back to London. For both stays I booked single room and they upgraded for free to a double bedroom which is a bounce. The place near by to restaurants and not too far from the tube/train station. As well it has an AC in the room which was so convenient during the heat wave

Un hôtel très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied des stations Lancaster Gate et Paddington, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements à Londres. Le quartier est agréable et calme, avec un mini-supermarché juste à côté et plusieurs très bons restaurants à proximité, notamment le restaurant italien Bizzarro, que je recommande vivement. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil, accueillant et serviable. La chambre était nettoyée chaque jour, avec un service très appréciable. Un très bon voisinage, un emplacement pratique et une équipe adorable. Je recommande sans hésiter ! 🇬🇧❤️

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un quartier calme et agréable, tout en étant très proche des stations de métro et de bus .C’est particulièrement pratique pour visiter Londres et se déplacer facilement. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis : le personnel est chaleureux, souriant et attentionné. On sent une vraie volonté de rendre le séjour agréable. La propreté est au rendez-vous, avec un ménage effectué chaque jour et une chambre bien entretenue. Les serviettes changées chaque jour par contre la housse de couette reste la même tout le séjour. Autre avantage : des minis supermarchés ,des restaurants et des cafés à quelques mètres de l'hôtel Au final, c’est surtout l’emplacement, l’accueil, la propreté et l’atmosphère du quartier qui nous ont fait apprécier cet hôtel. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had a really good experience at this hotel. We stayed here with our 3-month-old baby, and overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay. The English breakfast buffet was excellent and, at £10 per person, it was a real bargain. We actually received it complimentary from the hotel, which was a lovely touch. There was a good variety of food, including a full English breakfast, small desserts such as yoghurt and jelly, fresh fruit, and a coffee machine with plenty of choices. The breakfast was definitely worth the price, especially for London and the hotel’s location so close to Hyde Park. The hotel is located in a nice and peaceful area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Many of London's attractions are close by as well. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable. One thing we particularly appreciated was that the hotel had both a lift and air conditioning. Compared with many other hotels in London, especially those in similar price ranges, where most of the time there is no lift, having a lift and aircon was a big advantage. Since we were travelling with our 3-month-old baby, having a lift was especially helpful. With a pram and luggage, not having to use the stairs made things so much easier and more convenient. Overall, we felt the hotel offered very good value for money, especially considering the location, facilities, cleanliness, and friendly service. We would be definitely staying here again.
