Security und Modern schön und gut, aber alles über 1 Karte zu regeln (bei 2 Personen etwas umständlich), selbst unten den Eingang oder Aufzug.

Keinerlei Infos vorab über den Apartmentkomplex und Security Check in. Man weiß also nicht auf welchem Level der Pool oder die Terrasse ist. Laut Folder im Apartment soll Waschpulver von Ihnen benutzt werden (jedoch nix vorhanden). Auch kein Trinkwasser vorhanden! Kommunikation nur über what's app, was mühsam ist. Apartment hatte einige Mängel. Check in Prozess wird per what's app geschickt, wurde dann kurzerhand geändert ohne Infos.

The view from this unit is very outstanding. From the window you can easily see Merdeka 118 Tower at your left. Easily can access Mamak, 7Eleven, Chinese Muslim Food & Grocery Shop outside this building walking distance about 50 meters. You can take a picture with the Merdeka 118 Tower background on the 6th floor which can access the swimming pool and mini golf course. At the 46th floor, you can see KL Tower, KLCC Twin Tower and TRX.

Perfect stay in Bukit Bintang, clean and well-equipped apartment. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The view of the city with the Merdeka Tower is magnificent, the swimming pool is huge. Checking in independently is very easy and the gentleman who manages the apartment is very efficient and charming. Great report quality price for this apartment close to everything. Small point to note: the wait for the elevators is very fast unlike other buildings in Kuala Lumpur…

Super Lage, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Host

Türschloss Code sehr kompliziert gewesen. Ständig gesperrt und Eintritt in die Wohnung verzögert. Einmal kamen fremde Menschen bei uns rein und hatten unser Türpasswort weil sie vorher drinne gewohnt haben. Aber unmöglich dass ske zutritt zu unserer Wohnung haben. Sicherheitsrisiko!!!! Sie könnten auch was klauen wenn wkr nicht da gewesen wären. In der Wohnung waren überall krabbelnde Kakerlaken und insekten. Man sah sie Abends.

Hygiene not so great, stains on towels, bed sheet etc. Im pretty sure i saw a bed bug in the living room, shower head broken. I showered 2 nights with cold water, inside lock broken. Sometimes there is a queue for the lift, so expect some time to go up or down

Very clean apartment. Hot quick response everything. Check in instructions very smooth. Big living area and the view was amazing. You can feel the eyes bird view from the room.

The view was nice & host very active.

It was a short stay because I needed to dropped some family at the KL Airport the following day. Beautiful Place with straight forward Check-In. The Host is so welcoming & replies on time 🥰. We slept in the South Suites (43 Floor) with 2 Comfortable bedrooms with Stunning & breathtaking views 😍 One (1) Shower with a Toilet on a separate room. Bonus with a Kitchen and Washing Machine plus we enjoyed the night washing in the swimming Pool on Level 6. Which the pool closes at 10pm. I personally recommend the place The Robertson Residence located in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Easy access to all Eating places and Shopping Malls plus sightseeings.. Im so glad I had a plesant stay with my family. If I have a chance I would go back to this same place again and again.

WiFi did not work for few days Shower head broken Single bed bed-base is broken. The bed spring sticking out. A simple mattress protector would have made a difference The handle for the window at the hall broken. If it falls can cause serious injuries.

We've stayed several times before and had a good time. We always like the location, the view, the convenient stores and restos downstairs (as well as GBB -worth exploring!). The staff was helpful and tried hard to nitigate some of the issues I'm describing below.

Well, this time we didn't had a great experience. A few of the issues: - we were at the 41st floor and the elevators couldn't handle the load and had no AC working either, on one of the days it took us over 1h to go downstairs (no exaggeration) with a sweaty and very very upset baby... - we booked 2 apartments (we were traveling with extended family) which turned out to be on 2 different floors with no way of getting from one floor to another (the access card only allows you access to your own floor) - 1 access card per apartment even if the apartment had 3 rooms and 5 people staying - 3 of the "rooms" in these apartments were not actual rooms, but plastic partitions, no real sound insulation or privacy - very uncomfortable beds in these additional "rooms", too - it wasn't very clean - stained sheets, dark hair everywhere on the floor (we're blonde/red) Overall, a very disappointing experience. We won't return....

Its located at center of the city, near Lalaport, times square, Pasar seni and bukit bintang. Near the monorel station but have to walk for a bit. Magnificent view of PNB 118 Merdeka tower during sunrise and sunset

Given only one access card, so it is hard if you had group members that need access at different time.

The apartment was spacious was so nice having a lounge and own rooms. bathroom great size. Felt very secure and safe. Host was easy to contact and replied everytime asked a question etc. I loved the area especially the cafe, restaurants and little marts right next door! apartment accommodation was clean and tidy. we would definitely be back again! Pool is amazing and garden rooftop beautiful with the best views!

It was great, pleasant & hygienic. Your guide was clear to me, will repeat for sure. Thanks for the hospitality.

This apartment is advertised alongside 2 others - you see nice photos but in reality it's not what you get - we got the worst. The living space has no window, the second bedroom is a mattress on the floor. It was impossible to relax here. Would not stay again.

Place is clean n complete w necessity. Staff is warm when attending calls. Easy check in/out. Place near to amenities. Recommended stay.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und wir bekamen immer eine schnelle Antwort! Der Check in verlief völlig unkompliziert 👍 Die Lage ist super. Wir waren im 33. OG und es war tatsächlich ruhig nachts. Im Vergleich zu anderen Apartments gab es kein Warten an den Fahrstühlen. Der Pool ist schön groß!

the location was perfect! Jalan alor was just a short walk away. There was also a few delicious restaurants right by the entrance of the apartment. Would defintely book here again!

High floor, good view. Near prominent landmarks such as Merdeka 118. There are eateries and a supermarket conveniently located downstairs. Overall a very good place to stay.

Train station is a little far away. There seems to be an abandoned construction project right next to the place, making it a little unpleasant to look at.

Habitación con cocina y salón, amplio y limpio. La piscina está genial con vistas al Merdeka. Justo debajo hay varios restaurantes, tiendas y cafeterías. Y cerca un par de centros comerciales.

L’allotjament es troba dins d’un complex anomenat The Robertson Residence. Dins de Booking hi ha altres opcions d’apartaments que també es lloguen. En concret amb aquest arrendatari tot a anat molt bé, les claus les agafes tu mateix al arribar en una bústia. Hi ha molta seguretat. El pis es troba a la planta 43 i hi ha molt bones vistes de la ciutat

Appartement bien grand et propre, literie confortable, hote réactif et arrangeant . Le logement était parfait !

Je ne le compte pas dans la note car ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôte mais qui est bon à savoir, les bulles du jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas donc il n'y a qu'une 2 ieme piscine sur le toit du bâtiment nord et non un jaccuzi. Iil n'y a que 8 chaises longues au niveau de la piscine principale pour l'ensemble des usagers des 2 bâtiments. Et ils sont dans des états pas terrible.

L’appartement est spacieux et très propre . La vue sur la ville avec la tour Merdeka est magnifique, la piscine est immense . L’arrivée de façon autonome se fait très facilement et le monsieur qui gère l’appartement est très efficace et charmant . Super rapport qualité prix pour cet appartement proche de tout . Petit point à prendre en compte :l’attente aux ascenseurs est très rapide contrairement à d’autres immeubles dans Kuala Lumpur

Het uitzicht vanaf de hoge verdiepingen is geweldig! De locatie is op loopafstand van zowel Chinatown als Bukit Bintang.

Mr. Khayer is the best host ever, he makes our stay very comfy, we would love to come back next year because of him! The location is very nice, my baby girl enjoys the swimming pool every morning, followed by a walk to GMBB. I feel like it’s our home away home. Highly recommend to families with little ones.

Pour le prix de la chambre j'ai trouvé que la chambre n'était pas nickel. Hormis le ménage le reste était parfait Personnel dans l'hôtel aimable.

吹風機較簡易且老舊，內部卡了許多頭髮。洗衣機也累積較多洗衣粉污垢。

Location was good and the apartment clean

There were insufficient cups and glasses which we received only 1 more of each on our last day. The safe and cooker weren't working and only 1 lift pass was completely impractical as everyone had to go and come back in together. No information pack or instructions
