Reviewed Sep 2, 2026El hotel está ubicado muy cerca de la estación de metro que te conecta con todos los puntos turísticos. Tiene cocina, lavaropas, zona de estar donde puedes comer, un pequeño gimnasio… muy bien equipado. El equipo de limpieza como los chicos que atienden en la recepción son muy amables y predispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Al reservar mi habitación no me di cuenta que no tenía ventana y al no tener ventilación natural sentía un cierto olor que salía del baño! He hablado con la recepción y muy amablemente me han cambiado a otra habitación. Me he sentido tan cómoda que agregue 5 días más cambiando a una habitación con ventana( tener esto en cuenta). Las camas y almohadas son súper cómodas! El aire acondicionado y el ventilador funcionan bien. Te proporcionan agua, cafe y tienes tu pava eléctrica en tu habitación. Gracias por la estadía.

Since I stay in a single room with window, probably the single bed which placed near the wall was kinda hard for me to turn around sometimes and hit against the wall during my sleep.

The bathroom soap dispenser was broken and it kept falling off the wall. And the vending machine swallowed my 50 sen and didn't return it.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Everything the hotel said about itself was true. Everything was respectable, quiet, and clean. The hotel staff were all kind and respectful. In my room, the shower, toilet, drinking-water heater, and air conditioner are private and independent, not shared. As for the power socket, you must bring a three-way power strip with you to Malaysia so you can charge your phone and laptop with their two-pin plugs, because this is a common problem throughout Malaysia.
- I complained to the hotel manager, who is a very respectful person, about the almost daily smell of burning beside the hotel, which reaches the hotel lobby as soon as we open any window and may therefore affect our health. He replied that he had complained to the police some time ago, but the problem has not been resolved. - The refrigerator, since it is shared, there is no space to put anything in it because there are too many users and the way it is used is chaotic. If only the refrigerator were divided creatively, so that each room had its own dedicated section in the refrigerator, the hotel would lack nothing. But since each person puts a large open quantity in the fridge without any rules, no space remains for the new resident. Because of that, I had to order food every day from a faraway place at a high price, because I cannot put meat in the fridge to cook later. Or instead of the two current refrigerators, if a third refrigerator were added, perhaps the problem would be solved.

At 11pm check in, I will never think anyone would consider downgrading my booking all in the name of 'overbooked', and yet here I was. There's no refunds, there's no option for upgrades or credit return - just plain short-handed. Sleek move by the host I must say. But very unethical.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Clean room, good location with public transport almost at the road. Quiet over night, a bit of noise of the traffic earlier at night. Very frienly service and deposit can be paid on any curency and were returned at check out. Aricon was cold, filtered water on common areas, hot shower with good pressure and very friendly service. Room as described and as per photos.
Gym was a bit too hot for my liking and needs a bit of dusting.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026This is my third stay at SCC Velodrome, so it says it all. I always book Deluxe rooms, because I want rooms with windows (I feel depressed when I don't see the daylight). The value here is excellent considering the size of the rooms, the cleanliness and the amenities. Good matress, kettle and kopi , big closet with clothhangers, shampoo and toilet paper. Aircon and fan. Down in their kitchen : water dispenser, and a fridge at disposal. Little fitness place and common area with TV. Good Wifi. What else do you need?
The walls are thin, you have to hope for quiet neighbors, but I was always lucky. The place is not central, which means that you need to take the MRT - LRT toTaman Pertama to reach it. Quite easy, 6 mn walking from the station. The place is located along a highway, but deluxe rooms are on the backside, facing trees and a small parking place for those arriving with a car.
