Habitaciones sin moqueta, las camas eran comodas y el baño estaba bien. En general bien. El desayuno no esta mal. El personal es agradable. La ubicación es buenísima hay lineas de bus cerca que puedes moverte por toda la ciudad.

Rekha at the front desk was such a star, she helped us with our luggage and was super friendly! Overall the room was good and clean, and the location was very convenient.

Our room was in the basement so the wifi was a little weak, but it was not a problem for our stay.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags with staff before checking in and after we checked out to make it easier with our transportation times and not have to carry bags around the city. Breakfast was tasty each morning and the room was clean. The neighborhood was also nice and close to the Tube, the British museum, and many restaurants.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique pour visiter la ville. L'hôtel est un peu bruyant ( la rue est passante et on peut entendre les voisins si ils sont un peu bruyants). Les chambres sont simples, les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain est petite mais pour quelques jours c'est suffisant. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et très gentil.

Si on a le sommeil léger, il faut prévoir les bouchons d'oreilles. La chambre que nous avions n'était pas très grande pour 3.

Lite lyhört, liten toa med trång duschkabin. Men det klarar man av.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in and the location was very central, just a short walk to Oxford street area.

On the whole it was great value considering the low amount we paid for the room. The room was a little small and a bit dated, but it was clean with a comfy bed; considering what we paid was worth the money

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et tout à fait bien par rapport au prix. Rekha nous a reçu d’un manière professionnel et attentive, avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de gentillesse. Merci!

Lo que no me gustó fue que había que elegir horarios para el desayuno y el primer día por ejemplo nos tocó desayunar a las 7:30 AM porque ya no había más cupo a ninguna otra hora. Además, la habitación que nos tocó estaba en la planta baja justo al lado de la recepción y se escuchaba cada vez que alguien tocaba el timbre para pedir permiso para entrar en el edificio y se escuchaba cada vez que las personas bajaban a desayunar, ya que estaba al lado del comedor y eso no fue muy agradable.

The location of this hotel is excellent for the tube and theatres. Walking distance of a lot.

Stayed in room 2 downstairs under the dining room. From 7am there was chairs scraping and very loud footsteps coming through the ceiling. Very noisy and woke us up. There was a mirror in the wall about 8ft in the air which was pointless and where there was a mirror there was no socket for the hairdryer - that was on the other side of the room. Wardrobe was only half height so for ladies having dresses to hang up they were mostly on the floor. No mirror above the desk near the sockets. Would not recommend this room.

E' un piccolo hotel in ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e centrale. L'hotel è vecchiotto, con la classica moquette sporca ed un arredamento piuttosto spartano. La stanza era molto piccola, ma pulita. Bisognerebbe investire in qualche miglioramento, potrebbe diventare più carino.

La colazione. La qualità della colazione era veramente scarsa, andrebbero migliorati proprio di ingredienti utilizzati. Probabilmente il prezzo del soggiorno era in linea con quanto proposto per quella categoria a Londra, ma rispetto a quanto offre è decisamente molto caro.

Room allocated was too small for a couple’ should be fine for a single person. Was down stairs felt very Chlostrophobic. No wardrobe space to hang dresses ect far to small. A fridge would have been nice in the room although not enough space for one . Shower room nice clean but toilet position made awkward to use as when sitting door was too close. No sauces offered or kept for breakfast?

Instalaciones viejas, y no limpiaron ni un solo día, tampoco cambiaron las toallas, pero nos las mezclaban. El desayuno era continental e inglés, pero con poca variedad, y según pasaban los días, iban faltando algunos productos.

Tiempo limitado y hora fijada para el desayuno. Si no se quiere English Breakfast hay que pedir el pan tostado. Lo lógico es que cada cliente pueda coger lo que quiera cada día. Las habitaciones son pequeñas. La nuestra, de tres camas, tenía un armario mínimo. Hacía muchísimo calor y cuando dijimos que dónde se podrían meter las colchas y mantas, nos dijeron que las metiéramos en el suelo debajo de la cama porque ellos tampoco tenían mucho más sitio. Es decir, las mantas que ponen, andan por el suelo...

El alojamiento tiene buena ubicación y buen desayuno eliges el tipo de desayuno que quieres sea inglés , vegetariano etc, te lo sirven y algunas cosas como cereales, dulces es como bufett. Los recepcionistas son muy amables y antentos. Lo recomiendo para alojarse, habitaciones pequeñas pero para la función que tienen en un viaje está bien.

La antigüedad de las instalaciones, las sábanas sucias, la puertas de la ducha estaban rotas y sólo cambian papeleras y hacen la cama.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very thin walls, so we could hear every single word of conversation in the room next door. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. The breakfast was disappointing: bacon and sausage hardly cooked, vegetarian breakfast just the English breakfast with meat taken off and mushrooms added.

I like the facility but the standout for me is always the customer service made by Mark, Sander and Ryka. I emphasized that any good facility without great customer service experience is nothing. I admire The Marker Hotel for giving me the London experience I that I need. However, I noticed that kitchen people were not that fund of helping guest move luggage up from the stairs and they just looks and glance at me like they didn't see anything. I also grab 2 hot water for coffee moving to the garden but they didn't care about my struggles but maybe since it's not part of their job so will just stair at each other.

Probably the stiff stairs and the absence of bidet. I hope they improve installing bidet.

The staff were very friendly and available 24 hours a day, which made us feel welcome. The air conditioning worked well, and although the bathroom was quite small, it was modern, clean, and clearly recently renovated.

Unfortunately, the room felt very tired and in need of refurbishment. The furniture was basic, worn, and some pieces were damaged. The bedside table was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable, with a springy mattress and a weak, creaky bed frame. The lighting was poor, with no bedside lamp for reading, making the room feel impractical. The carpets were also old and gave the room an overall unclean feeling, even where they may have been vacuumed. At around 7:00 a.m., we were woken by extremely loud thumping and banging noises from the room above, sounding as though heavy furniture was being dragged across the floor. As this was a basement room (Room 2), the noise carried directly through the ceiling from the breakfast room and was impossible to ignore.

החדרים קטנים מאוד, היינו זוג ומתבגר והיה די צפוף. המקלחת קטנטונת, לא היה מספיק מקום לאחסון פריטים ואנחנו באנו לשבוע אז זה היה חסר.

Great location, comfortable beds, very helpful staff. Everywhere was really clean and all the basics were provided for. The hotel was exactly what I expected for the price in that location.

A more flexible breakfast choice.

La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, si trova in una zona tranquilla e con tutto ciò che serve a 5 minuti a piedi. Il prezzo dell’hotel è buono considerando la posizione e i servizi, ma soprattutto considerando che tutto sommato si sta bene anche se è piccolo e tante cose potrebbero essere migliorate. La ragazza alla reception merita un 10 e lode, massima disponibilità e cordialità.

Tante piccole cose che abbiamo comunque accettato considerando il tutto… ma per esempio noi eravamo nella stanza 3 e per aprire la finestra bisognava inventarsi un modo per tenerla aperta e anche poco. La camera è piccola ma trovando il giusto compromesso per mettere le cose si trova una soluzione per viverci 10giorni e altro…

This is such a basic, crummy hotel for the price - really avoid staying here - no aircon, tiny, dirty and outdated.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. The garden area. The fact we could leave our bags before travelling f home.

Maybe a more secure place to leave luggage, eg, a cupboard (rather than in the dining area)

Comfy bed with nice linen, lovely shower and good towels. Very clean throughout. Fair breakfast for the money..Lovely helpful staff. Would 100% stay again. Ideal clean, budget friendly little hotel with nice garden not too far from Euston. Also variety of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. All the staff were fabulous and extremely helpful. The Manager went above and beyond for me that I won't detail but you dont get better in customer service. I was a female traveller on my own and felt safe in the hotel and surrounding area.

Not a bad room size for the money but I couldn't walk down the side of the bed easily. Also worth bearing in mind if you have mobility issues - you do have to climb stairs. The decor is a little tired in places but again the price reflected that. Got woken up early due to a lot of noise in the morning. I think I was under the breakfast room Some/one people/person were dragging their chair and either doing gymnastics or stomping about. Or a loose rhino maybe? To be fair it may have been one noisy person because it stopped even though breakfast was in full swing. I only mention for accuracy.

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Με τα πόδια πας σχεδόν παντού. Αν δεν είσαι του περπατήματος, τριγύρω υπάρχουν τουλάχιστον πέντε σταθμοί μετρό που σε εξυπηρετούν ανάλογα με τον προορισμό σου. Όλοι οι υπάλληλοι του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετικά ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν. Η γειτονιά είναι ασφαλής αλλά και ιστορική. Πολύ κοντά (με τα πόδια) βρίσκεται το Βρετανικό Μουσείο και τα τριγύρω κτήρια είναι του Πανεπιστημίου του Λονδίνου. Επίσης κοντά βρίσκονται τα σπίτια όπου έζησαν ο Κάρολος Ντίκενς, η Βιρτζίνια Γουλφ κ.λπ.

Το ξενοδοχείο δεν διαθέτει ασανσέρ, οπότε αυτοί που διαμένουν στους πάνω ορόφους θα χρειαστεί να ανεβοκατεβαίνουν τα σκαλιά. Η αίθουσα του πρωινού είναι μικρή οπότε οι πελάτες πρέπει να δηλώσουν από την προηγούμενη μέρα την ώρα που επιθυμούν το πρωινό τους, αρκεί βέβαια η συγκεκριμένη ώρα να μην είναι... sold out.

הקרבה למרכז העיר ולתחבורה ציבורית . הדבר היחיד.

המיטה והמזרון לא נוחים, למי שיש בעיות גב או רגישות זה בעיה. המים בניקוז יורדים לעט. יש לשים לב אין מעליות .

Mi habitación estaba en el sótano debajo del comedor y era muy ruidosa. La ventana no cerraba bien y entraba frío y ruido de la calle. Desde muy temprano se escuchaban mover las sillas del comedor.

Our room, which we booked months in advance, was on the 4th floor (59 steps & no elevator - NB the gentleman on reception the afternoon of our arrival helped carry 2 of our bags to our room - great guy). The room was tiny, stuffy, with a sloping floor and, inexplicably, would get incredibly hot (though only 19C outside). The air-con, set to 16C, was useless but was supplemented by a pedestal fan which was also useless for cooling.

The guy who serves breakfast should find another job. He is rude, and consistently makes residents feel stupid and unwelcome. Also, the breakfast is terrible. Instant coffee bags, poorly cooked egg, no toast, minimal butter. Everything about the breakfast is wrong.

Located in Bloomsbury, minutes’ walk away from major sites and attractions. The room was comparably clean.

Attracted by the positive reviews and the great position, we decided to book this place for a weekend. We prepaid: our greatest mistake here, which I urge you to avoid. Result: the first room we were given had a non-opening window, requiring a room change which made things worse. We got moved to the top floor, and found broken A/C for both nights (32°C in London both days, we were offered a fan as a “solution”, sleeping was really hard), housekeeping that never happened and above all, no hot water on day 2 (we had to shower cold, attributed to the kitchen using it all up: an embarrassing explanation at any level of hospitality. Their own operational mistake, basically, not even “the pipes are broken”: this isn’t bad luck, it’s sheer negligence. Do not run a hotel if you can’t guarantee hot water). When we complained at reception and asked for one of the two nights to be refunded, we were told it wasn’t possible and that we should email ownership directly. We did. Ownership never replied (not just within 48 hours, not at all), so we had to open a dispute with Booking.com. When they called the hotel, the receptionist on duty (the very same who welcomed us and was present throughout our stay) verbally confirmed all three issues on a recorded line. The hotel then denied everything in writing. Booking.com sided with the property (“we can only refund if the property agrees,” they said) despite their own recorded call and the formal evidence statement we produced. They refunded €77 out of €398 paid, in wallet credits. I challenge you to walk around Bloomsbury with a budget of €200/night and find a place that considers hot water and housekeeping unnecessary, and A/C a luxury. The failures were bad. The cover-up was worse. How booking.com handled it is unacceptable. If you need peace and quiet avoid at all cost, and if you need to suffer, at least go camping, the view is nicer and nobody is going to scam you.

Vriendelijk personeel, ligging is rustig maar toch dichtbij alles.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, I really couldn't fault the ones I met. The room and bathroom were clean, and the shower was good even though the controls were damaged and broken. The air conditioning was very efficient and a welcome relief following a very hot day! The breakfast was ok.

The room I was in was pretty run down with a very rickety and squeaky bed, meaning I couldn't move without making a racket. It was a shame, as the hotel was nice and quiet overnight. The finial on the curtain pole looked about to fall off over the bed. The room basically needs some money spent on it, in my opinion, and I feel it was overpriced for the quality. Having locked my door overnight, I couldn't open it in the morning, and I had to ring the hotel to ask them to come and let me out! A bedside lamp would have been helpful as the only light switch is by the door.

Room smelled and was dirty i asked from the first night to be moved because something smelled awful like a dead rotting rat in the room. Could be smelled before you even enter room. First night I was forced to sleep in that room smelly as it was, because the staff that was on refuse to change my room, AC didnt work, and a fan was brought in that wasn't working well. Even though I complained nothing was done. Room wasnt cleaned or towels changed by house keeping, only garbage was emptied. By the second night during the heat wave the room smelled worst. Made me want to vomit. Again I ask the young girl working front desk for help she said let her see if there was another room . 2 hours later after not seeing her again I went to look for her and found out she went off duty without helping the situation. Met the night person, name is MARK who as soon as I told him the problem went into action, gave us a diffrent room after he came and smelled the awful smell himself. The new room was great. AC worked well. The bed wasnt broken like the first bed. With parts that was so broken you had to be careful not to get your skin caught. A fan was also given a better one that worked excellently Thanks to Mark our last night was peaceful and I was able to sleep. The first night the heat and smell prevented me from sleeping. Thank you mark your service was excellent. Please teach the others to be more respectful to customer needs.

Ideal location for the theatre district. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, it was nice to have tea and coffee available. Shower was good. The breakfast provided was lovely - a small cooked breakfast, lovely continental options, hot drinks and orange juice. Oat milk was also available.

It was a little noisy at night as our room was right by the road - not the property’s fault at all!
